Lil Wayne continued to being the subject of copyright infringement allegation. Less than a month after he was reported to face a $15 million lawsuit for allegedly stealing "BedRock", the rap mogul is now accused of music fraud over another song "How to Love".

According to TMZ, a rapper named Rich Rick filed the legal complaint in L.A. County Superior Court last week. He claimed he purchased several master recordings between 2006 and 2009, including the beat that appears on Weezy's song, from a group of rap producers called Drummer Boyz.

Nadya Suleman can add another title to her resume, a boxing winner. The Octomom stepped into the ring in Fort Lauderdale, Miami last Saturday, August 20 for a celebrity boxing match against a local strip club bartender named Cassandra Andersen, and was declared a winner by a split decision.

An early look at "Oz, the Great and Powerful" was unveiled at Disney's D23 Expo on Saturday, August 20. While neither director Sam Raimi nor lead actor James Franco was present, they both appeared in a video which compiles footage from the first day of production.

Wearing an old-fashioned black tie and dark suit, Raimi opened the video and explained that the film will focus on the origin of the wizard and who he was beforehand. Another new song from David Guetta hit the web recently. Titled "Night of Your Life", it features R&B singer Jennifer Hudson belting out her lyrics over fist-pumping sound spun by the French DJ. The track will be included in his upcoming studio album "Nothing But the Beat".

After a long wait, it was finally announced that Nicki Minaj's "Fly" music video will get its first look unleashed soon. The Sanaa Hamri-directed clip which features Rihanna will get an official teaser during pre-show of the upcoming MTV Video Music Awards on August 28.

The video was filmed in January, and a sneak peek has been available in a form of on-set picture that shows Minaj and RiRi making sassy faces. "We're going to save the world in more ways than one with the video and that's all I can say about that," the femcee said. "I love Ri-Ri! I mean, when she's not grabbing my ass she's a sweet girl."

Snippets from "The Avengers" have been previewed at Disney's D23 Expo in Anaheim, California last Saturday, August 20. Although the majority of the plot remains locked, the footage gave attendees a chance to see a sneak peek at two terse scenes that involve Nick Fury, Tony Stark and Loki.

The first snippet presents a scene taking place in S.H.I.E.L.D.'s Helicarrier. Fury gives Loki, who is trapped inside a hi-tech chamber encased by glass walls, a warning. He will plummet 30,000 feet to his death if he tries to escape. When Loki says, "It's an impressive cage, but not built for me," Fury replies, "Built for something a lot stronger than you."

Maroon 5 shine a little more this year. The Adam Levine-fronted band score their first top 10 single since 2007's "Makes Me Wonder" through their newest offering "Moves Like Jagger" which features Christina Aguilera. They showcased it for the first time on "The Voice" where Adam serves as a judge and vocal coach

The funky song is appealing enough even if it's without Aguilera's voice but the addition of the female singer makes it better. Contrary to swirling rumors, Bono is in good health. While confirming that the lead singer of U2 did go to Princess Grace Memorial Hospital while vacationing in Monaco recently, a spokeswoman shot down reports that the rocker has been rushed to the hospital after complaining of chest pains.

Accordingly, 51-year-old Bono made the trip for a routine check-up. In a statement released via Reuters, his representative stressed, "Despite press stories to the contrary Bono has not suffered a recent health scare. The battle between vampires and witches on "True Blood" is yet to be over and Marnie will use Eric to exercise her plan to kill Bill at the vampire Festival of Tolerance. Lucky for Bill, Sookie arrives in time in Shreveport and is able to summon her most potent powers yet to save him in the upcoming episode.

In the process, Sookie will break a spell, perhaps the one that holds Eric under Marnie's control. Kimberly Stewart has given birth to her first child with Hollywood actor Benicio del Toro. According to Us Weekly, the model daughter of Rod Stewart welcomed her baby girl, who was 22 inches long and weighed 8 lbs 9 oz, at a hospital in Los Angeles on Sunday, August 21.

The 32-year-old has yet to name her newborn, it is claimed. A source additionally said that her rock legend father Rod and her mother Alana Collins were present when she delivered the baby. 66-year-old Rod was reportedly accompanied by current wife Penny Lancaster. Ryan Murphy dropped the bombshell in "The Glee Project" season finale which aired on Sunday, August 21. Instead of crowing one champion, he announced two winners: Damian McGinty and Samuel Larsen.

Both Damian and Samuel get seven-episode arc each in season 3 of "Glee" as the prize. Meanwhile, the other top four finalists, Lindsay Pearce and Alex Newell, will guest star on the FOX musical series in two episodes each.

No reconciliation is in the works for Charlie Sheen and ex-wife Brooke Mueller. The former couple seemed to have put their bitter divorce behind when Charlie took Brooke to Mexico over the weekend to celebrate her birthday, but the 45-year-old actor insisted they are not getting back together.

"The Help" rules the North American Box Office in its second week. The drama based on Kathryn Stockett's best-selling novel has added $20 million to its domestic gross, totaling $71.8 million sales after playing in theaters for 12 days.

At Disney's expo D23 over the weekend, two new movies from Pixar were announced. One will take moviegoers to an imaginative world where prehistoric animal Dinosaurs were never wiped out of the earth. The other will delve into human mind, and show how it works.

This untitled pixar movie about dinosaurs will be helmed by "Up" co-director Bob Peterson who voiced Dug the dog. It is inspired by his childhood visit to the World's Fair in New York. "In this film, the asteroid missed the Earth and dinosaurs continued to live," he said.

Megan Fox apparently enjoys the company of her two male co-stars in "This Is Forty". On Saturday, August 20, the former "Transformers" beauty posted a photo of her taking a dip in a swimming pool with Chris O'Dowd and Jason Segel on her Facebook page.

After about five years of dating, Donald Faison braved himself to take his relationship with Cacee Cobb to the next level. The former "Scrubs" star popped the question to Cobb and the announcement was spread by his former co-star Zach Braff via Twitter.

"Congrats to @donald_faison and @caceecobb on their engagement. Just wish I was there to run around you both with sparklers," Braff tweeted on Saturday, August 20.
