Elena is close to make her choice in a new sneak peek of "The Vampire Diaries" season 3 finale. Waking up from sleep, she tells Matt she's sorry for stringing him along in the past, and realizes that she makes the same mistake with Stefan and Damon.

"I have to let one of them go," so the mortal beauty says. "Which one?" a curious Matt asks, but before Elena gives the answer, Stefan bursts into the room to see if she's okay. The two then share an embrace.

Scarlett Johansson Hints 'Black Widow' Movie Will Focus on the Heroine's Origin

After producer Kevin Feige confirmed that a standalone film for Black Widow has already been prepared post-"The Avengers", lead actress Scarlett Johansson revealed some tidbits about the plot of the spin-off movie. The 27-year-old actress hinted that the film will be more of a prequel that focuses on the gun-wielding hero's origin.

"I love her origin story. I think it's just such a riveting one...," she said during a recent interview to promote "Avengers". She added, "It's just steeped in history and the richness to shoot in Russia, perhaps... I hope that the fans' voice is loud enough and they want to see a Widow origin story, I know Marvel would be happy to entertain that. We've spoken a lot about it."

The drama behind Salma Hayek's first pregnancy was uncovered in the court battle over child support between her husband Francois-Henri Pinault and supermodel Linda Evangelista. On the second day of the trial, Pinault was grilled about why he postponed formally recognizing Evangelista's son Augustin as his own in 2007.

Sharing his side of the story in Manhattan Family Court, the 49-year-old French billionaire said on Friday, May 4, "What prevented me from...legally recognizing...was that my wife was pregnant, and it was a very difficult pregnancy." He further revealed he and Hayek "almost lost" their unborn child, before pointing out, "In fact, we were told the baby had Down syndrome until late May 2007."

Rock and Roll Hall of Fame to Include Adam Yauch Tribute in Broadcast

In the wake of Adam Yauch's passing, Rock and Roll Hall of Fame announces that the late rapper will be remembered at the end of the show that airs this Saturday, May 5. A photo of the Beastie Boys star will be shown to close the event with text that read "In Memory of Adam Yauch".

In addition to the Yauch tribute, the induction ceremony that was taped on April 14 had been changed to include Levon Helm and Dick Clark during the In Memoriam section. The member of The Band died on April 19, while the former "New Year's Rockin' Eve" host passed away one day prior.

Showtime Renews 'The Borgias', TNT Orders New Season of 'Southland'

Two shows from different networks have received similar good news on Friday, May 4. Showtime has picked up "The Borgias" for a third season, while TNT has given a fifth season order to "Southland".

"Borgias" will return with ten new episodes in 2013. Showtime Networks entertainment president David Nevins announced that the production for the new season of the Jeremy Irons-starring series would begin this summer in Budapest, Hungary.

Brian McKnight turns to Funny or Die to premiere a music video in support of his raunchy song "How Your P*ssy Works". In the equally tongue-in-cheek clip, the R&B crooner teaches anatomy lessons about a woman's body part and gives a weird exam to his female students.

Since it came out, some of his fans had been sending him messages on Twitter to show how shocked they were when listening to the song. In response to one of those critics, he tweeted, "I was just blessed with a sense of humor watch the vid and stop taking urself so seriously plz."

Congratulations are in order for Mira Sorvino. The "Romy and Michele's High School Reunion" actress has welcomed her second daughter, Lucia, on Thursday, May 3 in Los Angeles, her representative confirmed.

Baby Lucia is the Oscar winner's fourth child with Christopher Backus, whom she married in a private Santa Barbara ceremony in June 2004 after dating for one year. She joins older sister, 7-year-old Mattea, and brothers, 5-year-old Johnny and 2-year-old Holden.

CBS Threatens to Sue ABC Over 'Big Brother'-Like Show 'Glass House'

CBS isn't happy that ABC is developing a new show which bears striking similarities to "Big Brother". Just days after the latter announced its upcoming project "Glass House", the former, via the Los Angeles legal firm of Gibson, Dunn and Crutcher, has sent a letter to warn that the Alphabet "will be acting at their own peril if they continue to proceed" with the project.

"CBS has instructed us to pursue all available remedies if this course of conduct continues," the letter also points out. If ABC proceeds with "Glass House", the Eye threatens to sue the Alphabet for violation of the Copyright Act, including breach of non-disclosure agreements and misappropriation of trade secrets.

First Look at Ethan and Lena in Film Adaptation of 'Beautiful Creatures'

Warner Bros. Pictures has unveiled the first official look at Richard LaGravenese's young adult novel-adapted film "Beautiful Creatures". Making its way out via Entertainment Weekly, the image presents a close look at Ethan Wate and Lena Duchannes, who are played by Alden Ehrenreich and Alice Englert respectively, sharing a passionate embrace.

