Timbaland Announces Details on Second LP

Timbaland has announced the title and the release date of his second solo album, a follow up to his debut "Tim's Bio" released in 1998.

It's been eight years now that Timbaland brings to the surface details on his second solo album, a follow up to his debut "Tim's Bio" which was released in 1998.

The forthcoming album, titled "Timbaland Presents Shock Value", is scheduled for a March 28th release date and includes collaborations with Bjork, The Hives, Jay-Z, She Wants Revenge, Snoop Dogg, Fall Out Boy and Elton John.

The first single of the set, dubbed "Give It To Me", features Nelly Furtado and Justin Timberlake.

"Shock Value is sequenced like a movie, it's non-stop flow that tells a story. My mission is to blow up the boundaries and tear down the limits", Timbaland told AllHipHop while continued saying, "I'm not getting away from what I'm known for; I'm just going to a place where it's all about the music; not about the labels on the music. I'm taking my music outside the box. That's why I call it Shock Value - from the artists to the production it will shock the system."
