The 'One Tree Hill' alum deliberately refuses to give a straight answer to a question about his ex-girlfriend's accusation that he had an affair with his co-star during his relationship with David Foster's daughter.

AceShowbiz - Chad Michael Murray has missed his chance to clear his and Sophia Bush's names following Erin Foster's affair allegation. The actor has dodged a question about his ex-girlfriend's accusation that he cheated on her with his former "One Tree Hill" co-star.
In an interview with E! News' Francesca Amiker, the actor neither confirmed nor denied the claims, citing his refusal to live in the past. "It's not one of those things that I want to go down the road of because there's just never a winner," he said in the interview published on Monday, November 27. "I feel blessed to be where I am right now."
"I live in the now, I live in the present, I live in the future," he went on explaining his focus. "Things have changed so dramatically for me since I was a young man that I just try to live in this space-always. So, I don't think you'll ever find me saying anything negative or hurtful about anybody. I never will. That's just not me. I'm not going to do it."
Speaking of his overall decisions in the past, Chad admitted, "I have more regrets in my life than I care to think about, but I don't live in the past." He added, "I try to move forward every single day and just go, 'I got air in my lung, life in my step, the will to move forward and the sun's gonna rise on a beautiful tomorrow.' "
Erin made the accusation against Chad during an episode of her "The World's First Podcast" back in October. "He definitely did cheat on me with [Sophia] in, like, a pretty egregious way. While we were living together," she said on the show, sarcastically adding that it was "pretty cool."
Sophia, who got engaged to Chad in 2004 and married him in 2005 before they split after only five months of marriage, did not immediately respond to Erin's claims. Meanwhile, another "One Tree Hill" star and Sophia's friend, Hilarie Burton, quickly came to her defense.
Claiming that she "had a front row seat then," the wife of Jeffrey Dean Morgan begged to differ as saying, "This wasn't it." She added, "We were all told you'd broken up which is why our guy was perusing [sic] her."
"Now this is being spun to make my sister look like a brazen harlot. And if she's anyone's harlot, it's mine!" Hilarie continued. "There are so many unnamed sources making claims about the woman I love, so f**k it. I'll be a named source," the 41-year-old went on declaring. "Lotta internet voices being nasty; and as the person who knows the real timeline? I would be laughable if it wasn't so hurtful."
