According to a new report, the 'True Blood' actor and the 'Modern Family' alum's decision to split after seven years of marriage is due to their very different lifestyle aspirations.

AceShowbiz - Sofia Vergara's estranged husband Joe Manganiello is planning to leave the glamorous Hollywood lifestyle as soon as possible amid their divorce. According to a new report, the "True Blood" hunk and the "Modern Family" alum's separation was due to their very different lifestyle aspirations.
"I don't think Joe was ever really comfortable in a giant Los Angeles mansion or on the beaches of Saint Tropez," an insider told The Sun in a report published on Tuesday, July 18. "He saw that stuff for what it was and only let it into his life because it made Sofia happy."
The source added, "No way is Joe staying in Beverly Hills now that he's out of this marriage, and I would not be shocked if he found some modest small town to settle down in. He misses the backyard barbecues and friend group he had in the early days of his career, and he tried to recreate that vibe during this marriage, without much success."
The so-called friend went on to say, "Joe is incredibly close to his brother who has been a wingman for him on this crazy journey of the last several years. Joe is basically a normal guy trapped in the body of a superhero, in this industry full of deeply weird and needy people."
"To his credit, he's been careful and smart with the money he's made from acting but Joe isn't interested in conquering the world like Sofia is," the informant continued. "He was never willing to play that game."
It was also said that the "America's Got Talent" judge's love of partying played a role in their split. "Joe is a quiet man, who likes a peaceful existence. He is a self-confessed geek and a bit of a gamer, who likes being home. He loves his meditation and gym. Sofia just loves to be out and about doing things and moving forward all the time," another source detailed.
Previous report, meanwhile, noted that the former couple had grown apart after the "true versions of themselves started showing." While Joe is someone who "always loves being out and about and just having a good time," Sofia is "more concerned with the finer things in life, the trips, lavish dinners, being a celebrity, and everything that comes with all of that."
"That was not really seen while they were falling in love, but then the true versions of themselves started showing and they just got annoyed with each other, choosing work over hanging out," the source continued. It was also said that Sofia and Joe gradually "stopped wanting to be together and stopped hanging out."
Sofia and Joe recently confirmed that they have made the "difficult" decision to split. "We have made the difficult decision to divorce. As two people that love and care for one another very much, we politely ask for respect of our privacy at this time as we navigate this new phase of our lives," they said in a joint statement.
