In a statement issued by her representative, the 'Charlie's Angels' actress insists that she had no 'association ... whatsoever' with the late convicted sex offender.

AceShowbiz - Cameron Diaz has addressed her name being mentioned in newly-unsealed court documents pertaining to Jeffrey Epstein. Setting things straight on her alleged connection with the former financier, the actress denies she has "any association ... whatsoever" with him.

On Friday, January 5, the "Gangs of New York" star issued a statement through her representative. "Cameron never met Jeffrey Epstein, nor was she ever in the same place as him or had any association with him whatsoever," the statement read, "regardless of the fact he may or may not have mentioned her name or implied that he knew her."

In the court documents that were recently made public, one of Epstein's accusers, Johanna Sjoberg, testified that he liked to brag about his connections to Hollywood. "When I spoke about them, it was when I was massaging him, and he would get off - he would be on the phone a lot at the time, and one time he said, 'Oh, that was Leonardo, or, That was Cate Blanchett, or Bruce Willis.' That kind of thing," Sjoberg, who worked for the late convicted sex offender as a masseuse, said.

Sjoberg was asked whether she thought Epstein was "name-dropping" at the time, which she confirmed. Following her response, she was asked if she ever met Diaz, and she said, "No."

Michael Jackson and Naomi Campbell were also among A-list celebrities mentioned in the court documents along with Donald Trump, Bill Clinton and Prince Andrew. Neither the singer nor the catwalk beauty, however, was accused of wrongdoing.

Meanwhile, Whoopi Goldberg recently addressed claims that she was on the list of Epstein's associates. Denying that she ever flew to the 66-year-old's private island, the actress/comedian said on "The View" on Thursday, "I don't know, they said I was on the island, and I'm like, 'I don't go anywhere!' "

The "Sister Act" star also debunked rumors of her feud with Oprah Winfrey. Calling all the speculations swirling about her on the Internet "insane," she stressed, "So let me just get my part out. I've never been kicked out of Gordon Ramsay's restaurant. I've never been kicked out of Guy Fieri's restaurant. I didn't get kicked off Bill Maher's show. I didn't get into a fight with Oprah backstage here at 'The View'. It's insane, it goes on and on and on."
