Kim Kardashian has shared her secret to post-baby weight loss. In a Twitter post which was written on Sunday, October 13, the "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star said that she had been doing Atkins diet to manage her weight. "I've actually been doing the Atkins diet & luv it," Kim told a fan when asked about weight-loss tips.
A representative for Atkins, Jennifer Livingston, explained Kim's diet, saying that after giving birth in June, "she wanted an effective and balance way to lose the baby weight. She'd done Atkins before and knew it worked, so once she got the approval of her doctor, we connected her with our Vice President of Nutrition Colette Heimowitz, who counseled her directly."
According to the representative, Kim ate "tons of lean, nutritious foods such as fish, lean cuts of beef, leafy greens, broccoli, spinach, nuts, avocados and olive oil." She added, "It's a very balanced way for her to loose the baby weight while continuing to properly care for her daughter."
Kim showed off her curve during a dinner outing with her friend Jonathan Cheban on Saturday. Wearing a loose-fitting white top and skinny jeans, she brought baby North West who was put in a covered car seat. Kim also donned a pair of sunglasses and chic over the knee boots.
