AceShowbiz - Jordin Sparks' upcoming sophomore set has got an official cover art. The just-outed picture shows Jordin's close-up look from the front with only the right side of her face being featured on it.

Jordin's new album is titled "Battlefield". It is planned to be released across United States on July 21 and promised to include "upbeat" dance tracks, which will make the album sounds more like "Beyonce [Knowles] meets Rihanna."

Its title track which is the first single from the record has been dropped on iTunes since May 12. Written by OneRepublic's Ryan Tedder, the song was sung live on-stage for the first time during "American Idol" result show on May 13. Its music video was directed by Phillip Andelman and was premiered over the weekend.

Jordin Sparks, in the meantime, is prepping to open for Jonas Brothers. She will accompany Kevin Jonas, Joe Jonas and Nick Jonas during the band's American leg which will be started at Cowboy New Stadium in Dallas, Texas on June 20.