Adapted from the first of a five-novel series by Kami Garcia and Margaret Stohl, "Beautiful Creatures" follows high-school student Ethan who meets and becomes bewitched by Lena. The 16-year-old girl moves to a small South Carolina town where the boy lives. The couple later must confront a curse that has haunted Lena's family for generations as she comes to grip with her powers.

After a long wait, No Doubt finally reveal when they are going to release their new album. In a new video message, Gwen Stefani, Tony Kanal, Adrian Young and Tom Dumont announce that they will roll out the new CD in the United States on September 25.

In the coming months leading to the album release, the band will "debut a fresh new site and artwork." They also promise to give updates on the upcoming record through webisodes. "We are incredibly excited to share the new music with you. Ear candy coming your way!" they enthuse.

Less than two months after Kimberly Buffington-Quaid filed for divorce from the "What to Expect When You're Expecting" actor, it was uncovered that she has formally withdrawn her petition on April 26 in Travis County, Texas.

While the one-page notice of nonsuit didn't give any indication why Kimberly had the change of heart, a source told E! News that the filing came after the couple retreated to Telluride, Colorado, to talk. "They have an explosive relationship but they do love each other," the source further explained. "They are rethinking the divorce and seeing if they can actually make it work."

The other two things are the blood of Crowley (guest star Mark Sheppard) and the Alpha Vampire (guest star Rick Worthy), which explains why two of the Winchester brothers' strongest opponents return in this episode. But they may not get the blood easily since it appears that the Alpha will double cross them by working with the Leviathans.

The divorce attorneys for both parties met in a Los Angeles court on Friday, May 4, and Laura Wasser, who represents Kim in the case, said if the case proceeds to a trial and the reality star wins it, he would be asked to pay her legal fees.

The Associated Press additionally reported that Wasser believes Kris is stalling the divorce because his feelings are hurt and he wants to pursue an annulment for the 72-day marriage. "I feel that [Kris'] personal feelings and maybe some media drive is keeping this case alive," she reportedly told the judge during the routine hearing.

Lindsay Lohan Escapes Charges in Hit-and-Run Case

Lindsay Lohan is finally off the hook in her alleged hit-and-run incident. The Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office announced on Friday, May 4, just hours after the case was sent to them, that they won't be filing a charge against the "Freaky Friday" star because there was insufficient evidence to pursue a case.

Deputy District Attorney John Gilligan wrote in his report, "There is no direct evidence to show Lindsay Lohan or anyone else struck victim [Thaer] Kamal." He added, "The fact that no collision is seen on the video and a lack of any damage to any vehicle or any independent witnesses make it impossible to prove this case beyond a reasonable doubt."

After tapping a new director, "Catching Fire" is now circling a new writer. It was The Hollywood Reporter which broke the news that the sequel to "The Hunger Games" is courting Oscar winner Michael Arndt to rewrite its script.

Multiple sources revealed that the "Little Miss Sunshine" scribe is in talks with Lionsgate Films to provide the script for the high-profile sequel project. The initial screenplay had already been written by "Slumdog Millionaire" screenwriter Simon Beaufoy.

After a nearly-three-year battle with cancer, Adam Yauch finally gave in to the illness. The founding member of Beastie Boys, who was diagnosed with a cancerous salivary gland in 2009, passed away in New York at the age of 47 on Friday, May 4, according to the statement released on the hip-hop group's official site.

"It is with great sadness that we confirm that musician, rapper, activist and director Adam 'MCA' Yauch, founding member of Beastie Boys and also of the Milarepa Foundation that produced the Tibetan Freedom Concert benefits, and film production and distribution company Oscilloscope Laboratories," the statement read, "passed away in his native New York City this morning after a near-three-year battle with cancer."

After previously pulling off its promotional materials in the wake of Trayvon Martin shooting case in Florida, "Neighborhood Watch" now gets a new title. 20th Century Fox announced on Friday, May 4 that the adult comedy movie will now be known as just "The Watch (2012)".

Confirming the news, Fox said in a statement, "As the subject matter of this alien invasion comedy bears no relation whatsoever to the recent tragic events in Florida, the studio altered the title to avoid any accidental or unintended misimpression that it might."

Video Premiere: Kanye West's 'Lost in the World' Ft. Bon Iver

Kanye West's music video for his song "Lost in the World", which features vocals by Justin Vernon, has gone viral. The newly-released clip sees the rap mogul performing on a mirrored ground with clouds reflected on it. Some females in plain white tees restlessly dance to the song in a frantic choreography.

The video is shot in black and white by filmmaker Ruth Hogben, and attaches a warning about the use of strobe effects which could potentially trigger seizures.
