Mariah Carey's first single from 'That Chick' was supposed to take impact this week but has been postponed for unknown reason.
Mariah Carey's highly-anticipated new single has been delayed in its release to a radio station. The not yet known single, was scheduled to be played on U.S. radio KHOP 95.1 today (January 29) but it was later announced that the single won't take impact until next week.
The new schedule is set for the same time next week (Tuesday, February 5). There is still no reason on why it was delayed.
Meanwhile, it is still determined which song in the album 'That Chick' will be made the lead. Reports said that a T-Pain featuring song called 'Migrate' would be the first single but there are also speculations that 'Bye Bye', 'Touch My Body' and 'Lovin' You Long Time' would be possibilities too. Producer L.A. Reid had said that he plans to release six singles from the album.
'That Chick' is Carey's eleventh studio album which will be released on April 1. Beside T-Pain, Damian Marley is also featured as a guest vocalist in the track 'Cruise Control'.
