Actress Shirley MacLaine will never give up her beloved New Mexico home, because she believes the former owner, dancer Vera Zorina, wanted her to live there. The "Terms of Endearment" actress had no intention of buying the remote home when she first visited it in 2004, but she had a firm feeling the place was supposed to be hers the minute she walked through the door.

She immediately sensed a dancer had died at the top of the stairs and wanted her to have the home, and MacLaine made an offer without seeing the rest of the building. The actress then set about trying to find out who the spirit was who wanted her to move in, and discovered it was German-born dancer Zorina, who died in 2003.

Celine Dion has urged pop stars Britney Spears and Kylie Minogue to follow her lead and take on a Las Vegas residency, because she's enjoyed her stint on the Sin City stage so much.

Both stars are rumored to be in talks for spectacular shows in the Nevada gambling Mecca, and the Aussie singer, currently on tour with her "Aphrodite Les Folies" trek, recently declared, "I've got my Las Vegas show right here. We've been talking about it so if I do a residency I definitely have the show for it."

"Avatar 2" is heading to Manhattan Beach. 20th Century Fox has locked a deal to film the movie at MBS Media Campus, and will use the 585,000-square foot facility as the base for the high-tech production of the movies under a lease.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, director James Cameron will use the property for the motion capture photography of the anticipated "Avatar 2" and "Avatar 3". In addition to filming the "Avatar" sequels at the campus, Cameron will likely use it as a new home of Lightstorm Entertainment. However, he did not mention how long he will use the building, and how much he should pay for it.

Robert Pattinson has made Kristen Stewart's 21st birthday even more merrier. According to Us Magazine, the "Water for Elephants" star led the "Twilight" cast and crew in singing Happy Birthday for his rumored girlfriend during a private party at Rockwell's Bar & Grill in Squamish, Vancouver last Saturday night, April 9.

Dishing on what happened during the bash, an insider shared that around 10 P.M., Kristen was presented with a "simple chocolate cake". It was then that "Rob led the crowd singing for her, and you could tell she was so embarrassed but in a cute way!" The inside source added that throughout the night, Rob was seen kissing her cheek "a bunch of times."

Blair Waldorf is indeed getting engaged on "Gossip Girl" before this season ends. After rumor swirling that the snobbish girl will get herself a fiance, she is heard saying, "I'm engaged," in a new promo video for the last five episodes of season 4.

The promo highlights Blair's relationships with three different men during the show, who are Chuck, Dan, and Prince Grimaldi. It hints that Leighton Meester's character will find herself caught in a love rectangle before she chooses the love of her life.

Rihanna has fired off at one Internet blogger who bashed the R&B beauty for refusing to continue her court-imposed restraining order against ex-boyfriend Chris Brown earlier this year. The "Umbrella" hitmaker allowed the order to expire and agreed with a judge that Brown had been punished enough for his attack on her in 2009.

But not everyone was happy with her decision and one blogger, Sandra Rose, called it "a disgrace". Rihanna has used a new Rolling Stone interview to hit back at the opinionated writer, insisting, "A lot of people get so brave behind the computer screen."

Charice is gearing up to release a new single called "Before It Explodes" for her second international album. The teen YouTube singing sensation has previewed the upcoming song in a 30-second snippet, and will release it in full on April 18.

"Just let it go/ Stop the madness, before it explodes!/ Before it's out of our control," she sings on the hook. The new song is produced by Bruno Mars, and he recently told a Filipino reporter, "It's a love song. It says, 'We have to stop the madness before our love explodes'."

Universal Pictures may have another original "American Pie" star join the forthcoming "American Reunion". Alyson Hannigan, who played Michelle Flaherty in "American Pie" film series, has allegedly agreed to reprise her role in the upcoming movie.

There were concerns whether she will be back to join the film as her schedule might clash the production of the "American Wedding" sequel. However, Deadline reports that she will shoot the film before she returns to the CBS comedy series "How I Met Your Mother".

Newlywed actress Reese Witherspoon is driven to tears by her lack of privacy in Hollywood and will occasionally break down and bawl in her car. She says, "I wasn't into 'sexcapades', although I tried it once; I had three people in one day. It was on a political campaign, where everybody was doing the same thing (and) I just didn't wanna be left out. It was not my style at all; I'm a serial monogamist."

David Arquette was left sickened by the tabloid coverage of his wife's recent holiday with Josh Hopkins - because there's nothing romantic going on with the "Cougar Town" co-stars. Kirstie Alley has found herself in the middle of another unexpected situation on "Dancing with the Stars" stage. After falling to the ground with partner Maksim Chmerkovskiy last week, she lost her shoe during her dance on Monday, April 11.

