The Situation Denied Swindling Contract Money

A botched clothing deal between The Situation and apparel company Serious Pimp has ended up in a lawsuit. The "Jersey Shore" star is sued by the company for taking their money and not completing his end of bargain.

Serious Pimp claimed Situation, real name Michael Sorrentino, agreed to promote their T-shirt line for $25,000 in advance. He was supposed to spread the word about the clothing on his Facebook, Twitter and other social media. He and his brother also had the right to approve T-shirt designs. Sorrentino took the money but reportedly never did as agreed and vanished.

NBC Pushes Back 'Celebrity Apprentice' Premiere

"The Celebrity Apprentice" will return a week longer than it was originally planned. The fifth season of the reality series, which was initially set to debut on February 12, is now scheduled to premiere on Sunday, February 19 at 9-11 P.M., NBC has announced.

An original two-hour episode of "Fear Factor" will now occupy the February 12 slot. The network additionally plans to air a one-hour version of the previous week's of "Celebrity Apprentice" prior to the airing of the show's original episode on February 26 and March 4.

First Trailer for Peter Jackson-Produced Documentary 'West of Memphis'

Peter Jackson-produced documentary "West of Memphis" gets its first trailer available for viewing pleasure. Being filled with real footage from the notorious 1994's West Memphis Three case, the promotional video highlights the struggle of various parties to prove that the three young boys convicted of the brutal murder were innocent.

The documentary movie was made to reveal the true story of Damien Echolls, Jason Baldwin and Jessie Misskelley Jr, three Arkansas teenagers who were convicted in 1994 of the murders of three West Memphis boys in 1993. The three youngsters were jailed for over 18 years before finally being released in August 2011.

Sinead O'Connor Splits From Fourth Husband Again, Vows to Stay Away From Romance

There's no "happily ever after" for Sinead O'Connor after all. A little more than a week after reuniting with husband Barry Herridge, the "Nothing Compares 2 U" hitmaker took to her official site to announce that her fourth marriage is finally over for good and vow that she will never again associate herself romantically with anyone.

Having thanked fans for supports, O'Connor wrote on a post dated Friday, January 13, "Ireland is a very f**ked up country." She went on to explain, "Certain sections of our media are pure evil. These people, along with others caused enormous damage deliberately and maliciously to my innocent flower of a husband, purely because he was with me."

At the Television Critics Association winter press tour, Julianne Moore talked about her portrayal of Sarah Palin in "Game Change". Having done research to portray the former vice presidential candidate, the Oscar-nominated actress could say that there was a lot of pressure put on a person during the candidacy and she wanted to present that in the TV movie.

"Her situation was a pretty extraordinary one," Moore admitted. "From where she was taken in state government and thrust into national, even international [politics]. There was a tremendous amount of pressure. That was what I was trying to capture, the pressure that she was under: What was that like? That pressure cooker kind of atmosphere? What does that do to somebody psychologically?"

Matt Cardle has premiered a music video in support of his latest single titled "Amazing". The British singer, who rose to stardom after winning "The X Factor" in 2010, grabs his guitar and starts playing the song in what looks like a set of a photo shoot.

The music video was debuted to precede the release of Matt's mini album, "Amazing". The upcoming EP showcases his self-penned ballad as well as 3 other exclusive tracks. It is set to come out in the United States on February 19.

Brian Austin Green Serves Ex-Girlfriend With Lawsuit Over $200K Loan

Brian Austin Green is waging a legal battle against Vanessa Marcil. On Friday, January 13, the 38-year-old actor filed a lawsuit against his ex-girlfriend, who is also the mother of his 9-year-old son, in Los Angeles County Superior Court, accusing her of failing to pay back the money he lent her when they were dating.

In the papers, the former "Beverly Hills, 90210" star claimed that he began writing checks to Marcil in January 2000, before she was pregnant with their child. He detailed that he lent her up to $50,000 at a time, and insisted that the money was not a gift. Accordingly, the loan has accumulated to a total of more than $200,000.

20th Century Fox's "Fantastic Four" reboot is close to find its director. It has been reported that Josh Trank, whose latest film "Chronicle" is about to arrive in the U.S. theaters on February 3, is now appearing as the frontrunner to work behind the lens for the forthcoming superhero movie project.

According to Variety, Trank has already had some meetings with Fox to discuss the project. However, the studio reportedly will wait to see the result of "Chronicle", which will open over the Super Bowl weekend, before deciding to hand out a formal offer to Trank.

Snow Patrol's music video for their latest single "In the End" has premiered, giving a look at a dapper Gary Lightbody. The lead singer slicks back his hair and opts for a formal tuxedo when performing with his band in an empty theatre. Together, they provide a soundtrack for two dancers who gracefully glide around the stage.

"My idea was to make an MGM musical style video," Gary explained. "The incredible Brett Simon (who directed the last two also) again took my kernel of an idea scrawled drunkenly on the back of a cocktail napkin and turned it into something truly magical and way beyond anything I could have imagined or hoped for."

