'Innocence of Muslims' Actress Loses Her Latest Bid to Remove the Movie From YouTube

Cindy Lee Garcia, the actress who appears in controversial anti-Muslim movie "Innocence of Muslims", failed in her latest attempt to take down the film from YouTube. On Friday, November 30, U.S. District Court Judge Michael Fitzgerald denied her request for the movie removal, reasoning that she would likely lost her case.

Cindy previously asked the court to grant her a temporary restraining order barring YouTube from spreading the film online based on claim that she was duped by the producer Mark Bassely Youssef a.k.a Nakoula Basseley Nakoula, but her plea was turned down. The rejection led her to file a bigger lawsuit naming Nakoula, YouTube and its parent company Google as defendants.

Lady GaGa Posts Pictures With Lions From Her Safari in South Africa

Lady GaGa shares to her devotees her adventure during a South African holiday in a form of Twitter pictures. The Mother Monster visits a nature reserve in the exotic country and takes time to snap pictures of her with a background of some lions lying on the grass.

"SAFARI PICTURE: in this photo I'm about 10 feet from 13 lions, 2 cubs. I spent about 30 minutes w them and took a nap!" she writes along with a photo, before adding another with a caption that reads, "The lion pride even woke up at one point and let us come closer :)."

The actor's superfan defended his action, saying, "He never expected anyone to see that video. It was not a big deal." On his relationship with the 19-year-old actor, she explained, "He's my best friend. We're really close."

Ryan Reynolds' potential starring vehicle "Highlander" has lost its director. Juan Carlos Fresnadillo, who was attached to take the directing duty of the reboot project during the last year, has reportedly exited the film.

According to Deadline, Fresnadillo's departure was amicable since he and Summit Entertainment had different views of the film. The studio will now look for another director for the project. Previously, "Fast and Furious" helmer Justin Lin was attached to direct it.

'Girls' Actress Jemima Kirke Gives Birth to Baby Boy

Jemima Kirke is now a mother of two. She and her husband Michael Mosberg welcomed a baby boy on Tuesday, November 20, according to PEOPLE. A source confirmed to Us Weekly, "Jemima and Mike had the baby about a week ago. It's a boy named Memphis."

Lena Dunham, who is Jemima's co-star on "Girls", hinted about the birth of Jemima's second child as tweeting on Wednesday, November 21, "Yesterday was amazing. One of my friends had a baby, one got engaged and the doctor told me the bump on my tongue is nothing to worry about." The source also revealed Lena's reaction to the happy news, saying, "The 'Girls' crew and Lena are so happy for her!"

After a long wait, Metallica rockers finally gain control of master recordings from their extensive catalog. They leave Warner Music Group which became their home since 1980's and officially launch their very own record label, Blackened Recordings.

"Some of you, who have followed along throughout the years, are aware that in 1994 we renegotiated our contract with the Warner Music Group, which resulted in a joint venture with our record company for releasing all of our recordings including long form videos," they say in a statement.

Liz Lemon tied the knot with James Marsden's Criss Chross in a November 29 outing of "30 Rock". Making it more special, the episode featured a surprise cameo by Tina Fey's daughter Alice Richmond who portrayed the little Liz.

Seven-year-old Alice appeared in a flashback scene as Liz recalled the time she became a bridesmaid at her aunt's wedding. The said scene revealed the origin of Liz's signature eye roll. NBC hasn't confirmed whether if it's actually Alice who played the little Liz.

She also said that she didn't expect that the feud would be such a long-time debate and caused her to gain so much attention. She thought it would go away after a day passed.

It has just been revealed that "Sons of Anarchy" star Johnny Lewis was not under the influence of drugs when he plunged two floors down to his death. A report from the Los Angeles County coroner's office determined that his death was accidental.

Back in September, Lewis' lifeless body was found on the driveway of a Los Feliz neighborhood building. He died of his injuries after falling from a second-storey building where an 81-year-old lady named Catherine Davis was beaten to death. It was alleged that Lewis killed the landlady, struggled with a neighbor, ran to the roof and fell.

The fivesome have struck a deal with Olivann Beauty to develop a scent for women, as well as other ancillary products. Women's Wear Daily quoted Dana Kline, president of Olivann Beauty, as saying that the boys have been working on the concept for about six months.

'Expendables 2' Faces Second Lawsuit in Stunt Gone Wrong

"The Expendables 2" is deeper in legal trouble. Millennium Films and other parties involved in the movie are facing another lawsuit as the result of a stunt that went wrong during the filming on Bulgaria's Ognyanovo Reservoir last year.

A stuntman named Nuo Sun, who was believed to be standing in for Jet Li, was injured in an explosion scene that killed fellow stuntman Kun Liu. Sun said in his 12-page lawsuit, that "explosives and other similar ultra-hazardous activities" caused a tragedy on top of a rubber boat during the second unit filming that took place October 27, 2011.
