The 'Colbert Report' host gives two middle fingers to the world's largest online retailer, which has been accused of 'deterring customers from buying books by' him.

Stephen Colbert declares a war against Amazon, which is currently in a battle with his publisher Hachette. On Wednesday night, June 4 on his Comedy Central show, he said, "I'm not just mad at Amazon. I'm Mad Prime," because "Amazon...is deterring customers from buying books by Stephen Colbert."
Quoting various news reports, he pointed out that Amazon had been accused of using different tactics, such as raising prices and delaying shipment, to "quietly discourage customers from buying books by Hachette book group." He got a package for Amazon and opened the box, which he said from him and fellow Hachette authors J.K. Rowling and Malcolm Gladwell, to reveal his middle finger.
"Watch out Bezos - this means war!" the host of "The Colbert Report" ended the segment, warning Amazon founder and CEO Jeff Bezos.
After the show, he informed his Twitter followers that a new Hachette release, "California" by Edan Lepucki, can be purchased at his website ColbertNation.com. He also urged his fans to boycott Amazon by downloading a sticker that says, "I Didn't Buy It On Amazon," and putting it on their books and other products.
