Terrence Howard and second wife Michelle Ghent are keen on putting their bitter divorce behind. The former couple has agreed on a settlement that will end their marriage for good. TMZ reported that they will divide properties and money.

The deal that was signed on August 16 will also see Howard no longer under restraining order per next week. Ghent filed the order last year after making claims that he physically abused her only one week after their January 2010 wedding.

Hector Camacho almost has no hope at all to recover after he was shot in the face by two assailants. Rio Piedras Medical Center director, Dr. Ernesto Torres, has announced that the Puerto Rican professional boxer who called himself Macho Camacho is brain dead.

"We have done everything we could," said Dr. Ernesto on Thursday, November 22. "We have to tell people of Puerto Rico and the entire world that Macho Camacho has died; he is brain dead." Thus, doctors won't do medical tests anymore on the 50-year-old boxer.

Singer Cher has just unveiled her new single, "Woman's World" on Wednesday, November 21. The music legend surprised her fans with the early Thanksgiving tune via a Twitter announcement and then posted a stream of the song online.

The song presents an upbeat and very catchy dance rhythm from the 66-year-old diva and as soon as the track picks up and the synthesizers kick in, listeners will forget that it is actually a grandma singing in the club tune.

BBC has found a new man to fill the top position of Director General. Tony Hall, who is the current chief executive of Royal Opera House, has been appointed to take the duty starting March 2013.

Speaking to journalists at the BBC's central London headquarters, Hall said it took a lot to "drag me away" from the Royal Opera House, but he cared "passionately about the BBC." He added, "I am absolutely committed to our news operation as a world-beater."

Amidst the Thanksgiving festivities, some of hip-hop's biggest artists gathered up to share some holiday spirits and a whole lot of turkeys. Artists such as Nicki Minaj, The Game, Young Jeezy and 50 Cent all had something special lined up for their communities to celebrate Thanksgiving.

BBC America is promoting its upcoming original series "Ripper Street" and shares more footage from the show in an extended trailer. Set in and around Whitechapel in 1889, it centers on the notorious H Division, which is charged with keeping order in the all-consuming chaotic East London streets.

In the aftermath of the infamous Jack the Ripper murders, the police officers are forced to face public's curiosity when dead people are found on the street with part of their bodies ripped. "These streets demand your vigilance," says a citizen to a police inspector.

The Saturdays' member Rochelle Wiseman is going to be a mother. The former member of pop group S Club 8 announced that she's expecting her child together with husband Marvin Humes. She tweeted on Thursday, November 22, "Marvin and I could NOT be more thrilled to announce that we are expecting our first child mid next year."

The 23-year-old British singer then said, "We have always dreamt of being parents and the news is the best early Christmas present we could have asked for." Ryan Lochte had a run-in with the law recently. The 28-year-old Olympic gold medalist was pulled over by cop and handed a ticket for going 49 in a 40 in Gainesville, FL, near the area where her parents live. According to court records, he was issued a $119 speeding ticket.

The run-in with the cops didn't dampen his spirit to celebrate the holiday with his closed ones. "Happy thanksgiving everyone.... Spend it with love ones," he tweets. "I'm thankful for the family that loves me unconditionally, my friends, and my true fans. Love u guys!"

Music fans have something to be excited about during the Thanksgiving festivities as pop diva Britney Spears and Black Eyed Peas' member will.i.am announce the video premiere of their new collaboration "Scream and Shout". The much-awaited video is set to launch on the November 28 episode of "The X Factor (US)" and is already getting a lot of media attention.

Renowned music video director, Ben Mor, who also directed Katy Perry's "Part of Me" and Black Eyed Peas' "Meet Me Halfway", helmed the forthcoming visuals for "Scream and Shout", which also brings in new music from Spears since her 2011 release, "Femme Fatale". The track is also included in will.i.am's upcoming second solo studio album, "#willpower".

Germany's prestigious Bambi Awards 2012 put together a collection of local and international celebrities who were honored for their respective contributions in the media industry. The awards night which took place on Thursday, November 22 at the German city of Dusseldorf, saw appearances from the likes of Hollywood actress Salma Hayek, singer Celine Dion, and super boyband One Direction.

The old gang, minus Rachel and Kurt, returns to Lima for Thanksgiving holiday in the upcoming episode of "Glee". In her first appearance in the fourth season of the musical series, Quinn shares an embrace with Santana, Finn, Mercedes, Puck and Mike.

Their sweet reunion, however, will be flawed as Quinn and Santana are seen having a fight and slapping each other. The catfight aside, the recent McKinley graduates will help the current New Directions members prepare for the Sectionals.

This year's Macy's Thanksgiving Parade was crowded by a number of stars as always, but their performances and appearances seemed to be overshadowed by the presence of Elmo. The fact that the "Sesame Street" puppet was voiced by Kevin Clash who's hit with underage-sex allegations fueled the buzz.

A rep for Macy's previously promised to have an alternate puppeteer to bring the red furry monster to life. "Current events have no bearing on Sesame's participation in the Parade and we are confident their world-renowned, family-friendly entertainment and educational programming will continue to bring kids and families joy for decades," the rep said.

Jimmy Fallon channels his inner Robert Pattinson once again. Just in time for Thanksgiving celebration and the upcoming release of "The Twilight Saga's Breaking Dawn Part II", the fake R-Pattz perches on a tree and rambles in his faux British accent about how the American annual tradition bothers him.

