Jay Leno to Stay on NBC for Two More Years After Budget Cut

Though he recently criticized NBC and its parent company Comcast's decision to reduce his late-night show's budget, Jay Leno has no intention to leave the network. In fact, the host of "The Tonight Show with Jay Leno" has extended his deal with the Peacock for two more years to May 2014.

To Wall Street Journal, NBC's entertainment chief Robert Greenblatt confirmed that Leno agreed to take a 50% pay cut as part of the reduced budget. The 62-year-old comedian now receives around $15 million per year, slashing the show's $100 million annual budget by about 20%.

HBO has finally premiered the first full trailer of "The Girl (2012)" after previewing it in some teasers. The video offers a look at the beginning of the partnership between Sienna Miller's Tippi Hedren and Toby Jones' Alfred Hitchcock, who starts freaking her out once they begin working together.

Directed by Julian Jarrold and written by Gwyneth Hughes, the show focuses on the iconic director's obsessive relationship with his leading lady Hedren during the making of "The Birds" and "Marnie". The 82-year-old actress claimed in 2011 that Hitchcock effectively stunted her career because she refused his sexual advances.

Emma Watson lands atop McAfee's annual list of Most Dangerous Celebrity in Cyberspace. The "The Perks of Being a Wallflower" actress replaces last year's No. 1 champ Heidi Klum on the yearly list released by the Internet security firm.

According to McAfee, "searching for the latest Emma Watson pictures and downloads yields more than a 12.6% chance of landing on a website that has tested positive for online threats, such as spyware, adware, spam, phishing, viruses and other malware."

'Kick-Ass 2' Set Photo Allegedly Unveils First Look at Mother Russia

As Jeff Wadlow began the production of "Kick-Ass 2: Balls to the Wall" in Ontario, Canada, a number of on-set photos made their way around the web. Among those pictures, there was one which allegedly provided a first look at one of the film's significant characters, Mother Russia.

The said photo, obtained by Comic Book Movie, showed an image of a muscular woman who was clad in what seemed to be Mother Russia full costume. She donned two-piece red costume and an eye patch. Though the face of the woman wasn't really clear since she didn't look at the camera, she bore a resemblance to Olga Kurkulina with her signature short blond hair.

The filmmaker was on hand to accept the prestigious prize at the Saturday, September 8 event, where he sang a traditional Korean song "Arirang" upon receiving the award.

Later on, Ki-duk told reporters, "This is a song that we Koreans sing when we are sad, when we feel alone, when we feel desperate, but also when we're happy." Ki-duk's award-winning film follows a violent debt collector who tortures people who can't pay to him. One day, he's visited by a strange, middle-aged woman who claimed she was his long-lost mother.

Recently, producer Jon Landau has clarified that James Cameron will film "Avatar 2" and "Avatar 3" back-to-back, but not the fourth one.
