Radiohead's Thom Yorke Confirmed for 'New Moon' Soundtrack

'Unless it's sounds of him belching, I think I'll put it in,' Chris Weitz says of Thom Yorke's song which is submitted for 'The Twilight Saga's New Moon' soundtrack.

AceShowbiz - Radiohead's frontman Thom Yorke has been confirmed by "The Twilight Saga's New Moon" director, Chris Weitz, to score music for the "Twilight" sequel. Furthermore, it is revealed that Chris has got his hands on the track and can't wait to listen to it. "Unless it's sounds of him belching, I think I'll put it in," so the filmmaker told HitFix in an interview at 2009 San Diego Comic-Con.

Beside confirming about Thom Yorke's contribution to "New Moon" soundtrack, Chris also said rock band Bon Iver have also written song for the Robert Pattinson-starring movie. "I think [Bon Iver] is fantastic. He says he wrote it for the film, but who ever knows if it might just be something laying around in his cupboard," the helmer of "The Golden Compass" said.

In addition to Thom Yorke and Bon Iver's tracks, "New Moon" is also likely to feature songs from alternative rock band Kings of Leon and Australian singer Lee Safar. Most recently, it was revealed that Lee doesn't have only one song but two for this movie. They are titled "I'm Here" and "Take Me Away". Meanwhile, the title for songs from the other singers are yet to be disclosed.
