Deadline breaks the news that the "Elizabeth" actress is "in deep talks" to star in Walt Disney Pictures' new version of "Cinderella".

The Oscar-winning "The Aviator" actress is courted to play Lady Tremaine, the famous wicked mother of Cinderella's step sisters Anastasia and Drizella. The movie will be directed by Mark Romanek with Chris Weitz penning the script. The pitch was sold by "The Devil Wears Prada" scribe Aline Brosh McKenna in 2010 for a seven-figure deal.

Sabourin was called back to the court after posting angry tweets about Thomas. "Dancing with the Stars: All-Stars" has chosen its winner after almost two months of intense rehearsals and performances. On Tuesday, November 27, Kelly Monaco, Melissa Rycroft and Shawn Johnson with their respective partners danced for one last time before the winner was announced.

The Black Keys finally reach a settlement in their copyright lawsuit against Home Depot and Pizza Hut for allegedly using their songs in the companies' TV commercials. Lawyers of the band informed a federal judge in Los Angeles that the settlement with Pizza Hut was reached on Monday, November 26 while the one with Home Depot was done earlier this month.

The Grammy-winning group filed a case last June against the two corporate giants claiming that their songs "Lonely Boy" and "Gold on the Ceiling" were misused in the TV ads of the companies. The former was reportedly used by Home Depot in an ad to sell power tools, while the latter song was used to sell pizza. Both companies denied copying or misusing the songs.

Yet another vampire romance film is currently underway. Warner Bros. Pictures is set to develop a big screen adaptation of "Undying Love" with Joe Carnahan serving as the director, Deadline reports. Not only that, but the helmer of "The Grey" will also work to pen the screenplay.

The story is based on a graphic novel created by Tomm Coker and Daniel Freedman. It follows a former soldier who falls in love with a vampire. However, in order to be with the female vampire, the man must take on her creator. The problem is, that creator is protected by a host of mobsters in the Hong Kong underworld.

The official synopsis reads, "When the crew of the Enterprise is called back home, they find an unstoppable force of terror from within their own organization has detonated the fleet and everything it stands for, leaving our world in a state of crisis." It goes on, "With a personal score to settle, Captain Kirk leads a manhunt to a war-zone world to capture a one man weapon of mass destruction."

Looks like The Rolling Stones are not going to get off the hook that easily. From estimates set out by tabloid The Sun, the legendary rockers are facing a huge $320,000 fine after failing to keep on track of London's strict live music curfew limit during their November 25 anniversary concert at O2 Arena.

According to reports from another site The Telegraph, the Stones were slammed with the fine for ending their Sunday show past 11 P.M. The current curfew demands that Sunday shows end at 10.20 P.M. and performers must be off the stage by 10.30 P.M.

A.J. McLean and Rochelle Deanna Karidis welcomed their first daughter named Ava Jaymes McLean on Tuesday, November 27 at 4:51 A.M. The proud first-time father announced the birth of his daughter on his official site.

Bryan Singer is moving fast with the "X-Men: Days of Future Past" project shortly after he's tapped as the new helmer for the sequel. The "Valkyrie" director has announced some casting news from the upcoming film, confirming that Patrick Stewart and Ian McKellen have officially joined the follow-up to "X-Men: First Class".

Stewart and McKellen are set to reprise their roles as Professor X and Magneto respectively after they both tackled the characters in the original 2000's "X-Men" and 2003's "X2", which both were directed by Singer himself. "Boy Meets World" sequel is officially in the works. Following reports about the potential sequel titled "Girl Meets World", Ben Savage and Danielle Fishel have confirmed that they will indeed join the upcoming show.

Fans of "The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey" are treated to the first ever clip of the highly-anticipated movie. Coming out via Syfy, the sneak-peek video sees Ian McKellen's Gandalf presenting Martin Freeman's Bilbo with a sword to protect the reluctant hobbit during his journey. At first, Bilbo refuses to receive the weapon since he never even once used any sword in his life, but the old wizard convinces the hobbit by teaching him the meaning of true courage.

"The Hobbit" follows the journey of Frodo's uncle Bilbo Baggins, who is swept into an epic quest to reclaim the lost Dwarf Kingdom of Erebor, which was long ago conquered by the dragon Smaug. Approached out of the blue by the wizard Gandalf the Grey, Bilbo finds himself joining a company of thirteen dwarves led by the legendary warrior, Thorin Oakensheild. Their journey will take them into the Wild; through treacherous lands swarming with Goblins and Orcs, deadly Wargs and Giant Spiders, Shapeshifters and Sorcerers.

50 Cent dropped his new clip for the track "My Life", and it shows him, rapper Eminem and Maroon 5's Adam Levine running from what looks like a massive "search and destroy" operation. The video, which premiered on MTV on Tuesday, November 27, brings a lot of filmic visuals that match the hard-hitting lyrics of the song.

Angus T. Jones' "Two and a Half Men" rant has inspired Rainn Wilson to make a parody video. Posted on his Facebook page, the spoof sees Wilson using the words "filth" and "enemy" to describe his own show, NBC's "The Office" which is currently in its final season.

Justin Bieber has responded to the lawsuit filed by a fan's mother who claimed she suffered from hearing loss after attending one of his concerts. The pop star's lawyers have filed legal documents to dismiss the case because there was no way Bieber did it on purpose.

It was revealed back in July that a mother named Stacey Betts sued Bieber for $9.23 million for severe damage to her ears. She claimed Bieber "enticed the crowd" into screaming loudly at his 2010 concert in Portland, Oregon when he got on "heart-shaped aluminum/steel gondola".

Scarlett Johansson has proven to the world that she is not afraid to try new things. The actress volunteered to step in for "Today" weatherman Al Roker who lost his voice from a bout of laryngitis.

Brad Pitt may tie the knot for the second time soon. The actor hinted in an interview with People that he will marry long-time partner and mother of his children, Angelina Jolie, quite "soon".
