The hip-hop duo earns first number one single on Billboard Hot 100 with their latest release 'Black Beatles' featuring Gucci Mane.

AceShowbiz - Rae Sremmurd recently earned their first number one single on Billboard Hot 100 chart with their latest hit "Black Beatles" featuring Gucci Mane. The song was released on September13 as the third single off their sophomore album "SremmLife 2".

"Black Beatles", which was also Gucci's first No. 1 single, marks the rapper and Rae Sremmurd's first top ten appearance in territories such as Australia, Canada, New Zealand and the U.K. A music video for the track was released on September 22 and has since garnered more than 92 million views on YouTube.

Following Donald Trump's presidential win, Nicki Minaj remixed "Black Beatles" with the release of "Black Barbie".

Released on August 12, "SremmLife 2" debuted at No. 7 on the Billboard 200 chart, selling 15,000 copies and 30,000 sales-plus-streaming units on its first weekend. The record re-entered the chart at a new peak of No. 5 following the success of "Black Beatles".

Rae Sremmurd signed with EarDrummers Entertainment under the moniker "Dem Outta St8 Boyz" in January 2014. The duo then released their first album "SremmLife", which bowed at No. 5 on the Billboard 200 chart. Its lead single "No Flex Zone" gained considerable attention after it was remixed by Nicki Minaj and Pusha T.
