Amanda's legal conservatorship, which was retained by her mother Lynn Bynes last week, is going to be divided between Lynn and a professional private fiduciary.

AceShowbiz - Amanda Bynes' legal conservatorship will be divided between her mother Lynn Bynes and a professional private fiduciary. Amanda's conservatorship lawyer David Esquibias told Access Hollywood on Wednesday, November 5 that he would work with a private trust firm to make sure that Amanda's material needs would be managed more efficiently.

David said his client currently has no permanent residence nor a financial capability to rent an apartment. "My goal is to get [Amanda] permanent adequate housing," he stated, before adding that he hoped judge would grant his request as early as Friday, November 7. According to the site, the next hearing of Amanda's conservatorship matter is not slated to take place until February 2015.

While there's a report that said Amanda's parents dropped their conservatorship because their daughter made "death threats" against them, David denied it. He said that it's true that Rick and Lynn returned to Texas but they had "very amicable communications over the last five days" with Amanda. The lawyer added that Rick and Lynn were "very proud" of how their daughter has been doing recently.

Earlier on the day, Amanda was back on Twitter, posting a series of cryptic tweets. "Stay true to who you are," she wrote, "I protect myself from who ever hurts me. In Parliament if you don't deny a slanderous or untrue statement it means the accuser is right. So defend yourself against anyone who lies about you !"
