Burn Notice Episode 4.09 Center of the Storm

As a hurricane makes landfall in Miami, Michael finds himself in possession of an old family bible that looks to contain a mysterious cipher. Michael soon realizes that finding out where the book decodes, means talking to the bible's former owner: his nemesis, Simon (ep 316).

But before he has a chance to talk to Simon, Michael is tasked by his old FBI detail, agents Harris and Lane, to track down a material witness that went missing somewhere in the city. Things get complicated when an assassin, who's been hired to eliminate the FBI witness, gets the drop on Michael. With each of them containing a different piece of intelligence about the witnesses location, Michael must convince the hired gun that the only way to complete his job, is to work together.