"Thanksgiving is stupid. Which day is it anyway? Oh, I know... It's the fourth Thursday in November. What kind of day is that?!" the always agitated R-Pattz complains. Jake Owen is officially a father. His first daughter with wife Lacey Buchanan was born on Thursday, November 22, in Nashville, Tennessee. She was named Olive Pearl Owen to honor the singer's late godmother who died last July. The healthy baby weighed in at 6 lbs., 3 oz. and is 19.5 inches long.

The proud father announced the birth of his first child on the same day the baby was born. He tweeted, "Today is the greatest day of my life. Welcome Olive Pearl Owen. 6lbs 3 oz Turkey Baby!!! Happy Thanksgiving," and shared a picture of him holding his daughter.

After "The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey" producers were hit with accusation of mistreating animals during the filming in New Zealand, Elijah Wood has spoken up in defense of the movie bosses. The actor, who will reprise his role as Frodo in the adventure movie, thinks the wrangles who made such claim are trying to make quick money.

Calling the deaths of 27 animals "heartbreaking," the "Wilfred" star said he never saw poor condition during the filming. He tells TMZ when met at LAX, "I never saw any of those conditions when I was down there."

Macy's Thanksgiving Parade this year brought together yet another spectacle of stars and celebrities all joining in the holiday spirit. While humongous floats of all shapes and sizes strutted the streets of midtown New York, music artists like Carly Rae Jepsen, The Wanted, and Flo Rida entertained the spectators with their holiday rockin' performances on Thursday, November 22.

Canadian pop sensation, Jepsen, gave a crowd-pleasing rendition of her track "This Kiss" while keeping warm in a royal blue coat and a cute pair of fitting red pants. The singer, who just turned 27 the day before, rode a fall harvest float and tweeted, "Getting all bundled up for @macys parade!!! Lil Wayne is taking a precaution move to prevent another health scare drama after he had seizures on his private flights recently. The rapper is forced to make such an admission after he became overheated during an interview with MTV in his home state of Louisiana.

"Please let them know that I have an air unit, but because of the sound, they don't want the air on, so it's super hot in here," he says, before expressing his concern that people watching the interview may think he's on illicit drugs. "I don't want y'all to think I'm on nothing, man. I'm on seizure medicine. That's all."

Movies fans have something extra special for their Thanksgiving party. Universal Pictures and Illumination Entertainment have released a teaser trailer for "Despicable Me 2" on the week of Thanksgiving as part of promotions for the upcoming animated film.

The short, yet very amusing clip sees the film's minions chasing a turkey with a mace and an axe. The turkey makes funny sounds while trying to outrun the two minions, who think they have it all figured out with their turkey lunch. However, things quickly turn the other way around as several turkeys appear on screen carrying their own sets of axes and maces. The vengeful birds chase the two minions back from where they came.

It was quite an unfortunate night for Britney Spears in the latest episode of "The X Factor (US)". The "I Wanna Go" songstress had to bid goodbye to two of her proteges at a time in this Thanksgiving-themed week.

Arin Ray was revealed as the act with the lowest vote and was sent home immediately. His elimination wasn't really surprising since Demi Lovato said she was "bored" by his performance of Enrique Iglesias's "Hero" on Wednesday, November 21 night. Britney's final advice for Arin was, "I think you should just take this as a learning experience."

Chris Brown gets another dose of unwelcoming protestors, this time in the South American country, Guyana. The artist backed out from his December 26 headliner concert amidst protests of women's rights groups against his 2009 physical assault on ex-girlfriend, Rihanna.

Breezy was supposed to headline a big show in the capital city of Georgetown, but South American women's rights protestors and opposition lawmakers immediately released statements making it known that the "Don't Wake Me Up" singer would not be welcomed in their city. Brown, upon learning of the incident and becoming uneasy, decides to cancel his appearance on the show.

It's a wonderful Thanksgiving for Tom Cruise since his daughter together with Katie Holmes, Suri Cruise, joined him and his adopted children, Connor Cruise and Isabella Cruise, in England. The six-year-old girl reportedly jetted off to London on Tuesday, November 20. It's their first reunion since August.

"Suri left Tuesday and will return Sunday to return to school on Monday," a source close to Katie told The Huffington Post. "Tom and Katie agreed to this weeks ago." The "Rock of Ages" actor is now in England to film "All You Need Is Kill", a sci-fi thriller movie, which is based on a Japanese novel with the same title. The movie is scheduled to be released on March 14, 2014.

The tension between Gabriel Aubry and Halle Berry seemed to thicken by day amid custody battle of their 4-year-old daughter Nahla. It culminated in a brawl between Gabriel and her fiance Olivier Martinez that led to the former being arrested by police.

The scuffle happened on Thanksgiving morning, November 22 when Gabriel came to Halle's house in California to drop off Nahla. TMZ reported the 36-year-old French-Canadian model flipped out when Olivier approached him and said to him, "We have to move on."

Kevin Clash may have resigned from "Sesame Street", but his voice will possibly be heard on the children's show until the next two years. New York Post learns from show executives that the Elmo puppeteer has filmed episodes through 2014.

Clash quit the long-running series after being hit with underage-sex claims by two guys. The first accuser, Sheldon Stephen, recanted his claim in mid-November reportedly after Clash paid him $125,000, but the aspiring model later considered to undo the settlement.
