NBC Unveils 2013-2014 Schedule, Previews New Shows

NBC has become the first network to release its full line-up for 2013-2014 TV season. After canceling a bunch of low-rated shows and ordering a slew of freshmen, this time the network makes a big move by shifting the slots of some of its strong performers.

"Revolution" is moved from Mondays to Wednesdays at 8 P.M., giving away the post-"The Voice" slot to newbie "The Blacklist". "Chicago Fire" will also take advantage from its lead-in "The Voice" on Tuesdays at 10 P.M. after airing on Wednesdays in its first season.

O.J. Simpson Seeks for Sentence Reversal and New Trial

O.J. Simpson will head back to court room on Monday, May 13, to fight for his freedom in a session which apparently will be his last chance to get his freedom back. In the hearing, Simpson is going to try to have his sentence reversed and get a new trial for the 2008 confrontation with sports memorabilia dealers.

Simpson said that bad legal advice he received from his former lawyer Yale Galanter contributed to his conviction for armed robbery assault and kidnapping, CNN reported. According to Simpson, Galanter explained to him that taking back property belonged to him was within his rights "so long as there would be no trespass and no physical force used against the persons with the property."

Beyonce Knowles Previews 'Rise Up', Soundtrack for 'Epic'

Beyonce Knowles will not only voice a character in "Epic", an upcoming animated movie by 20th Century Fox, but she also will sing her new song for the movie soundtrack, "Rise Up". The snippet of the song has already been previewed in a new TV spot for the movie.

Written by Sia Furler, who also penned Rihanna's "Diamonds" and Christina Aguilera's "Bond to You", "Rise Up" offers lush harmonies and a deeper vocal delivery. The ballad co-produced by Hit-Boy and Chase N. Cashe carries a meaningful message about courage and believe. The full version of the song will be released later this month via Columbia Records.

Video: Kristen Wiig Spoofs Mother's Day Ad for Big Return on 'Saturday Night Live'

A year after she bid farewell to the show, comedienne Kristen Wiig returned to the "Saturday Night Live" set on May 11 to host that week's episode and to do what she does best on the show, pulling off funny spoofs and sketches with the cast. With just a day to go before Mothers' Day, the "SNL" alum couldn't let her guest appearance end without doing a 1-800-Flowers commercial spoof.

The fake flowers delivery phone-in service commercial invited viewers to give Mom "the gift that's as wonderful as she is" but the rest of spoof only showed how Wiig's mom, played by Kate McKinnon, drove her crazy. The visibly annoyed daughter did her deadpan expressions as McKinnon still managed to nag her even after receiving a bouquet from Wiig.

Atlanta rapper Future unveils the "richmix" version of "Karate Chop", his collaboration with rap superstar Lil Wayne which gained mileage from the recent and still ongoing Emmett Till lyrical controversy. Future enlists not just one but three other popular rap artists for the latest remix of the "Future Hendrix album track.

Judging from the profile of new collaborators Rick Ross, Birdman & French Montana, it is not surprising why Future tags the new version the "richmix". Ross is widely known as the Maybach Music Group big boss, Birdman is co-founder of Weezy's Cash Money Records, while Montana is the CEO of Cocaine City Records. The Freebandz label owner surely has a lot of wealthy friends to back him up on the track.

Award-winning actor Samuel L. Jackson will suit up for his next project. The Stephen of "Django Unchained" has just agreed to star in director Jalmari Helander's "Big Game" as the president of the United States. The film marks the English-language debut of the "Rare Exports: A Christmas Tale" helmer, who is a Finnish.

The story of the "adrenaline-fuelled action adventure" pic centers on a shy 13-year-old boy named Oskari who undergoes a test of manhood by spending a day and night alone in the wilderness. On the same night, Air Force One is shot down by terrorists and the boy discovers the most powerful man in the United States in an escape pod in the forest where the two in the end team up in a struggle for survival.

The Home Depot Center in Carson, California was filled to the rafters on Saturday, May 11 when top acts from the world of pop and rock music came to perform at L.A.'s top-rated radio station 102.7 KIIS FM's 2013 Wango Tango. The star-studded event featured the likes of current hitmakers Miguel and Jason Derulo as well as known reality TV talent competition celebrities Demi Lovato and Adam Levine who rocked the stage with his band Maroon 5.

Maroon 5, now becoming a regular act in the annual extravaganza what with their consistent appearance every year at Wango Tango, performed their dance hit "Moves Like Jagger". Lovato sang a handful of tracks from her "Demi" album set to arrive in a couple of days this coming May 14, which included the mid-tempo song "Give Your Heart a Break".

A source close to Abraham told the site that during the filming back in April, none of them were using condoms. Abraham, who reportedly hadn't had sex in a year before having one with Deen for the porn, wasn't on the birth control either. The former "Teen Mom" star then freaked out after missing her period.

The newly released video sees Agnes cutely practicing her line for Mother's Day with Gru. "She braids my hair. We love you mothers everywhere," she says each word in a zombie-esque tone, before grinning from ear to ear at her father.

The sequel to "Despicable Me" still centers on supervillain Gru, whose life this time is turned upside down when Agent Lucy Wilde of the Anti-Villain League visits him for a purpose. Despite his unwillingness, Gru is assigned to help take down a fellow villain, armed with some cool new cars, gadgets and weapons.

Official: Seth Meyers Will Replace Jimmy Fallon on 'Late Night' Show

The report is now officially confirmed. NBC has announced Seth Meyers as the new host of "Late Night" show, replacing Jimmy Fallon when the "Saturday Night Live" alum takes over the reign of "The Tonight Show" from Jay Leno in 2014.

Miley Cyrus didn't understand why there's so much hatred among fans when their idols actually befriend one another. The 20-year-old pop singer took to Twitter to express her grimace for receiving death threats from the devotees of fellow young celebrities namely Selena Gomez and Taylor Swift.

"Everyday someone with a Swift or Gomez in there (sic) name wishes terrible things upon me (death is popular)," she informs millions of her Twitter followers, before pleading with her own fans not to do the same, "Please Smilers don't ever think somehow you are supporting me by being hateful towards other artist."
