The Samba night in 'Dancing with the Stars' has toppled down Denise Richards and her partner Maksim Chmerkovsky after a dance off with Holly Madison and Dmitry Chaplin.

AceShowbiz - One more couple will be booted out of "Dancing with the Stars". Two couples with the lowest total of combined votes between the judges' score yesterday and the audience votes, will dance off in order to survive. The judges will once again give a new set of scores combined with the audience votes to determine who is leaving tonight.

Hosts Tom Bergeron and Samantha Harris said that there will be a double elimination next week. The duo also went straight ahead on who are safe for another round of dance next week. They are the highest scorers last night: Melissa Rycroft and Tony Dovolani; Gilles Marini and Cheryl Burke; Shawn Johnson and Mark Ballas, as well as the lowest scorer: Steve Wozniak and Karina Smirnoff.

After a backstage interview with the safe ones, Tom moved on with the next set of safe couples. Lawrence Taylor and Edyta Sliwinska; David Alan Grier and Kym Johnson; Chuck Wicks and Julianne Hough; Lil' Kim and Derek Hough.

Time for a break, a footage of last season's couple Cloris Leachman and Corky Ballas comically demonstrating two kinds of dances, lindy and Argentine tango, was played. And then, Karina Smirnoff handled three guys, Maksim Chmerkovskiy, Tony Dovolani and Dmitry Chaplin on the dance floor. Adele then showed up with "Chasing Pavements", serenading Edyta Sliwinska and her husband Alec Mazo.

Steve-O and Lacey Schwimmer as well as Ty Murray and Chelsie Hightower move to the next round, leaving Holly Madison and Dmitry; and Denise Richards and Maksim for the dance off. Holly decided to reprise the samba, and so did Denise.

Len saw improvement in Holly while Bruno noted that she should work on the timing. The new score is 6-6-6, giving it 18 out of 30, one point higher than last night. Similarly, Denise is said to have improved a lot but still lacks on the characterization. The score is 6-7-7, giving it 20 out of 30 which is 4 points higher than last night.

Accumulated with audience votes that count 50 percent of it, Denise Richards and Maksim Chmerkovsky end their journey.
