Kristen Stewart's Favorite Brand Balenciaga Loses Its Creative Director

Kristen Stewart's favorite fashion label, Balenciaga, will have to say goodbye to its creative director, Nicolas Ghesquiere, on November 30. The brand's parent company, PPR, wrote down in a statement, "The Balenciaga fashion house and Nicolas Ghesquiere have announced their joint decision to end their working relationship as of 30 November 2012."

The news was shocking, even for Balenciaga insiders. The fashion label's representative Lionel Vermeil was also startled, saying, "Last week you have Sandy. This week you have Nicolas Ghesquiere leaves Balenciaga." When asked about whether he just heard the news the day he spoke, he laughed off, "Read my lips."

Katie Holmes doesn't mind taking a public transportation. Instead of riding a private car or taking a taxi, the actress opted to take a subway ride with a bunch of ordinary people after her first Broadway preview performance of "Dead Accounts" on Monday, November 5.

Wearing a black coat, trousers, shoes, and sunglasses, the ex-wife of Tom Cruise tied her hair in a bun. The "Jack and Jill" actress reportedly was heading home. Before riding the subway, she was spotted walking through Times Square with her bodyguard, who also accompanied her in the subway.

The hip hop giant and staunch supporter of the President made his allegiances clear as he slammed presidential contender, Mitt Romney, during the all-important rally a day before Election Day.

Jigga gave a very upfront performance of his hit track "99 Problems" at the Columbus Nationwide Arena, where he replaced curse words with Republican candidate Mitt Romney's name. "I have to do it - I'm sorry," he told the crowd. "I didn't get clearance from the Secret Service. I changed the lyrics of this song. It goes like this, 'If you havin' world problems, I feel bad for you son. I got 99 problems, but Mitt ain't one'," Jay-Z rapped as the democrat crowd laughed.

More and more scoops about "Star Wars Episode 7" have surfaced. This time around, it is said that Harrison Ford might be returning as Han Solo in the upcoming 2015 movie as a highly-placed insider reveals the actor is open to the idea.

"Harrison is open to the idea of doing the movie and he's upbeat about it, all three of them are," says the source to Entertainment Weekly. The source refers to Ford, Mark Hamill and Carrie Fisher who played Solo, Luke Skywalker and Princess Leia Organa respectively in George Lucas' "Star Wars Episode IV: A New Hope", the first chapter in the famous franchise.

Usher, who is up for three nominations including Favorite Male Artist: Pop/Rock, expressed his excitement via his Twitter wall and wrote, "It feels good to be recognized for my work on#Looking4Myself. Really proud of my 3 AMA nominations!"

What would a rocker do on a medieval drama series? "Game of Thrones" will provide an answer to the question as it has booked Coldplay's member Will Champion to make a cameo appearance in its upcoming third season, Entertainment Weekly reports.

The British musician will play a character who isn't far from his profession in real life - a drummer. No other details provided on his role, but he will join another famous musician, Snow Patrol's frontman Gary Lightbody, who was cast in a cameo role last summer.

Music Composer Elliott Carter Dies at Age 103

Elliott Carter, the American classical composer who wrote elaborate and rhythmically complex works even during his old age, died Monday, November 5 at his Greenwich Village apartment in New York where he has lived since 1945. The composer was 103 years old.

Carter's music publishing company, Boosey & Hawkes, made the sad announcement and called the award-winning artist an "iconic American composer," but did not reveal the cause of Carter's death.

Miley Cyrus Seeks Permanent Restraining Order Against Scissor Intruder

Seemingly, Miley Cyrus is still afraid of stalker Jason Luis Rivera, who once broke into her house. According to TMZ, the actress is currently looking for more protection by filing a request for a permanent restraining order to prevent the stalker from visiting her again.

On October 30, the "Hannah Montana: The Movie" star filed the request for a restraining order. The court then signed the order on the same day. Based on the temporary order, Jason has to stay at least 1,000 yards away from the 19-year-old actress' property at all times. A court hearing to decide whether to fulfill Miley's request for a permanent stay away or not has been scheduled to take place later this November.

It would mark their first offering since 2002's "3D" and the untimely passing of third band member Lisa Lopes a.k.a Left Eye.

'Jersey Shore' Cast Reunites for MTV Hurricane Sandy Fundraiser

"Jersey Shore" has been canceled, but the cast members have signed up to support an MTV telethon. The live one-hour special called "Restore the Shore" will benefit relief efforts in New Jersey, which was recently damaged by Hurricane Sandy.
