TMZ has just brought in a report that the former fiancee of West Coast Choppers CEO Jesse James called police out of fear of her safety at around 10:45 P.M. on Monday, April 30 after she received an extremely unsettling phone call.

Offering details to what led Von D to call the police, law enforcement source told the gossip site that the tattoo artist first received a call from an unknown number on her home phone. After asking her several personal questions, the caller hang up. The same person then sent the "LA Ink" star what is described as an unwanted text.

The women of New York will be part of "The Real L Word" in its upcoming third season. Rock band front woman Kiyomi, rock band rhythm guitarist Somer, and PR/real estate/socialite Amanda, who are all based in the Big Apple, are added to the cast ensemble of the Showtime docu-reality series.

Bad news came from one of Hollywood's notable filmmakers. On Tuesday night, May 1, massive fire has broken out at Tyler Perry's Atlanta film studio. Over 100 firefighters, 13 engines and 12 trucks were on the scene at around 9 P.M. in response to the four-alarm fire at Perry's Continental Colony Parkway studio complex.

Later that night, the Atlanta Fire Department stated that the fire was under control. It was reported that Perry was on the location when the fire broke. Thankfully, Captain Joylon Bundrige confirmed that no one was injured during the incident. He told Los Angeles Times, "As far as I know, [Perry] is OK - there was a report that he was on the scene, but I didn't see him."

After a lot of eliminations, the number of contestants on "The Voice" season 2 has been narrowed down to four. On Tuesday, May 1, each of the four judges split their 100 points between their two remaining proteges, which would be combined with the audience's votes.

Full lineup for the 18th Annual Los Angeles Film Festival has been unveiled on Monday, May 1. While it has previously been announced that Woody Allen's "To Rome with Love" is set to be the opener for the event, it is now revealed that Channing Tatum-starring male stripper drama "Magic Mike" is chosen to close the annual festival.

Eleven years after sharing screen in "Ocean's Eleven", George Clooney and Julia Roberts are teaming up once again. This time, however, the Hollywood stars aren't joining forces for any movie project. Instead, they collaborate to sue two audio-visual companies they accused of using their images without their permission.

Clooney and Roberts, who used her married name Julia Moder, filed their lawsuit against Digital Projection Inc. and Beyond Audio Inc. in Los Angeles Superior Court in Santa Monica last Friday, April 27. A reboot to 2004's "Van Helsing" is officially in the works. Universal Pictures has confirmed on Tuesday, May 1 that the new vampire hunter film project is set to be developed and produced by acclaimed scribe/producer duo Alex Kurtzman and Roberto Orci with Tom Cruise tackling the leading role and serving as the producer.

The reboot will reunite Cruise with the "Star Trek" scribes after they worked together in 2006's "Mission: Impossible 3", which was directed by J.J. Abrams. The original "Van Helsing", which starred Hugh Jackman, grossed $300 million worldwide but it was dubbed a creative failure and a potential franchise for the film had been abolished.

Khloe Kardashian and husband Lamar Odom finally revealed their side of story in the termination of their reality show "Khloe & Lamar". The couple confirmed that the show is not canceled, but they have chosen "to take a break this summer. ...We just want to take a little time off for Lamar to be with family time, kids, basketball, Olympics, you never know. So, we have a lot on our plate right now."

TMZ previously reported that Lamar wanted to focus on his sports career which has suffered a beating after he's inactivated from the Dallas Mavericks. Nicki Minaj is all ready to announce the North American trek of her world tour. The "Pink Friday" tour will be kicked off on July 16 in Chicago, IL and visit 14 other cities up to August 12 in Vancouver, BC.

Jessica Simpson gave birth to her and fiance Eric Johnson's baby girl on Tuesday, May 1 morning in Los Angeles. "Eric and I are elated to announce the birth of our baby girl, Maxwell Drew Johnson," the announcement on her official site said.

Jessica's sister Ashlee Simpson, mother Tina and father Joe were all seen arriving at the hospital that morning to support the singer while on delivery. "We are so grateful for all of the love, support and prayers we have received," the announcement continued. "This has been the greatest experience of our lives!!"
