'Dark Knight Rises' Shooting Victims File Lawsuits Against Movie Theater

Three wounded victims of "The Dark Knight Rises" tragic mass shooting believe Century 16 Theater holds responsibility for what happened on Friday, July 20. They launch two federal lawsuits against the movie theater for security negligence and seek at least $750,000 in damages each.

Denise Traynom, Brandon Axelrod and Joshua Nowlan accuse the cineplex of having no security guard for the midnight showing. They also claim there's no alarm on the emergency door where the gunman, James Holmes, is believed sneaking out and returning back inside the room with guns.

Michael Bay Discusses Optimus Prime and His Return to Helm 'Transformers 4'

Recently, there have been swirling reports suggesting that "Transformers 4" will feature an all new cast of the robot characters. The news quickly sparked speculations that the fourth autobot war movie might be designed as a reboot without the appearance of Optimus Prime. Responding to the issue, director Michael Bay himself made sure that fans shouldn't worry that their beloved robot would not return to "T4".

Back at Comic-Con, Optimus depicter Peter Cullen stated that he didn't know if he would be back as the fan-favorited robot in the fourth movie or not. Asked by Huffington Post if Cullen would reprise his role, Bay claimed confidently, "Of Course! Of course!" He added, "Listen, when I heard his voice, it gave me chills."

Britney Spears' Manager 'Livid' About Meltdown Tribute on 'Glee'

Britney Spears' camp reportedly has heard about the premiere episode of "Glee" season 4 that saw Brittany having erratic behavior including attempting to shave her head. The episode titled "Britney 2.0" is quickly linked to Britney's 2007 infamous meltdown, and her manager Larry Rudolph is not happy with it.

Access Hollywood's TV personality, Billy Bush, claimed he had talked to Larry and said they felt blindsided by the tribute, which was a far cry from the homage on the second season. "The Britney camp had no idea this was coming," the host said. "I can tell you that Britney's manager, Larry, is livid. He's not happy."

A first look at Jim Carrey as Colonel Stars on the set of "Kick-Ass 2: Balls to the Wall" has been unveiled in some on-set photos that have made their rounds onto the web. Carrey is seen filming a scene on the streets of Toronto, which has been transformed to look like New York.

The rubber-faced comedian is caught on camera rocking The Colonel full attire including his signature eye mask and army costume. He is spotted shooting the scene alongside Aaron Johnson, Lindy Booth and Robert Emms who are clad in Kick-Ass, Night Bitch and Insect-Man costumes respectively.

Matthew Broderick to Hang Out With 'Modern Family'

Matthew Broderick is going to pay a visit to "Modern Family". The actor, who won a Tony Award for his role in "How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying", is set to guest star as a "neurotic" guy who is the new friend of Phil (Ty Burrell).

No further details are available about his character and there's still no word on when the episode will air. The "Ferris Bueller's Day Off" star joins Greg Kinnear, Ellen Barkin, Minnie Driver, Kevin Hart, Philip Baker Hall and Nathan Lane who have all been slated to appear in the fourth season of the Emmy-winning comedy.

The surviving members of Led Zeppelin seemed reluctant to revive their glory days in a full-on reunion. When appearing together to promote their "Celebration Day" concert movie, Robert Plant, Jimmy Page and John Paul Jones refused to answer questions about reunion.

"Can I ask you a question?" Page asked the crowd back. "You've all been to see the film. Did you enjoy it?" When those people who mostly were reporters and Zeppelin fans gave an affirmative yes as an answer, the 68-year-old guitarist replied, "Then we've done our job."

LEGO Possibly Unveils 'Man of Steel' Surprise Villain

Except for its Comic-Con footage and first two teasers, Zack Snyder's "Man of Steel" doesn't reveal any other materials that give hints at the plot details of the Superman movie. However, it is now rumored that LEGO has let slip a tidbit about the movie's possible secret villain when unveiling its list of 2013 toy release.

LEGO, which has a licensing agreement with Warner Bros. Pictures and DC Entertainment for "Man of Steel", suggests that [SPOILER ALERT!] Black Zero may appear in the upcoming reboot movie. FOX Delays 'Kitchen Nightmares' Return in Favor of 'X Factor' Encores

FOX postpones the return of "Kitchen Nightmares" to further boost "The X Factor (US)". One-hour encores of the singing competition's sophomore season will air on Friday at 8 P.M. for three consecutive weeks starting September 28, bumping three episodes of the Gordon Ramsay show to a later date.

It's still unknown when the new season of "Kitchen Nightmares" will premiere. The network will air a telecast of baseball playoffs on October 19, and will premiere the second season of "Touch" on October 26.

Bynes was pulled over by airport authority police official near Burbank's Bob Hope Airport back then. When the cops ran her license, they found out it was suspended. An hour and a half after the first incident, the former child star had her car impounded and was cited for the same offense when crossing paths with the same cops again.

An incident that claimed the life of a crew member happened on the set of Gore Verbinski's Western film "The Lone Ranger". A male crew was found dead on Friday morning, September 21 after drowning in a tank on the Johnny Depp-starring movie set in Los Angeles.

According to TMZ, the man was preparing the tank, possibly cleaning it, when someone noticed that there was no bubble surfacing from the gear. He was quickly pulled out of the water. It was said that someone called 911 to report a medical emergency and when the medics arrived on the scene, they discovered that the man was in "full cardiac arrest."

She was heard saying, "Gay guys are the horniest people in the word ...Most of them probably have AIDS ...I would be so scared if I was a gay guy ... you'll, like, die of AIDS."
