Bobby Brown pleaded not guilty to DUI charge stemming for his arrest on October 24. He didn't show up during the court hearing and was represented by lawyer Tiffany Feder in a Los Angeles court on Friday, November 16, Deputy City Attorney Diego Edber, who served as the prosecutor in the case, told E! News.

In addition to the DUI count, the ex-husband of Whitney Houston was charged for driving with a suspended license as a result of a conviction of an alcohol offense and driving a car without a booze-sensing ignition interlock device. He could be sentenced for two years if he is found guilty.

Actor and singer Joe Jonas shares a peek at his life on the road as a pop star by premiering his newest video for the track "All This Time". The single is taken from the young singer's debut solo studio album "Fastlife", which was released back in October 2011.

Though the album was launched quite some time ago, the video for "All This Time" just appeared online via the former Disney actor's VEVO page. In the new clip, fans get to see the 23-year-old pop-rock star as he jumps from show to show doing rehearsals and a lot of dance numbers on stage with his band and back up dancers. In between the busy concert preparations, Jonas is also seen greeting, waving, and hugging screaming and delighted female fans who cannot seem to get enough of the Jonas Brothers member.

The 2013 edition of Spirit Awards has chosen three notable actors to announce its nominees on Tuesday, November 27. The selected stars were Zoe Saldana, Anna Kendrick and Common, so Film Independent toppers Sean McManus and Josh Welsh confirmed on Friday, November 16.

"Anna, Zoe and Common have become an integral part of the Film Independent family and we are honored to have them join us for this big moment to announce and celebrate the best independent artists of the year," McManus said upon announcing the news.

Speculation about Kim Delaney's departure from "Army Wives" is true after all. Executive producer Jeff Melvoin has confirmed that the actress, who joined the show in its first season, will not return to the upcoming seventh season.

To accommodate to Delaney's exit, the writers have planned a shocking storyline. The show will kill off her character Claudia Joy Holden early in the next installment. "The first two [episodes] will be very emotional, and it will confirm that Claudia Joy is no longer among the living," Melvoin tells TVLine, before teasing, "Who survives the cliffhanger and who doesn't is going to provide a lot of the juice of the first two hours."

Rihanna might be busy jetting around the world for her ongoing "777" Tour, but back in the States, friend and frequent collaborator Kanye West has been working on a remix for RiRi's recently-released single "Diamonds" from her seventh LP, "Unapologetic". The new album drops on Monday, November 19.

The remix track kicks off with West getting into some pretty long lead raps and catchy tunes that mention "Fresh Prince of Bel-Air" and includes a reference to the Illuminati. "We in this party and nobody invited me/ We goin' crazy and I always use my best sense/ but it don't matter cause I'm always on my Fresh Prince," Kanye rhymes. The record producer and hip hop star also makes references to another rapper, Lil Reese, when he spits out the lyrics, "At the top it's just us," the signature line from Reese's single, "Us."

Miley Cyrus could breathe a sigh of relief. The scissor-armed man, who tried to break into the former Disney star's home in Los Angeles on Saturday, September 8 morning, was ordered to stay away from her for the next three years.

Miley initially sought a permanent restraining order to prevent the trespasser named Jason Luis Rivera from visiting her again. The man was actually sentenced to 18 months, but he is likely to be released in May 2013 due to jail overcrowding.

Peter Facinelli has a new girlfriend, actress Jaimie Alexander. The Carlisle Cullen of "Twilight Saga" movie series was spotted getting cozy with the "Thor: The Dark World" brunette beauty at the premiere of "The Twilight Saga's Breaking Dawn Part II" in New York City.

Peter, 38, and Jaimie, 28, reportedly came to the event together but posed on the red carpet separately outside the Landmark Sunshine theater on November 15. When the cameras were away, they held hands and stole kisses throughout the night's festivity that included an after-party at hotspot Finale.

Deana Carter really wants to end her relationship with husband of three years Brandon Malone. On Tuesday, November 13, the country music artist filed for legal separation in Los Angeles Country Superior Court and cited "irreconcilable differences" as the reason of the split.

According to the filing, the pair has gone separate ways since August 1, 2011. It also states that Deana asks for spousal support and wants Brandon to pay for her attorneys' fees. How their assets are going to be divided between them is not mentioned in the petition.

20th Century Fox unleashes a hilarious first trailer for Sandra Bullock and Melissa McCarthy's "The Heat". In it, Bullock is forced to team up with McCarthy for their job in the FBI. Mad things happen as they try to work out their differences while on mission. McCarthy often sparks trouble with her crazy attitude, while Bullock makes things hard with her arrogant manner.

Bullock stars as Sarah Ashburn, an uptight and straight-laced FBI Special Agent, who is a methodical investigator with a reputation for excellence - and hyper-arrogance. Meanwhile, McCarthy plays Shannon Mullins, one of Boston P.D.'s "finest" agents who is totally foul-mouthed and has a very short fuse, and often uses her guts instinct and street smarts to catch the most elusive criminals.