Dancing waltz to "The Flower Duet", Kirstie ended up in a planned sitting position on the floor after Maksim twirled her around. Her shoe was off at that time, but she managed to get it back on before Maksim approached to pick her up and complete the dance.

Lady GaGa has suffered from an on-stage mishap during a recent performance on her Monster's Ball tour. The "Born This Way" singer took a nasty spill from a piano while performing in front of thousands of her fans in Houston, Texas recently, and the embarrassing moment has been captured on tape.

Delivering a rendition of "You And I", the 25-year-old stood with one foot on a piano stool and the other on the black grand piano. When her heel accidentally flicked the stool away from her, she came tumbling down and landed flat on her back under the piano. Amazingly, she didn't lose grip of the microphone and continued singing underneath the piano before quickly got back up.

Matthew Morrison and Gwyneth Paltrow's duet track "Somewhere Over the Rainbow" has been made available for download in iTunes. The classic tune is a song he used to audition for "Glee", and it's re-recorded by him and the "Country Strong" actress for his upcoming debut album.

Explaining his song choice, Matthew said, "People kind of know me for that song now." He then added, "I wanted to do a duet with a female. I thought that was a good song to do, and we really did a different arrangement of it. It's a lot of strings, and it's beautiful."

A three-minute clip of "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part II" has been leaked online in bootleg version via Trailer Addict. R&B singer Toni Braxton had no choice but to file for bankruptcy because she refused to tell debt collectors she had lupus. Punk icon Iggy Pop has revealed he was among the stars "American Idol" producers contacted when they were recruiting judges for the current 10th season of the TV talent show. The "Lust for Life" singer, who performed shirtless on the contest on April 8, admits he has become a fan of the program over the years and he did consider the possibility of offering his opinion on the show.

He says, "It didn't go very far. There were two phone calls... I wasn't sure I was interested or available. They called me... I was curious and we spoke a couple times, and that was as far as that went."

Thus, Rachel must go back to Eastern Europe, reliving the trauma of those events and confront the debt she has incurred.

Julia Roberts' actress niece, Emma Roberts, auditioned for her role in "Scream 4" via Skype. The young star reveals she showed up at director Wes Craven's home after he invited her to audition for the latest "Scream" sequel, but she didn't actually get to meet him face to face.

She explains, "I get to his house and they told me it (audition) would be on Skype (internet video calling program), which was so strange because his assistant was there, his casting director was there and he's there on a laptop. I just went for it and I actually found out later that day that I got the movie and I was off to shoot two weeks later. It was the fastest job I've ever gotten."

Actor David Arquette has reunited with his vaudeville business partner and is planning to go "mad" in Hollywood again. Fans will have enough time to say goodbye to Steve Carell before he leaves "The Office". NBC has announced that the final episode for his character Michael Scott will be extended to 50 minutes when it airs on April 28. Thus, it will run from 9:00 to 9:50 P.M.

"Parks and Recreation" will immediately follow with its own super-sized episode from 9:50 to 10:30 P.M. "30 Rock" will continue the studio's Thursday night line-up from 10:30 to 11:00 P.M.

British singer Jamie Cullum has auctioned off a collection of his footwear to raise cash for the relief efforts in Japan. The pianist placed several pairs of sneakers on auction website eBay.com following the devastating earthquake and tsunami in the country - and after raising $2,355 in the sale, Cullum donated some of his own money to boost the funds.

In a post on his Twitter.com page before the auction he wrote, "Hey gang. I'm auctioning off some of my most important bits of footwear 2 help raise money 4 the Japanese relief effort," before announcing, "My trainers (sneakers) raised GBP1,472! I'm going 2 round it up to GBP3,000 and send it with love 2 the Japanese relief effort from us all. Ok, pants next..."

There's a major setback in the development of zombie movie "Maggie". Earlier this month, it was reported that the John Scott-penned script was picked up for production under Timur Bekmambetov's PH. However, it has just emerged that the film is back on the market because the negotiation ended without a deal.

"Maggie" was thought having a huge potential of becoming a movie hit with its moderately low budget and zombie appeal. It revolves around a 16-year-old teenage girl from a town in middle America who is infected by zombie as the world is plagued with the virus. Not the typical flesh-eating zombie movie, "Maggie" concentrates on her six-week transformation and her family's dilemma.