After a long wait, the first official image from "Skyfall" has finally been unleashed via Empire Magazine. Instead of giving a look at James Bond rocking his trademark tux, bowtie and revolver or getting into a high-octane action, the fresh picture shows the flamboyant secret agent flaunting his hunky physique by the poolside.

The photo features Daniel Craig's Bond getting shirtless and showing off his back muscles as he sits alone by the side of a wide blue swimming pool. The image was taken while the 43-year-old British hunk was filming a scene at the London Four Season recently.

Having spent $40 million to build the school for disadvantaged girls and dealt with its fair share of trials and tribulations, the 57-year-old admitted, "I've learned so much." She elaborated, "I would do it differently but the fact that we are here is a triumph. This has been a journey of 8,000 miles. Tomorrow, for me, is about celebrating the journey this has been."

During a recent interview on Capital FM, Harry Styles said of the video concept, "It was literally us being idiots around London for a day and we filmed it." Liam Payne added, "It was good. Lionsgate Films Officially Seals Deal to Acquire Summit Entertainment

Hollywood's two biggest independent film studios, Lionsgate Films and Summit Entertainment, have been unified in a merger agreement. On Friday, January 13, Lionsgate announced that it has acquired Summit, the studio which developed the "Twilight Saga" film franchise, in a deal for $412.5 million in cash and stock and the assumption of Summit's $500 million debt.

"We are uniting two powerful entertainment brands," said Lionsgate co-chairman Jon Feltheimer and vice chairman Michael Burns in a joint statement. "Bringing together two world-class feature film franchise to establish a commanding position in the young adult market, strengthening our global distribution infrastructure and creating a scalable platform that will result in significant and accretive financial benefits to Lionsgate shareholders."

'Game of Thrones' Season 2 Gets Premiere Date

HBO has unveiled the return date of "Game of Thrones". Having been teased in some promo videos, the second season of the critically acclaimed series that is based on George R. R. Martin's "A Song of Ice and Fire" is now slated to premiere at 9 P.M. on Sunday, April 1.

The new chapter of the medieval fantasy series will see Stannis Baratheon, the brother of late King Robert Baratheon, trying to seize the Iron Throne from the wicked King Joffrey. Meanwhile, Robb Stark who has been named King in the North seeks revenge for his father's death.

Heather Locklear Has Been Released From Los Angeles-Area Hospital

One day after she was rushed to a hospital in Los Angeles and being cared for in the intensive care unit, Heather Locklear has got a green light to go home. Kris Carraway-Bowman, a spokeswoman for Los Robles Hospital, told the Associated Press that the 50-year-old actress was discharged at around 5 P.M. on Friday, January 13.

Hours before, Carraway-Bowman told reporters that parents of the "Dynasty" star want her fans "to know this was not a suicide attempt and that she's doing really well and very good." The rep added, "She is in our ICU now and she spent a good part of the day sleeping. That's good, and when she wasn't [sleeping] she was very chatty, very verbal."

Mena Suvari Files for Divorce After Just 18 Months of Marriage

Mena Suvari is putting an end to her marriage to concert producer Simone Sestito after only 18 months. The Angela Hayes of "American Beauty" has filed divorce papers in Los Angeles County Superior Court on Friday, January 13, citing the usual "irreconcilable differences" as the reason for the split.

According to the court papers, the 32-year-old beauty listed the date of the separation as November 1, 2011. She additionally asked the judge to block her 25-year-old husband from receiving spousal support and to change her legal name from Mena Suvari-Sestito back to Mena Suvari.

"I know [Pauly] was genuinely upset. We were all upset, but Pauly took it to heart, I know that for a fact," so Sitch revealed. Pauly himself seemingly regretted that he did not make the best of his last moment with Vinny as sharing, "We almost had a blowup when he left. Joss Whedon: 'The Avengers' Will Be Told From Captain America's Perspective

While "The Avengers" has been promoted as a superhero ensemble movie, it is likely the film will mainly focus on one character. Director Joss Whedon has revealed to Entertainment Weekly that most of the story in the upcoming comic book movie will stand on Steve Rogers a.k.a Captain America's perspective.

"So much of ['The Avengers'] story takes place from Steve Rogers' perspective, since he's the guy who just woke up and sees this weird-a** world," Whedon said of the Good Ol' Captain who's transported to the present day in "Captain America: The First Avenger". "Everyone else has been living in it. He's the guy that feels that sense of loss."

Gene Hackman Already on His Way Home From Hospital After Being Hit by Car

Contrary to earlier reports, Gene Hackman suffers no serious injuries after being struck from behind by a car while riding his bike in the Florida Keys on Friday, January 13. In fact, a spokeswoman for the Little Bill Daggett in "Unforgiven" revealed that the actor is "already on his way home" from the hospital.

Giving updates on the 81-year-old actor post-accident, publicist Susan Madore told New York Daily News, "He's fine, everything is okay. It was just minor bumps and bruises." She went on to note, "I spoke to his wife. My understanding is that he was bumped from behind by someone in their car."
