Upon first hearing of the song, Miley commented that it was "pretty blatant" but also stressed that she was totally cool with the song being about her and felt that she had the right attitude about being the inspiration for the song.

Now that Warner Bros. Picters has secured the rights to the Superman franchise, some people begin to speculate about a possible sequel to "Man of Steel" despite the fact that the film is still a year away from being released everywhere. Weighing in on the subject, director Zack Snyder decided to play it safe when asked by E! News to comment on the follow-up movie.

"The Office" spin-off isn't happening. Rainn Wilson has revealed that NBC passed on the project starring himself, tweeting, "Farm Update: NBC has passed on moving forward with The Farm TV show. Had a blast making the pilot - onwards & upwards!"

Titled "The Farm", the spin-off was projected to focus on Wilson's "Office" character Dwight Schrute who runs the Schrute family beet farm and bed & breakfast. Paul Lieberstein, who was a showrunner on "The Office" for several seasons before leaving the post earlier this year, helped develop the spin-off.

Levi Johnston and Sunny Oglesby have unleashed their wedding pictures after tying the knot on Sunday, October 28 in Wasilla, Alaska. In one of the pictures released via Inside Edition, the pair is kissing each other, while Sunny hugs their baby girl, Breeze Beretta Johnston, and Levi is embracing both mom and baby.

The Hollywood Reporter shares that the Wu-Tang Clan leader has signed on to helm biopic about Mongolian leader "Genghis Khan" and action thriller "No Man's Land".

The Genghis Khan biopic has sealed "Conan the Barbarian" helmer/writer John Milius to pen the script and serve as an executive producer. Milius was originally set to direct as well before RZA signed on. He initially picked Mickey Rourke to star as the founder of the Mongol Empire.

Robert Pattinson is getting busier and busier. While the 26-year-old actor keeps promoting "The Twilight Saga's Breaking Dawn Part II", he is announced as the newest face of high fashion brand, Christian Dior. He will be Dior Men's spokesperson for its perfume label.

"Rob likes the brand," a source tells E! Online. Robert will appear in the ad campaigns for the French fashion house's fragrance line for three years. The actor is rumored getting almost $12 million from the deal.

Hurricane Sandy has forced some shows to make adjustments, including "Jimmy Kimmel Live!" which previously insisted to move forward with its planned Brooklyn shows. The first show of this week, which was scheduled to be taped Monday, October 29, has been canceled.

"Though it pains us to do it, JKLfrom #Brooklyn tonight is cancelled. I'm disappointed too, but we want you to be safe," Jimmy Kimmel informed fans via Twitter. The show's publicist also said in a statement, "Due to stupid Hurricane Sandy and in the interest of the safety of our studio audience, Jimmy Kimmel Live! will not broadcast tonight from the Harvey Theatre at Brooklyn Academy of Music."

A twisted adaptation of the Brother Grimm classic tale, "Hansel and Gretel: Witch Hunters" is set 15 years after Hansel and Gretel killed the witch who kidnapped them, with the siblings now becoming bounty hunters who pursue witches. They also have to face a corrupt town sheriff that becomes their new enemy.

The long-running speculations of who will be the bad guy in "Captain America: The Winter Soldier" has finally been answered. Variety breaks the news that Frank Grillo has officially snatched the role of supervillain Crossbone in the highly-anticipated sequel to "Captain America: The First Avenger".

The news confirmed previous swirling rumors suggesting that Crossbone would make appearance in the movie. The character, who is also known as Brock Rumlow, usually appears as a henchman of the Red Skull. Though he doesn't have any superhuman powers, Crossbones is known as the world's best hand-to-hand combatants. He's also the one who carries out the assassination of Captain America in Marvel comics.

Taylor Swift is hard at work promoting her recently released album "Red" and her calendar is jammed with tour dates and live appearances, but that does not stop her from accepting the hosting gig for the "The Grammy Nominations Concert Live!! - Countdown to Music's Biggest Night" on December 5. Los Angeles Times reports that the prestigious biblical film project must postpone its filming on Monday, October 29 because the storm threatens to damage the movie's colossal boat in New York.

Emma Watson, who plays Noah's adoptive daughter Ila, tweeted about the incident on Sunday night. The war between Hulk Hogan and his former friend Bubba the Love Sponge has ceased. Both parties have reached a confidential agreement in the lawsuit filed by the former after his sex tape recorded in the latter's house went viral earlier this year. The wrestler claimed he was taped without his consent, which the radio host denied.

"After further investigation, I am now convinced that Hulk Hogan was unaware of the presence of the recording device in my bedroom. I am convinced he had no knowledge that he was being taped. George Clooney has assembled a killer cast for his upcoming directorial stint, "The Monuments Men". As if attaching himself to star in the period drama project is not enough, the lead actor of "The Descendants" recruits a host of A-listers to join his ambitious gig. Among those who are tapped in the project is none other than Daniel Craig, who has lately been stealing attention for his well-reviewed performance as James Bond in "Skyfall".

ABC has given full-season orders to freshman comedy "The Neighbors" and sophomore drama "Scandal". The network orders nine additional episodes, bringing the shows' current seasons to a total of 22 episodes each.

"Neighbors" follows a family who moves into a new house in a gated New Jersey townhome community, which is populated by aliens disguising as humans. The show premiered to 9.2 million viewers and a 3.2 rating in adults 18-49, and has averaged 6.8 million viewers and a 2.0 rating in the demo.

Kim Kardashian is amused by rumors suggesting that she was proposed by Kanye West. The engagement was hinted by "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" executive producer Ryan Seacrest when she headed to Italy with her rapper beau.

Concerning on frontman Billie Joe Armstrong's rehab treatment and well-being, Green Day have decided to call off their remaining 2012 appearances and have also canceled 21 tour dates for January and February 2013. The band said rescheduled show dates would be announced soon and that previously bought tickets would be honored for the new dates.

Although this sudden turn of events may affect the band's promotion for their trilogy album, things still seem on the right track when it comes to their scheduled album releases for "Dos!" and "Tre!", coming out on November 13 and December 11 respectively. "Uno!" was released last September 25, and "Tre!" would come out a month earlier than its original date of January 15, 2013.

Biggest event for sci-fi, superheroes and comic book lovers, Comic-Con, will continue to hold its annual convention at its home in San Diego for at least another four years. On Monday, October 29, San Diego Mayor Jerry Sanders confirmed the good news that the Comic-Con organizers have extended its contract with the Californian city through 2016.

The annual event has turned San Diego's Gaslamp Quarter "into a kind of high-tech 'Twilight Zone', with some of the best people-watching you'll ever see," Mayor Sanders said during the Monday conference, which was attended by Comic-Con organizers and city officials. The original contract was set to expire in 2015.

Tom Cruise doesn't think the drunk man who tried to enter his property Sunday night, October 28 at 9:35 P.M. is dangerous. The intruder was arrested by cops and later cited for misdemeanor trespassing, but the "Mission: Impossible" actor will not sue him.

The trespasser is identified as Jason Sullivan, an Australian model/interior designer/reality star who's living next door in the house that belongs to Tom's agent, Kevin Huvane. He was caught by the actor's security guard trying to climb over the fence to get into the house.

"Anderson Live" is not going to return for a third season. It has been announced that the current second season will be the last for the syndicated daytime talk show hosted by Anderson Cooper, with the last episode slated to air in summer 2013.

"We are extremely proud of Anderson and the show that he and the entire production team have produced," Warner Bros' Telepictures studio says in a statement. "While we made significant changes to the format, set and produced it live in its second season, the series will not be coming back for a third season in a marketplace that has become increasingly difficult to break through."
