Mindy McCready's Son Picked Up by Authorities in Arkansas

Mindy McCready's five-year-old son Zander has been found in Arkansas on Friday, December 2 after reported missing. Just a day before, the troubled country singer insisted that she would not return Zander to the rightful guardian, who is the boy's grandmother, because she was pregnant and could not travel.

McCready initially said that she and her son were in Tennessee. An order was issued on Thursday for authorities to take the boy into custody and return him. An emergency pick-up of Zander was issued a day later when he was finally located. According to authorities in Arkansas, who took the boy into their care, he is in good health and would soon be returned to his grandmother in Florida.

"Are you sure you're not just getting fat?" is the first line that comes out from Barney's mouth upon learning the baby news. Robin punches him in the face, causing him to pass out. He gets punched the second time after he states, "So you're pregnant. Looks like nobody told your boobs."

Benicio Del Toro Will NOT Play Khan in 'Star Trek 2'

While words have run rampant that Benicio Del Toro is set to play Khan Noonien Singh in the upcoming "Star Trek" sequel, J.J Abrams has claimed the otherwise. Slamming the swirling report, the director of the sci-fi film told HitFix that the rumor is "not true."

Rumor that Del Toro will tackle the villainous Khan in "Star Trek 2" was first brought to attention by Latino Review. The character itself was made famous by Ricardo Montalban in both 1967's TV Series "Space Seed" and 1982's film "Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan".

Jimmy Fallon Records Comedy Album for 2012 Summer Release

Jimmy Fallon is recording a second album. The "Late Night with Jimmy Fallon" host has secured a record deal with Warner Music Nashville and is preparing an album for a summer release next year. "Having a new album coming out soon on Warner Bros. means so much to me," he said in a statement regarding the project.

Fallon continued, "Mostly, it means I should probably start writing some songs." The funnyman will fill the CD with "music, parodies and other impresario compositions that became instant classics after performances by Jimmy and his guests on the 'Late Night' show." He will also include never-before-released materials from his talk show.

Lawyer: Conrad Murray Confident the Court of Appeal Will Vindicate Him

Conrad Murray is still standing on his own belief that he is innocent in Michael Jackson's death. Days after he was sentenced to four years in prison for the involuntary manslaughter case, the disgraced doctor has filed a conviction appeal in Los Angeles Superior Court on Friday, December 2.

Murray signed the document himself in the space marked "in pro per," which means he is representing himself rather than using an attorney. The notice seeks all records and transcripts from the case, but does not indicate the basis on which the King of Pop's physician will argue to overturn his conviction or sentence.

The first official image of "Hansel and Gretel: Witch Hunters" has been debuted via Entertainment Weekly. It features lead actors Jeremy Renner and Gemma Arterton rocking all-black ensembles while striking a fierce pose in the middle of the woods. They are seen standing tall with riffles in their hands.

Though the classic tale has been told over and over again for many years, Artenton claimed that the upcoming movie adaptation promises something different with a darker take on it. "They resonate with your fears, that's how these fairy tales worked," she said. "They scared you into behaving. This one in particular is about abandonment and being lost and parents leaving you."

The question apparently represents what's in Meredith's head as she imagines what life would've been like had her late mother Ellis never had Alzheimer's. One thing that would probably happen is that Derek and Addison never broke up.

Steven Spielberg has shared some updates from "Indiana Jones V". The 64-year-old filmmaker recently opened up that he and George Lucas have already agreed on the genre for the upcoming adventure film despite the fact that both of them had an argument over the use of aliens in the last "Indy" film, "Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull".

To Entertainment Weekly, he dished, "I'm really proud of the movie. I loved bringing Marion back. I love the fact that Indy now has a son. It's a family action film, and I love that whole conceit." He added, "It's public that George and I and Harrison [Ford] all had a clash about the genre and concept. But I've always told George's stories."

The 2011 Billboard Woman of the Year honoree survives the day only because she's looking forward to coming home and welcoming back her boyfriend, played by "Friday Night Lights" star Zach Gilford, who returns Stateside after serving in the military.

Swift created the concept of the video herself, and then brought "Mean" music video director Declan Whitebloom on board to help her vision become a reality. "I had a very definitive idea of what I wanted this video to be," she told E! News. Declan responded, "When Taylor says, 'I've got an idea,' you listen to what she's gonna say. And so I did, and it was a great idea - and I loved it!"

The scanned version has landed online, featuring the demigod son of Zeus with a longer hair while being clad in an armor. Looking furious, he holds a pair of tridents while running.

Explaining about Perseus' new weapon, director Jonathan Liebesman said, "The trident is but one of several celestial weapons Perseus has to bring together 'in order to create an uber-weapon'." He continued, "But that's probably a massive spoiler. I haven't practiced being spoiler-proof yet."

Neil Patrick Harris may have offended some transgenders with his jokes on "Live! with Kelly", but soon realized that he made a mistake. Should have been more thoughtful. Didn't at all mean to offend."

While some predicted that Harris would receive a backlash for his "tranny" remark, The Gay & Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation (GLAAD) which is sensitive with this kind of issue does not slam "The Smurfs" actor.
