Mitchel Musso was taken to a Burbank jail after he was busted for drunk driving on Sunday, October 16 morning. Police pulled him over after he failed to come to a stop for the officers who were directing traffic due to an accident.

Burbank Police Sgt. Sean Kelley told E! News, "An officer was directing traffic and Musso failed to slow down when coming to the intersection. He didn't obey instructions and was pulled over. A DUI investigation was held and he was given a field sobriety test"

Host and reality star Giuliana Rancic reveals on the "Today" show that she is battling breast cancer. The 36-year-old who is married to "The Apprentice" star Bill Rancic found out about the tumor during her latest round of in-vitro fertilization.

"It's been a shock," she said in the emotional interview. "A lot of people have been asking, 'We saw that you went and got IVF, so what happened? Are you pregnant?' But sadly, we've had to put that off." Her doctor advised her to have a mammogram because pregnancy may accelerate the growth of potential cancer.

It is almost seven months since Elizabeth Taylor died of congestive heart failure, but close friends and family are still keeping her memory alive. On Sunday, October 16, Colin Farrell, Elton John and nearly 400 other guests gathered together at a private memorial held at the Steven J. Ross Theater on the Warner Bros. lot in Burbank, California.

The service lasted for about 75-minute long with Colin serving as host. Marvel has unveiled the full version of its short film "A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to Thor's Hammer". Compared to its teaser released last September, the new video shows a longer look at the fighting scene between Clark Gregg's Agent Phil Coulson and two thugs while he makes his way to New Mexico where Thor's hammer has fallen.

Coulson is seen stopping by a convenience store at a gas station to grab a snack as he receives a report that a mysterious object, which is allegedly Thor's hammer, has been found. Meanwhile, the store gets robbed by two bad guys, forcing the S.H.I.E.L.D agent to go into some action. He kicks the robbers without using any weapons, leaving the shopkeeper mesmerized.

Days leading to the release of her new album "Stronger", Kelly Clarkson's new song "You Love Me" hits the web. It's one of the materials which credits the former winner of "American Idol" as one of the co-writers.

Kelly is going to release the new album in the United States on October 24. She's going to celebrate it by holding a free concert at The Troubador on October 19. Tickets for the gig are given away based on "first come first served" term, but fans are encouraged to come to the venue as early as possible because access is not guaranteed by the tickets.

"Sesame Street" official YouTube channel has become the latest victim of online hacking. On Sunday, October 16, the contents of the page were replaced with pornographic videos, leading to the site being shut down temporarily.

Sesame Workshop has since released a statement to respond to the hacking. "We apologize for any inconvenience our audience may have experienced today on our Sesame Street YouTube channel," so the workshop wrote on its official Facebook account.

Britney Spears hypes upcoming video premiere of her latest single "Criminal" by teasing its key scenes in a form of some new Twitter icon GIFs. "Did u all see the little Criminal GIFts I've been posting? Video coming this week... #GiveMeCriminal," the blonde beauty writes to her Twitter followers.

Zachary Quinto is thankful for the support he received from fans after he publicly discussed his sexual orientation. The actor, who is famous for his portrayal of Sylar on "Heroes", came out as a gay man in a recent interview with New York magazine. After earning praises from fans for his decision, he took to Twitter to express his gratitude.

Spike TV has announced the winners of the 2011 Scream Awards, which was held at Universal Studios Hollywood on Saturday, October 15. This year, "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part II" was dominating the awarding event in movie categories. The final installment of the wizard boy film franchise nabbed six awards, including the top honor, The Ultimate Scream.

HBO's shows have dominated the 2011 Scream Awards. At the ceremony which was held on Saturday, October 15, two of the network's favorite series, "Game of Thrones" and "True Blood", took home three kudos each.

The upcoming second episode of "The Walking Dead" season 2 will introduce Hershel's farm and people residing there. The place will be Rick's destination after [SPOILER ALERT!] his and Lori's son Carl got shot in the 90-minute premiere episode.

Marvel has brought out a brand new sneak peek at "The Avengers" during the movie's panel at 2011 New York Comic Con on Saturday, October 15. Instead of presenting action-packed scenes, the studio unveiled a footage that centers on Mark Ruffalo's Bruce Banner a.k.a the Hulk and Scarlett Johansson's Natasha Romanoff a.k.a Black Widow.

Set in what seems to be India, where Banner has been hiding for the last two years, the video gives away Banner's encounter with Romanoff who is sent by Nick Fury to get him back into the action. "For a man trying to avoid stress, you picked a hell of a place to hide," she tells Banner. "We never lost you."

Less than two weeks after pleading no contest to battery and firearms charges, Tone Loc is making headlines once again. The "Funky Cold Medina" rapper collapsed on stage during a show in Atlanta on Saturday, October 15 night, and his manager blamed exhaustion for his health issues.

Following his episode, Loc was taken to a nearby hospital and given an IV. His manager told TMZ that the 45-year-old was merely suffering from exhaustion following 12 concerts in two months, but assured he is doing fine now. The gossip site, however, noted that the MC was doing an average of one concert every five days.

A few days after announcing its nominees, 2011 American Music Awards reveals its performers and hosts. Jennifer Lopez, Justin Bieber, Katy Perry are lined up as this year's musical guests, while Nicki Minaj is going to pull a double duty as a performer as well as host.*

The Hulk live action series is still on early stage, but fans have already got a first look at it. At New York Comic-Con held over the weekend, Head of Marvel TV Jeph Loeb said that the newly released trailer for "The Avengers", which gives a quick look at Mark Ruffalo's Bruce Banner transforming into the green giant, has basically provided the first glimpse of the TV Hulk.

Explaining this, Loeb revealed that the TV version will leverage the intensive CGI modeling and design work that is being done for the movie Hulk in order to meet the budget. However, the live action series will feature a different take on the Hulk as it focuses more on the the relationship between Betty Ross and Bruce at the very beginning of the Hulk's existence.

Jennifer Lopez continues to be romantically linked to Bradley Cooper. Around a month after the pair were spotted enjoying dinner together in New York City, TMZ came out with the claim that the estranged wife of Marc Anthony is "casually dating" the "Limitless" actor.

Adding fuel to the possible romance was a photo of a woman, who looks just like J.Lo, and Bradley driving around Los Angeles on Saturday, October 15. In the picture, the woman covers her face with both hands as she rides shotgun, while the star of "The Hangover" keeps his eyes on the road from behind the wheels.

For the second week in a row, "Real Steel" leads the North American box office. The Hugh Jackman-starring robot boxing family movie grosses $16.2 million, dropping 40% from last week. It collects a total cume of $51.7 million.

Disney executive vice president of distribution, Dave Hollis, explains that the targeted market plays important role for "Real Steel" success on the chart. He says, "The fact that we're appealing to families makes all the difference in this landscape."

The motor sports world has lost one of its great racers. Two-time Indianapolis 500 winner Dan Wheldon was tragically killed on Sunday, October 16 in a fiery, 15-car crash at Las Vegas Motor Speedway that sent his car airborne over another vehicle and landed in a catch fence.

The 33-year-old, who is survived by wife Susie and their two young sons, Sebastian and Oliver, was flown by helicopter to University Medical Center in Las Vegas for treatment following the accident. His death was announced by IndyCar Series CEO Randy Bernard about two hours later. It was said that his colleagues were told of his death before that.