Pregnant actress Natalie Portman has changed her diet for the sake of her baby by giving up her vegan lifestyle. The 29-year-old Oscar-winner is expecting her first child with her fiance Benjamin Millepied and she has decided to give in to her food cravings - even if it means quitting her strict eating regime which forbids eggs and dairy products.

She tells the "Bert Show" on Georgia radio station Q100, "I actually went back to being vegetarian when I became pregnant, just because I felt like I wanted that stuff. I was listening to my body to have eggs and dairy and that sort of stuff. I know there are people who do stay vegan, but I think you have to just be careful, watch your iron levels and your B12 levels and supplement those if there are things you might be low in in your diet."

Alec Baldwin will probably join Woody Allen's new project. Deadline reports that the "30 Rock" star has signed up for the forthcoming movie, although there is no word on what character he will play.

In addition to Baldwin who has worked with Allen in 1990's comedy film "Alice", Jesse Eisenberg could also be part of the unnamed project, which will be shot in Rome. Words are, the star of "The Social Network" is in line for a lead role.

Reese Witherspoon has opened up about her "wonderful" and "perfect" wedding to Hollywood agent, Jim Toth, on March 11. The "Legally Blonde 2: Red, White & Blonde" star walked down the aisle for a second time on March 26 at her lavish ranch in Ojai, California in front of star guests including Renee Zellweger, Matthew McConaughey and Tobey Maguire.

The actress has now spoken out about the big day, telling Hello! magazine, "The wedding was a wonderful experience. Everything went perfectly, right down to the dress, which I just loved. Monique (Lhuillier, designer) made it specially for me. She's been a family friend of Jim's for a very long time and it was an honor to be able to go into her atelier and have her make one of her beautiful gowns for me. I was just delighted."

Celebrities flocked into the premiere of "Scream 4" at Grauman's Chinese Theater on Monday, April 11. Estranged couple Courteney Cox and David Arquette, who announced their separation while filming the horror flick, was friendly during the event, taking few poses together with fellow original star Neve Campbell.

In a recent interview, Neve talked about the couple's problem which was visible on the set. "I wasn't surprised," the actress quipped. "I was aware a little bit of what was going on. Kelly Osbourne is to undergo tests to determine whether a food allergy is causing her bouts of sickness. The singer-turned-TV-star has fallen ill several times over the last few months and she was put on an intravenous drip by doctors when she became unwell on April 7.

Osbourne is now concerned she may be allergic to a specific food type and is to be examined by doctors in a bid to find out what is causing her health problems. In a post on her Twitter.com page, she writes, "I'm so sick of having a bad stomach I am going for an allergy test next week to find out if I am eating something I am allergic to!"

Nate Dogg's home was foreclosed on March 11 just two days after his death because he allegedly failed to keep up with his mortgage payments while he was sick. The 41-year-old passed away on March 15 after a long battle with ill health, which included two debilitating strokes.

Dogg, real name Nathaniel Hale, hadn't made any mortgage payments on his Pomona, California property since December 2010, racking up a debt of $5,924, according to TMZ.com. Papers filed on March 17 suggest the house was seized just two days after the star's death.

After injecting bluegrass vibes in the country road version of her single "Born This Way", Lady GaGa has now revamped the dance track with "sitar intro" and "dhol beats" in its Bollywood remix. The latest re-recorded song comes from production hands of brother duo Salim and Sulaiman.

Benicio del Toro is going to be a father. The actor, who was seen starring opposite Emily Blunt in "The Wolfman", is expecting a baby with Rod Stewart's daughter, Kimberly Stewart, his representative has confirmed.

To People Magazine, representative for the 44-year-old actor said, "Kimberly is pregnant. Benicio is the father and is very supportive." His rep additionally stressed that the twosome "are not a couple". Still, "they are looking forward to the arrival of the baby," so claimed the rep.

Titanic history collides with Sam and Dean's fate when "Supernatural" returns after a month hiatus. The siblings have a very risky walk through the town after learning that Fate is very angry with them. They are braving angry dogs, flying hatchets and fire, as well as unruly nail guns.

Brittany Murphy's death certificate has been changed to include her father's name after he complained he was unable to visit his daughter's grave. The "Clueless" star passed away in 2009 after suffering a cardiac arrest linked to pneumonia and anemia.

Murphy was estranged from her father, Angelo Bertolotti, at the time of her passing and her death certificate originally listed the actress' paternity as "unknown". The move left Bertolotti blocked from the Forest Lawn cemetery in Los Angeles, where Murphy is laid to rest, because he couldn't prove he is a family member.

