Roger Ebert's comments aside, a new progress is reported on the accident that killed "Jackass" star Ryan Dunn on Monday, June 20 morning. The person on the passenger seat when Dunn skidded his Porsche off the road outside Philadelphia is 30-year-old Zachary Hartwell of West Chester, Pennsylvania.

Hartwell is not a member of the "Jackass" crew but he was credited as production assistant in "Jackass: Number Two". According to MTV, Hartwell is a recently married Iraq war veteran who is also a "car stunt driver" in Bam Margera's 2009 movie "Minghags".

Judy Greer is set to walk down the aisle. The 35-year-old beauty has been engaged to her boyfriend Dean Johnsen, whom she has been dating for about a year. "I'm really excited. Rumor has it, it was around 1:30 A.M. when Nivea was taken to the Fulton County Correctional Facility. She reportedly lost control of her '06 Mercedes and crashed it right into a tree. A kid was with her inside the vehicle during the accident, but neither of she and the child was injured. When being questioned by police officer, she reportedly yelled, "B****, I could buy your job h**!"

Hours after the "Jackass" star was found dead in a fatal car crash in Route 322 and New Street in West Goshen Township this Monday morning, June 20, the film critic was criticizing the 34-year-old actor for getting drunk while driving.

Taking to his Twitter account, Bam blasted the 69-year-old journalist. He wrote, "I just lost my best friend, I have been crying hysterical for a full day and piece of s*** roger ebert has the gall to put in his 2 cents about a jackass drunk driving and his is one, f*** you!" Two Jeff Buckley films are currently developing, and one of them has found an actor. "Gossip Girl" hunk Penn Badgley has been announced to portray the late singer in Dan Algrant-directed film, "Greetings from Tim Buckley".

Announcing the casting, Smuggler Films' Patrick Milling Smith admitted that Penn's audition has surprised them. "We had been searching well over a year for an actor that can come close to Jeff's spirit while also having the serious musical chops required to authentically tell this story," he said. "Penn's audition blew us away and we knew we found our star."

Noah and the Whale have premiered a music video in support of their latest single "Life Is Life". It follows a young girl daydreaming of being free and floating to the sky in a blimp. The band, meanwhile, are playing on the field with some cheerleaders.

The list of possible Chris Meloni's replacements on "Law & Order: Special Victims Unit" has been narrowed to five. Among those competing for the coveted part reportedly are two "True Blood" actors, Kevin Alejandro and Michael Raymond-James.

Ryan Dunn's sudden passing has put his new series "Proving Ground" in limbo. Shortly after the sad news hit the headlines, G4 announced that the show is pulled off the schedule, stating through a spokeswoman, "The show is off the schedule as of today until we discuss next steps."

Dunn was co-hosting "Proving Ground" along with Jessica Chobot. They worked with experts, specialists and prop masters to re-create stunts seen in films, TV shows and video games to see if they could really work in the real world. Nine half-hour episodes have been shot and the show was just premiered last Tuesday, June 14 with only 31,000 people watching it.

Universal has added another actor to "Snow White and the Huntsman" cast ensemble. Ian McShane, who stars as Blackbeard in "Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides", has been cast to play one of the eight dwarfs.

Heat Vision has the scoop, saying that McShane will portray Caesar, the leader of the dwarfs. While the deal is yet to be finalized, Universal Pictures still needs to tap some more actors to play the other dwarfs: Nero, Tiberius, Hadrian, Trajan, Constantine, Claudius and Gus.

The actor, who is also known for his role as Vadim in the "Days of Wrath", has made a headline as he decided to marry a very young aspiring country singer Courtney Alexis Stodden who is only 16 years old. The newlywed couple tied the knot on May 20 in Las Vegas.

Although their age difference sparks a public controversy, the twosome insisted that they have no problem with that. Tattoo issue which has been circling "The Hangover Part II" is now settled. Warner Bros. Pictures has inked a deal with tattoo artist S. Victor Whitmill, who claimed that facial art on Ed Helms' face is similar to one he created for Mike Tyson.

"Warner Bros. and Mr. Whitmill have amicably resolved their dispute. No other information will be provided," Whitmill's lawyer Geoff Gerber told The Hollywood Reporter. Insiders said that the settlement was hammered during an all-day mediation in St. Louis on Friday, June 17. Although terms of settlement are yet to be announced, this deal means that the tattoo will remain on Helms' face.

"Mad Men" is victorious at the first Critics' Choice Television Awards. The AMC drama series wins three out of five nominations, taking home the coveted Best Drama prize. "Like a TV critic, I'm a champion of the underdog," creator Matt Weiner said when accepting the kudo at the June 20 ceremony.

The CW has become the first network announcing its fall premiere dates. Opening the fall TV season for the network will be "90210" which is paired with newbie "Ringer" on Tuesday, September 13, days before the official start of the fall season, which is September 19.

Sean Kingston is getting better after a recent life-threatening jet-ski accident. To assure fans that he's indeed doing ok and now on the road to recovery, the reggae fusion singer took to Twitter to give update on his condition by posting a first picture post the jet-ski crash.

After he made "Midnight in Paris", Woody Allen is ready to shoot his 2012 film "The Bop Decameron". On June 20, Allen announces through a press release the full cast members, some of whom have been reported joining the project. The surprising part is Allen himself will star opposite Penelope Cruz in the dramedy flick.

Weird Al Yankovic's take on Lady GaGa's hit single "Born This Way" has finally got an official music video. It features Yankovic in a young woman body wearing the Mother Monster's various signature outfits ranging from bubble dress and meat number.

"My mama told me when I was hatched/act like a superstar/Save your allowance/buy a bubble dress/and someday you will go far," he sings "Perform This Way" while strutting his stuff. "I'll even be a human jelly bean, because everyday is Halloween for me."

Ryan Dunn has died in a car crash early Monday morning, June 20. His car, 2007 Porsche 911 GT3, was found "off the road and in the woods" in West Goshen Township, Pennsylvania, police told TMZ. The "Jackass" actor and an unidentified passenger lost their lives around 3 A.M. "as a result of injuries sustained in the accident."

On late Sunday, just hours before the car crash, Dunn tweeted a photo of himself and a pal drinking what appears to be alcohol. However, it is still unclear whether alcohol played role in his death. Cops said "speed may have been a contributing factor" in the accident. The Chester County Coroner is currently conducting an autopsy on Dunn and the unidentified passenger.