Fans of Britney Spears have something to watch out for next week as the pop singer premieres her new single "Scream and Shout" on U.S. radio at 3 P.M. EST on Monday, November 19. The accompanying music video is set to launch three days later during the thanksgiving episode of "The X Factor (US)" where Spears is one of the judges. The "I'm a Slave for You" hitmaker will duet with the Black Eyed Peas member will.i.am for the new track.

"Scream and Shout" brings in new music from Spears since her 2011 release "Femme Fatale" made it atop Billboard 200 charts for the April 16 edition. The seventh studio album spanned hit singles such as "Hold It Against Me", "Till the World Ends", "I Wanna Go" and "Criminal". It also featured a collaboration with the Black Eyed Peas singer titled "Big Fat Bass", which will.i.am wrote and produced.

Lindsay Lohan didn't know that she had a 17-year-old half-sister until she was informed about it when coming to "Good Morning America" recently. "I didn't even hear that, so thanks for the news," she said in an interview to promote her upcoming TV movie "Liz & Dick".

"Glee" is taking on a superhero theme in its upcoming episode and is promoting it in a new preview. Presented in a dramatic style, the video is narrated by Chord Overstreet's Sam who explains what threat that brings the McKinley High students to band together and fight their enemy.

Earlier on Friday, November 16, Carrie Fisher sparked online frenzy after allegedly confirming that she would indeed reprise her role as Princess Leia in "Star Wars Episode 7". Die-hard fans of the original "Star Wars" were very happy with the good news, but that was before Fisher sent out her representative to clarify that she was not serious with her statement.

Pouring cold water on the swirling reports, Fisher's rep told E! News that the actress was only joking with her comment. "She hasn't confirmed anything," the rep insisted. "Everything you've seen has been tongue-in-cheek."

"Swimming Pools" rapper Kendrick Lamar, gets his mic cut off and his speakers shut down as local authorities forced a stop to his free concert at the Staples Center in L.A., home court for the Los Angeles Lakers. K-Dot tweeted about the secret show on Friday, November 16 after a Lakers game which then instantly drew an unexpected huge number of spectators at the corner of 12th and Figueroa that apparently was too chaotic for the cops' peace and order standards.

A massive crowd of eager fans and bystanders swarmed the L.A. streets after hearing news of the live performance and in no time, the number of people exceeded the limit allowed by the city.

Justin Bieber might have rekindled romance with Selena Gomez amid recent breakup rumors. According to TMZ, Justin asked a driver to take him to LAX on Wednesday, November 14 to pick up Selena, then headed to her house. The "As Long as You Love Me" hitmaker reportedly spent the night in the property.

A Missouri young man was arrested by cops after admitting to have a twisted plan to shoot the people watching "The Twilight Saga's Breaking Dawn Part II" screening this coming weekend. Blaec Lammers was taken into custody after his mother alerted the authorities about the possible attack.

The mother informed the police that her 20-year-old son had bought weapons resembling those used in the Aurora, Colo. tragic shooting that killed 12 people and injured many others. She's worried that he might try to recreate "The Dark Knight Rises" mass shooting spree last summer.

Rock legend R.E.M.'s break up more than a year ago did not stop its members from giving one final go at their music with the release of a video for the track "Blue". The single is from the band's final 2011 album "Collapse Into Now", while its video is directed by eccentric actor James Franco, and features controversial actress-singer Lindsay Lohan.

"Blue" opens with a contradicting shot of a sign, which says "The End", and then goes into dissolves of nausea-inducing, hand-held and blurry shots of city streets, walking people, party scenes, worm's eye view of The Hollywood Walk of Fame, and aerial shots of the Los Angeles skyline. The series of images look like something straight off an experimental independent thriller movie.

Former "American Idol" contestant Jennifer Hudson is coming to another reality show. The "Spotlight" hitmaker has been booked to serve as a guest mentor to the remaining finalists of "The Voice" for its Monday, November 19 episode.

This isn't the first time "The Voice" brings in an "Idol" alum. In its last season's battle rounds, the show enlisted Kelly Clarkson to help Blake Shelton mentor his team.

All 13 episodes will air, and there are some AMAZING stories coming up!!" Both the drama thriller and horror series "666 Park Avenue" will air the remaining of their 13-episode orders on the same slots.

An intriguing first trailer for "Now You See Me" has made its way out for viewing pleasure. Promising an interesting plot, the sneak peek gives a look at a gang of magicians who literally "travel" from Vegas to Paris in 3 seconds and rob a bank and spread the money to the audience during their spectacular show. The next day, they have to deal with the police for their action but the investigator find that these super magicians are not easy to deal with.

The magic super-group led by the charismatic Atlas (Jesse Eisenberg) is known as The Four Horsemen. One night, they perform a pair of high-tech magic shows, first astonishing audiences by robbing a bank on another continent, and then exposing a white-collar criminal and funneling his millions into the audience members' bank accounts.