Weighing around 150lbs, Ashley Kauffman claimed she was banished to the back row of "American Idol" audience seats. The 19-year-old now demands an apology from the producers for discriminating her, saying "I want an apology. It was wrong. I want to speak up and make sure it's known how they treated me."

Kauffman was one of the lucky girls earning free tickets to watch the show from close distance. She and her friends were supposed to get the front row seats but an "Idol" employee said she is too big. "There were two ladies and one said: 'Oh, I don't want shorts in front', about my friend," Kauffman told MailOnline. "Then she looked at me and said: 'Oh no, you're too big, too heavy to be in front!' "

20th Century Fox has debuted the official first look at an ape in "Rise of the Planet of the Apes". The four-second clip, released via the film's official Facebook as well as its official site, offers a glimpse at the result of WETA's visual effect work.

In addition to the clip, Fox also announces that WETA will issue an exclusive behind the scenes video for the movie on April 13, at 02:30 P.M. PDT from WETA's headquarters in Wellington, New Zealand. The video will be released via Avatar's official Facebook page.

Kim Kardashian has addressed the controversy surrounding her appearance on the April issue's cover of Cosmopolitan Magazine in Turkey. The star of "Kourtney and Kim Take New York" took to her blog on Monday, April 11 to share her positive insight on being featured during the month of Genocide Remembrance Day.

"I just found out today that I am on the cover of Cosmopolitan Magazine in Turkey this month," she began her posting. "Cosmopolitan Magazine has a number of international editions all around the world that run in various territories, and when I did this shoot for the international covers I had no idea that Turkey was planning to run my story on their cover THIS month, considering Genocide Remembrance Day is this month."

James Cameron is paving the path for 3D television to dominate the small screen within five years. The director, who set a worldwide box office record at $2.7 billion through his 3D film "Avatar", has predicted that the technology would be used in a lot of television programing, be it "sports, episodic drama, scripted and unscripted".

During a conference of National Association of Broadcasters in Las Vegas, Cameron and his "Avatar" cameraman Vince Pace announced a new venture which goal is to spread the use of 3D as a creative and powerful storytelling and live broadcast medium. "We haven't seen anything yet that doesn't have a great degree of value added by being in 3D," Cameron told Reuters.

Beyonce Knowles has filmed a music video for her soon-to-be-released single, and its on-set pictures have just hit the web for sneak peek. The wife of rapper Jay-Z was all smiles when spotted in an outdoor location of the video shoot, wearing white ensemble.

Rumor has it, Beyonce will be joined by 200 African dancers in the video. Eight choreographers reportedly were hired to help with the dance moves, and award-winning director Francis Lawrence who previously worked with Lady GaGa and Destiny's Child is said sitting behind the lens.

While she denies she is in a relationship with Mark Ballas, Pia Toscano is full of praises for him. Met by People Magazine in New York on Monday, April 11, the "American Idol" contestant, who was shockingly eliminated last week, described the "Dancing with the Stars" hunk as someone who is sweet and supportive.

"Mark is a really sweet guy," the 22-year-old aspiring singer spoke out what she has in mind about the 24-year-old professional dancer. "He's just really sweet and extremely supportive and he just said, 'You know, better things are to come.' It's nice to have him in my corner."

Teri Hatcher, Felicity Huffman, Marcia Cross and Eva Longoria are staying on Wisteria Lane. After their negotiations were described as "tenuous" a few months ago, the main cast of "Desperate Housewives" are finalizing deals to return to the drama comedy series for at least one season.

The new pacts are for one year with an option for a second, Deadline reports. With the four leading ladies on board, it is expected that ABC will officially announce the eighth season "though it is unclear whether that will happen right away or closer to the May upfronts."

Two big female singers in the game, Rihanna and Britney Spears, get naughty in an official remix of "S&M". Premiered Monday morning, April 11 on Z100's "Elvis Duran's Morning Show", the revamped tune features the red-headed R&B performer and the blonde pop beauty trading suggestive verses with each other.

The remix has similar beat with the original one, but it adds Britney's extra racy lines. "Just one night full of sin/ Feel the pain on your skin," the Southern Belle coos. Tori Spelling is indeed pregnant with another child. After weeks of speculations, the actress known for her Donna Martin role in '90s series "Beverly Hills, 90210" has officially confirmed via Twitter that she is expecting her third child with actor husband Dean McDermott.

On Monday, April 11, the 37-year-old daughter of late TV producer Aaron Spelling tweeted, "I know there's been a lot of speculation, so I wanted everyone to hear from me..." She continued in the same posting, "Its official...Dean & I are PREGNANT!!!!"
