The girlfriend of Lindsay Lohan's father pleads guilty to five counts of battery and enters into a plea deal.

AceShowbiz - Celebrity father Michael Lohan's on-again-off-again girlfriend Kate Major just avoided jail time for the five counts of battery she was charged with by her neighbors in Boca Raton, Florida. Major, who has an eight-month-old son Landon with Lindsay Lohan's father, pleaded guilty to the charges and struck a plea deal with prosecutors so she could dodge prison.

Instead of spending time behind bars, the 30-year-old Major had been sentenced to three years probation and would have to render a hundred hours of community service. She will also need to undergo random drug testing and treatment for alcohol abuse and her overall mental health as well as anger management sessions aside from paying $12,500 for the assault charges.

Major was especially lucky that day since the judge also agreed to withhold adjudication, meaning no conviction will be marked on her criminal record if she can comply with the terms of her sentence. However, that luck might be short-lived as Major will apparently still be sued by her neighbors Juan Jiminez and Rosario Mendoza for attacking them last year.

The two claim that Major attacked them last January 14, 2012 in the car park of her building with hair pulls and punches while shouting racial slurs at the couple, including calling Mendoza a "Spanish w***e." She also reportedly "threatened them with additional body harm," and "repeatedly threatened to kill them."
