"Inland Empire" star Julia Ormond is set to play Lindsay Lohan's mother in "I Know Who Killed Me."
Seemingly refusing to slow down her path a bit in acting field, Julia Ormond has landed a new role in indie thriller "I Know Who Killed Me" despite her hectic schedule in filming "The Curious Case of Benjamin Button."
Joining Lindsay Lohan in the cast, here Ormond will portray the mother of Lohan's character who claims that her kidnapped daughter is someone else after being found alive. Filming begins this month in Los Angeles and New York with "The Lost" helmer Chris Sivertson at helm and Frank Mancuso Jr. producing.
Ormond, a native of Epsom, Surrey, England, currently can be seen in theaters playing alongside Laura Dern, Justin Theroux, Harry Dean Stanton, and Jeremy Irons in David Lynch's "Inland Empire." Her next screen projects include TV-movie feature "The Way" and Steven Soderbergh's action drama effort "Guerrilla" opposite Benicio Del Toro.
