Bobby Brown Pleads Not Guilty to Third DUI Charge

Bobby Brown pleaded not guilty to DUI charge stemming for his arrest on October 24. He didn't show up during the court hearing and was represented by lawyer Tiffany Feder in a Los Angeles court on Friday, November 16, Deputy City Attorney Diego Edber, who served as the prosecutor in the case, told E! News.

In addition to the DUI count, the ex-husband of Whitney Houston was charged for driving with a suspended license as a result of a conviction of an alcohol offense and driving a car without a booze-sensing ignition interlock device. He could be sentenced for two years if he is found guilty.

Joe Jonas Hits the Road in New Video 'All This Time'

Actor and singer Joe Jonas shares a peek at his life on the road as a pop star by premiering his newest video for the track "All This Time". The single is taken from the young singer's debut solo studio album "Fastlife", which was released back in October 2011.

Though the album was launched quite some time ago, the video for "All This Time" just appeared online via the former Disney actor's VEVO page. In the new clip, fans get to see the 23-year-old pop-rock star as he jumps from show to show doing rehearsals and a lot of dance numbers on stage with his band and back up dancers. In between the busy concert preparations, Jonas is also seen greeting, waving, and hugging screaming and delighted female fans who cannot seem to get enough of the Jonas Brothers member.

Zoe Saldana, Anna Kendrick and Common Chosen to Read Spirit Awards 2013 Nominees

The 2013 edition of Spirit Awards has chosen three notable actors to announce its nominees on Tuesday, November 27. The selected stars were Zoe Saldana, Anna Kendrick and Common, so Film Independent toppers Sean McManus and Josh Welsh confirmed on Friday, November 16.

"Anna, Zoe and Common have become an integral part of the Film Independent family and we are honored to have them join us for this big moment to announce and celebrate the best independent artists of the year," McManus said upon announcing the news.

'Army Wives' Confirms Kim Delaney's Exit, Plots a Major Character's Death

Speculation about Kim Delaney's departure from "Army Wives" is true after all. Executive producer Jeff Melvoin has confirmed that the actress, who joined the show in its first season, will not return to the upcoming seventh season.

To accommodate to Delaney's exit, the writers have planned a shocking storyline. The show will kill off her character Claudia Joy Holden early in the next installment. "The first two [episodes] will be very emotional, and it will confirm that Claudia Joy is no longer among the living," Melvoin tells TVLine, before teasing, "Who survives the cliffhanger and who doesn't is going to provide a lot of the juice of the first two hours."

Rihanna's 'Diamonds' Gets Cool Remix From Kanye West

Rihanna might be busy jetting around the world for her ongoing "777" Tour, but back in the States, friend and frequent collaborator Kanye West has been working on a remix for RiRi's recently-released single "Diamonds" from her seventh LP, "Unapologetic". The new album drops on Monday, November 19.

The remix track kicks off with West getting into some pretty long lead raps and catchy tunes that mention "Fresh Prince of Bel-Air" and includes a reference to the Illuminati. "We in this party and nobody invited me/ We goin' crazy and I always use my best sense/ but it don't matter cause I'm always on my Fresh Prince," Kanye rhymes. The record producer and hip hop star also makes references to another rapper, Lil Reese, when he spits out the lyrics, "At the top it's just us," the signature line from Reese's single, "Us."

Miley Cyrus could breathe a sigh of relief. The scissor-armed man, who tried to break into the former Disney star's home in Los Angeles on Saturday, September 8 morning, was ordered to stay away from her for the next three years.

Miley initially sought a permanent restraining order to prevent the trespasser named Jason Luis Rivera from visiting her again. The man was actually sentenced to 18 months, but he is likely to be released in May 2013 due to jail overcrowding.

Peter Facinelli has a new girlfriend, actress Jaimie Alexander. The Carlisle Cullen of "Twilight Saga" movie series was spotted getting cozy with the "Thor: The Dark World" brunette beauty at the premiere of "The Twilight Saga's Breaking Dawn Part II" in New York City.

Peter, 38, and Jaimie, 28, reportedly came to the event together but posed on the red carpet separately outside the Landmark Sunshine theater on November 15. When the cameras were away, they held hands and stole kisses throughout the night's festivity that included an after-party at hotspot Finale.

Deana Carter Files for Separation From Husband of Three Years

Deana Carter really wants to end her relationship with husband of three years Brandon Malone. On Tuesday, November 13, the country music artist filed for legal separation in Los Angeles Country Superior Court and cited "irreconcilable differences" as the reason of the split.

According to the filing, the pair has gone separate ways since August 1, 2011. It also states that Deana asks for spousal support and wants Brandon to pay for her attorneys' fees. How their assets are going to be divided between them is not mentioned in the petition.

"Swimming Pools" rapper Kendrick Lamar, gets his mic cut off and his speakers shut down as local authorities forced a stop to his free concert at the Staples Center in L.A., home court for the Los Angeles Lakers. K-Dot tweeted about the secret show on Friday, November 16 after a Lakers game which then instantly drew an unexpected huge number of spectators at the corner of 12th and Figueroa that apparently was too chaotic for the cops' peace and order standards.

The surprise show was part of the musician's gig for Yahoo!'s Crash Concerts and came on the eve of his "good kid, m.A.A.d city" release. A massive crowd of eager fans and bystanders swarmed the L.A. streets after hearing news of the live performance and in no time, the number of people exceeded the limit allowed by the city.

Rock legend R.E.M.'s break up more than a year ago did not stop its members from giving one final go at their music with the release of a video for the track "Blue". The single is from the band's final 2011 album "Collapse Into Now", while its video is directed by eccentric actor James Franco, and features controversial actress-singer Lindsay Lohan.

"Blue" opens with a contradicting shot of a sign, which says "The End", and then goes into dissolves of nausea-inducing, hand-held and blurry shots of city streets, walking people, party scenes, worm's eye view of The Hollywood Walk of Fame, and aerial shots of the Los Angeles skyline. The series of images look like something straight off an experimental independent thriller movie.

An intriguing first trailer for "Now You See Me" has made its way out for viewing pleasure. Promising an interesting plot, the sneak peek gives a look at a gang of magicians who literally "travel" from Vegas to Paris in 3 seconds and rob a bank and spread the money to the audience during their spectacular show. The next day, they have to deal with the police for their action but the investigator find that these super magicians are not easy to deal with.

The magic super-group led by the charismatic Atlas (Jesse Eisenberg) is known as The Four Horsemen.
