Oscar winning actress Faye Dunaway reportedly is an inch away from being evicted out of her New York apartment. There's a lawsuit filed by the landlord on Tuesday, August 2 which says that Dunaway has been keeping a rent-stabilized one-bedroom walk-up at the low price of $1,048 a month.

For comparison, the same apartment also located in the Upper East Side is rented out for twice the price. Dunaway did not register the one-bedroom pad as her primary residence, which is required under rent stabilization rules. The landlord provided proof that the actress' voter and car registrations are in California.

While reporting about the possibility of Alec Baldwin not returning to "30 Rock", NY Times dished out that the actor has been tapped to host "Saturday Night Live" again. Baldwin would return to the variety show this fall and it would be his 16th time taking the duty.

Baldwin is included in Saturday Night Live's Five Timer's Club, aka a list of celebrities who have hosted more than five times. He is in the first place, in tie with Steve Martin who hosted the Oscars with him last year.

Oprah Winfrey will be getting an Oscar. The former daytime talk show queen is set to be honored with a Jean Hersholt Humanitarian Award at the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences Governors Awards that will take place on November 12 at the Grand Ballroom at the Hollywood & Highland Center. She will receive the Oscar statuette for her extensive charitable, philanthropic and educational works.

Although Winfrey is best known as a talk-show host and TV producer, she was once nominated for Best Supporting Actress for her role in a 1985 movie "The Color Purple". She has also made a special appearance at the 67th Academy Awards in 1995, where she presented the Hersholt Award to Quincy Jones.

Another report has come out regarding the fate of Charlie Harper on "Two and a Half Men". Following speculations about whether or not the character which was portrayed by Charlie Sheen will die in upcoming season of the sitcom, two longtime "Men" staffers have allegedly said it indeed will happen.

"As far as Chuck [Lorre] was concerned, there never was any doubt: Charlie Harper was going to die to end his connection to the show," another source said as quoted by Chicago Sun-Times. It was additionally reported that creator/producer Chuck Lorre got "extreme pleasure in making sure it happened."

Months after he crashed his jet ski to a bridge in Florida, Sean Kingston opened up about how serious his injuries were. In his first televised interview after the May accident, the singer who collaborates with Justin Bieber in single "Eenie Meenie" unraveled that he underwent two open heart surgeries.

During the "MTV First" special, the 21-year-old told Sway Calloway, "A lot of people don't know it was a deeper situation. I had open heart surgery and I had two other surgeries; it was a life-or-death situation." He revealed that he underwent emergency surgery when he was about to be discharged from the hospital.

Drew Barrymore steps behind the lens in a star-studded music video for Best Coast's single "Our Deal". The "He's Just Not That Into You" star directs "Kick-Ass" star Chloe Moretz and "Teen Wolf" actor Tyler Posey as star-crossed lovers.

Playing members of two feuding gangs Night Creepers and Day Trotters, Chloe and Tyler are helplessly in love with each other. Behind their friends' back, they steal a kiss in an alley and in a rooftop. The cameo include Donald Glover, Alia Shawkat and Miranda Cosgrove.

TLC has released the first trailer for "Crazy About Pippa" less than a month after announcing the show about Pippa Middleton. The promo video features footage from Prince William and Kate Middleton's wedding where Pippa served as a maid of honor. The sister of the future Queen of England indeed gained public's attention after taking part in the royal event.

A sequel for "Green Lantern" is still possible to hit the big screen, despite its disappointing box office performance. Warner Bros. Pictures points out that they still put the DC Comic-adapted movie as a top priority and even already have a plan for the sequel, revealing that it will be "edgier and darker."

"We had a decent opening so we learned there is an audience," Jeff Robinov, WB's film group President, told Los Angeles Times. "To go forward we need to make it a little edgier and darker with more emphasis on action... And we have to find a way to balance the time the movie spends in space versus on Earth."

Fresh off "Watch the Throne" listening party in New York, Beyonce Knowles went to South Brunswick to film a music video for her next single. Rumor has it, the R&B diva shot the visuals in the rural parts of New Jersey for Andre Benjamin-assisted song "Party".

Queen Bey was all smiles, waving to onlookers around the area when they took her pictures. She was joined by her singer sister Solange Knowles and her former Destiny's Child member Kelly Rowland on the set, but there is no word about possible cameos for the two.

Waka Flocka Flame seems unable to keep himself out of trouble with the law. Less than two weeks after he was arrested in New York City for criminal possession of marijuana, the "Hard in da Paint" rapper found himself detained yet again after police in Georgia found weed in his car.

TMZ reported that the 25-year-old, whose real name is Juaquin Malphurs, was pulled over for a routine traffic violation on Tuesday, August 2. When officers smelled a scent of weed from his White Chevy Tahoe, they placed him in handcuffs and searched the vehicle only to find "a small amount of marijuana" on the floor.

Julianna Margulies sexes it up in a newly released poster for a third season of "The Good Wife". Taking a lead role of Alicia Florrick, the 45-year-old beauty graces the one-sheet in a black negligee while posing seductively with her eyes closed.

