AceShowbiz - "Game of Thrones" has rounded up the Tarlys. The show has added three more actors, James Faulkner, Samantha Spiro and Rebecca Benson, to play other members of Samwell Tarly's (John Bradley) family in season 6 of the HBO hit drama series.
According to Watchers on the Wall, Faulkner ("Downton Abbey") will play Sam's father Lord Randyll Tarly, Olivier Award-winning actress Spiro ("From Hell") will portray Sam's mother, and Benson ("Macbeth") is cast as Sam's sister. Sources say the three of them are filming in Spain this week.
Previously, the show has cast Freddie Stroma as Sam's brother Dickon Tarly. Other new additions in the upcoming season 6 include Pilou Asbaek as Theon's uncle Euron Greyjoy, Max von Sydow as the Three-Eyed Raven replacing Struan Rodger, as well as Ian McShane and Richard E. Grant whose roles are still unknown.
The new season of the medieval drama series will air in 2016.
