Lindsay Lohan's 'I Know' Swept 2007 Razzie Awards
February 25, 2008 09:02:22TriStar Pictures' thriller "I Know Who Killed Me" proved its domination at the best of the worst awards event as the film featuring the leading starlet Lindsay Lohan took away 8 out of 11 prizes given at 28th annual Golden Raspberry Awards on Saturday, February 23. Bringing home 8 Razzies in a single awards year, the film broke the previous record held by "Showgirls" and "Battlefield Earth" which each won 7 Razzies before.
Nominated for 9 nods, "I Know" made a clean sweep on the non-performance categories the film was nominated for. The film was hailed to be the Worst Picture of the Year beating out "Norbit", "Daddy Day Camp", "I Now Pronounce You Chuck and Larry" and "Bratz". Further, "I Know" brought Worst Director prize for its helmer Chris Siverston. It also topped the Worst Remake or Rip-Off, Worst Excuse for a Horror Movie and Worst Screenplay.

On Monday, January 21, the film directed by Chris Sivertson was announced to be among the candidates of the best of the worst awards receivers.
For the Worst Picture prize, "I Know" was put in the same category with "Bratz", "Daddy Day Camp", "I Now Pronounce You Chuck and Larry" and "Norbit". Aside from the Worst Picture nomination, the movie also received gongs for Worst Screenplay, Worst Remake or Rip-Off, Worst Excuse for a Horror Movie, Worst Supporting Actress for Julia Ormond, and Worst Director for Sivertson.

Jessica Rose Does "Know" Everything
February 20, 2007 02:02:59Breaking into Hollywood, New Zealander Jessica Rose is reportedly set to take part in Lindsay Lohan's starring vehicle "I Know Who Killed Me", a thriller flick coming from TriStar Pictures.
Rose, known widely for her appearance in YouTube's video blogs "Lonelygirl15", is said to play a character named Marcia whose details are yet to be released. Pictures spotting her and Lohan on the film's set have already popped up on some celebrity gossip websites.

Julia Ormond Knows "Who Killed Me"
December 19, 2006 03:12:58Seemingly refusing to slow down her path a bit in acting field, Julia Ormond has landed a new role in indie thriller "I Know Who Killed Me" despite her hectic schedule in filming "The Curious Case of Benjamin Button."
Joining Lindsay Lohan in the cast, here Ormond will portray the mother of Lohan's character who claims that her kidnapped daughter is someone else after being found alive. Filming begins this month in Los Angeles and New York with "The Lost" helmer Chris Sivertson at helm and Frank Mancuso Jr. producing.

Lindsay Lohan Gets "Killed" Over "Diamond"
November 07, 2006 12:11:06Continuing her path in taking more mature and diverse film role, Lindsay Lohan has reached a deal to have her first acting stint in thriller genre through "I Know Who Killed Me", MTV has reported.
Slated to begin filming early next month in San Luis Obispo and Los Angeles, the project sees the actress play dual roles as Aubrey, an abducted daughter of a rich family, and Dakota, a young woman identical to her. Chris Sivertson is on duty to direct with Jeff Hammond penning the script.
