The mean girl Bella always wants to avoid has the same career as hers, has siblings and has been living as a billionaire since she was very young.

AceShowbiz - Bella Thorne has a feud with one of Hollywood stars. The 18-year-old actress speaks to Seventeen magazine for its upcoming issue that there's "a mean girl" in Hollywood whom she always wants to avoid.
"I have a mean girl," Bella tells the publication. "She's in the business, and she's very, very mean. I stay away from her at all costs," the blonde beauty explains, before adding, "I never say hello to her."

While refusing to reveal who the mean girl is, Bella goes on saying, "Her siblings are not mean like she is. It's just her." The actress of "The Duff" then opens up about why she doesn't like the unnamed girl, "One of the reasons I don't like her is because she's been a billionaire since she was very little, and she's never had to work for anything in her life."
With the clues including having the same career as hers, having siblings and living as a billionaire since she was young, a news outlet points at a member of the Jenner-Kardashian family, Kylie Jenner. However, Bella quickly squashed the allegation that the mean girl is Kylie. "I adore the Jenner girls especially @KylieJenner," she tweeted on Tuesday, November 17.
Referencing the clues Bella gives, some news outlets then try to collect a number of possible names including Gigi Hadid, Ariana Grande and Miley Cyrus.