The drama series will return on CBS this fall on Sunday, September 25 at 9/8c. It was recently reported that Alicia's younger brother Owen Cavanaugh (Dallas Roberts) will find a love interest. He will reportedly get caught having a "titillating conversation" with a hot philosophy professor named Bon.

A new picture from "The Dark Knight Rises" set recently hit the web, revealing the first look at Joseph Gordon-Levitt on location. Taken from the shooting in Pittsburgh over the weekend, the image shows the "Inception" actor wearing a blue-navy small-plaid shirt with its sleeves rolled up to his elbows.

Gordon-Levitt is tapped to play John Blake, a Gotham City beat cop assigned to special duty under the command of Commissioner Gordon (Gary Oldman). That day, he supposedly filmed a scene with Marion Cotillard, who plays Miranda Tate, and Oldman in a judge's house. Cotillard is indeed spotted standing next to him on the set, and Oldman was snapped around the area as well.

Justin Timberlake's bodyguard might have assaulted a photographer for blocking the star's path. The "Friends with Benefits" actor dined out with co-star Mila Kunis and some friends at Nobu restaurant in Mayfair, London on Tuesday night, August 2, but before he made his entrance, a member of his security team was snapped kicking a photog.

Photos documenting the chaotic scene outside the restaurant capture the bodyguard swinging his foot toward the photographer, who was already laying on the floor. The alleged altercation reportedly also involved some pushing. Words are, it happened because a large group of photographers were blocking the "SexyBack" singer's entry.

Now that he's healthy and in a good shape, Sean Kingston is ready to get back to the studio and craft a new tune. In a recent interview with MTV, the reggae fusion singer said he has gone to Los Angeles to record a new material and hopes to release it by the end of this year.

Beside eying to release new song in December, Kingston also plans to make a live performance in some "spot dates." He was first seen making his return to the stage at Britney Spears' concert by making a duet with his "Letting Go (Dutty Love)" collaborator Nicki Minaj.

Bravo has renewed three of its hit series. "The Real Housewives of Orange County" will return for a seventh season, "Top Chef Masters" is ordered for a fourth season, while "Million Dollar Listing LA" is renewed for a fifth season.

Along with the renewal, the network also adds three new series to its slate with a goal to increase its must watch original programming. They are "Around the World in 80 Plates" (working title), "Paint the Town" (working title) and "Newlyweds: The First Year" (working title).

A number of new stills from "We Bought a Zoo" have been unveiled. Coming out via USA Today, two of them offer a closer look at Matt Damon as Benjamin Mee. One sees him facing off elderly tiger Spar, while another one has him holding a poster of the zoo's grand reopening that features his son's drawing.

Another photo gives a first look at Scarlett Johansson as Kelly Foster, who grew up with the zoo and stayed on as a caretaker. Joining her in the image is Maggie Elizabeth Jones playing a motherless girl named Rosie who, according to director Cameron Crowe, brings out the maternal side in Kelly.

Breaking Benjamin, who are currently in hiatus, have broken up. Frontman and founding member Benjamin Burnley fired guitarist Aaron Fincke and bassist Mark Klepaski, and took legal action against them for allegedly remixing the group's song "Blow Me Away" without consent.

The dispute over the song remix erupted in May, and ended up with Burnley firing Fincke and Klepaski via e-mail. In the lawsuit document filed in June, Burnley claimed his two former bandmates signed a deal with Hollywood Records to remix their song without his consent. In compensation, he is seeking $250,000.

Having said that they just want a humble, boring life together, Ashley Hebert and J.P. Rosenbaum say no to TV marriage. The pair, who got engaged in the season finale of "The Bachelorette", have stated that they have no intention to follow in the footsteps of other reality show couples and tie the knot on the small screen.

"I don't think you'll be seeing us on TV unless you Tivoed those episodes," dentist student Ashley said during a press call on Tuesday afternoon, August 2. Supporting his fiancee's statement, J.P. added, "We talk about it in jest sometimes, but no real thought has gone into it."

Matt Damon has let off some steam in defense of teachers. The "True Grit" actor attended the Save Our Schools March on Saturday, July 30, and gave a reporter and a cameraman from Reason TV a piece of his mind in response to a question that teachers aren't driven to work as hard as actor because they don't have the same job insecurity.

With his mother standing next to him, the 40-year-old actor first asked in return, "You think job insecurity is what makes me work hard?" When the reporter replied, "Well, you have an incentive to work harder, but if there's job security...," he cut her off to say, "I want to be an actor; it's not an incentive. That's the thing. See, you take this MBA-style thinking, right?"

Miranda Lambert's first single "Baggage Claim" has finally made its way out in its studio version after previously hitting the web via shaky footage of her live performance. The "House That Built Me" singer kicks in the song with funky guitar riffs before crooning about having had enough of her man's selfishness.

