Montag reaches out to Bynes after she was photographed sleeping on a couch at an L.A. mall and ranted on Twitter that she didn't have money for a hotel.

AceShowbiz - Heidi Montag offers Amanda Bynes to stay at her place after the troubled actress said she did not have money to stay in a hotel. Montag took to Twitter on Thursday, November 6 to reply Bynes' online rant, writing, "You are more then welcome to crash in our guest house in Santa Barbara if you need somewhere to stay! DM me!"

The offer came shortly after photos of Bynes sleeping on a couch at The Beverly Center in Los Angeles were published by TMZ. The photos reportedly were taken on Thursday morning. Following the emergence of the photos, the "Easy A" star sent out a series of tweets saying that her parents did not give her any money and she could not afford to stay in a hotel.

"I was not given money for a hotel so I have been staying with friends and I didn't get enough sleep last night so I fell asleep on a couch at the beverly center and a paparazzi snuck in and took pictures of me FYI!" the "Hairspray" actress wrote.

"I hate my parents for still not giving me money for a hotel. What is wrong with them? My lawyer is working to have them fully removed from being my conservator because they don't deserve control over my money - They are miserable in their life and I will fight to get control of my finances taken away from them!" the 28-year-old star added.

Previously on Wednesday, Bynes' conservatorship lawyer David Esquibias told Access Hollywood that the actress' conservatorship was divided between her mother Lynn Bynes and a professional private fiduciary. Esquibias also denied reports that Bynes and her parents were in bad term, saying that they had "very amicable communications over the last five days."