"I have been draggin' around your sensitive ego/ Making sure your bags arrive on time/ For the dog and pony show/ A leather suitcase like a brick/ It kind of makes it hard to get a grip/ I drop your troubles off at the conveyor built/ I hand you a ticket to go get it yourself," she sings. Laurence Fishburne will play boss in a new take of Superman's adventure, "Man of Steel". Joining the cast ensemble which has had Henry Cavill as Clark Kent and Amy Adams as Lois Lane among others, the "CSI: Crime Scene Investigation" alum will take the role of Perry White, the editor-in-chief at Daily Planet where Clark and Lois work, Entertainment Weekly reports.

White has been known as a tough, irascible, old fashioned, but fairminded newsman. Previously, the character was portrayed by Jackie Cooper in Christopher Reeve-starring Superman films, before Frank Langella took on the role in Bryan Singer-directed "Superman Returns" in 2006.

Blake Lively has taken her summer romance with Leonardo DiCaprio to the streets. The Serena van der Woodsen of "Gossip Girl" was snapped cruising around New York City on bicycle on Saturday, July 30. Also photographed pedaling alongside her is the leading man of "J. Edgar".

It is confirmed that Ben Foster is set to play the son of John Travolta's John Gotti Sr. in Barry Levinson-directed biopic "Gotti: In the Shadow of My Father". Fiore Films announced the casting on Tuesday, August 2, adding that pre-production of the movie is scheduled to start in September while principal photography will begin on January 3, 2012 in New York City.

The project will reunite Foster with Levinson after they teamed up for 1999's comedy "Liberty Heights". "Barry Levinson was the first director who took a chance on me, and I have a career because of him," the "Alpha Dog" actor said, before adding, "This is a film bout family, fathers and sons. I am deeply honored for the opportunity to work with Barry and the amazing cast he is assembling to help bring the story of the Gotti family to the screen."

Francis Ford Coppola's upcoming horror thriller "Twixt" has got its first trailer. It opens with a narration from Tom Waits who explains the place where the story begins. "There was once upon a time, a town not far from the big city. A road ran through it but it was a town of those who wanted to be left alone," he said in a voiceover.

What comes next is the introduction of its character, Hal Baltimore. What drags him to the small town in the beginning and what makes him stay a little longer than what's supposed to be? A washed-up writer, he's meant to make a brief visit only for his tour book, but is soon drawn into the mystery of mass murder along with a wave of wooden-stake killings and dreams of ghosts.

Redmond O'Neal apparently hasn't learned his lesson. Nearly a year after graduating from a court-ordered drug program, the troubled son of Ryan O'Neal and the late Farrah Fawcett has found himself arrested once again for possession of heroin and marijuana and is being held without bail.

The 26-year-old was initially pulled over in Santa Monica after he ran a red light on Tuesday (August 2) morning. A spokesperson for the Santa Monica Police Department told Radar Online, "At approximately 8:45 a.m. a motor officer observed an argument at a store on Lincoln corner of Michigan. The officer then watched as he got into his vehicle."

Another actress has been added to the growing cast of "Game of Thrones" season 2. Gemma Whelan is tapped to portray Theon Greyjoy's older sister Asha, who will be called Yara on the series, possibly to avoid confusion with another character Osha (Natalia Tena) which sounds similar.

The older sister of Theon of the Stark family, Asha/Yara is the daughter of Balon Greyjoy and his wife, Alannys. She is fierce and proud, and defies traditional ironborn gender roles by commanding her own ship, the Black Wind. She also has a penchant for axes.

Kings of Leon scrapped their U.S. tour and denied that they were breaking up but did not exactly reveal what the real problem is. Turns out, the band want to give frontman Caleb Followill a time to get help in rehab for his drinking problem.

The band previously said that Caleb was "suffering from vocal issues and exhaustion" but his brother Jared Followill indicated something more serious on Twitter when he wrote, "I know you guys aren't stupid. I can't lie. There are problems in our band bigger than not drinking enough Gatorade."

"The Bachelorette" Ashley Hebert and her fiance J.P. Rosenbaum gave more of their plans on "Jimmy Kimmel Live!". After appearing on the "After the Rose" special, the couple talked about the finale as well as their plan to get married in 2012.

The couple told Jimmy Kimmel that after he proposed to her, they got to spend a few days together in a very private house on "a private island". But they lived in different cities so they sneaked out to meet every two weeks while the show aired. Another way is to use Skype. "I don't watch any TV anymore. Gym, home, three hours of Skype, sleep," J.P. said.

The joint tour of Jay-Z and Kanye West is going through major rescheduling. "The Throne" tour was due to start in Detroit on September 22 but now the first date is October 29 in Atlanta, GA. Some of the dates, nearly 20 of them, have been crossed out but no replacements have been announced.

Jay-Z recently has to shoot down rumors that he and Kanye are involved in a feud over the tour. The NY Post reported that they were "barely speaking to each other" because they wanted different things about the tour, with Kanye wanting a glitzy show and Jay-Z a basic performance.
