Bee Gees star Robin Gibb has called off a string of gigs in Brazil after he was hospitalized with abdominal pains. The 61-year-old singer was taken to a hospital in Britain on Sunday, April 3, after he suddenly fell ill and doctors have advised him not to travel.

He was due in Brazil to meet with the country's president and perform in cities including Sao Paolo and Brasilia. A spokesperson for Gibb says, "In the early morning he had terrible pain and he was feeling very ill."

One of Britain's largest costume collections, which included military uniforms worn in "The King's Speech", has been destroyed in a fire. Flame Theatrical Costumes in Devon, England was burned down in a suspected arson attack on Saturday, April 2.

Owner Lionel Digby lost more than 10,000 costumes in the blaze, including original clothing from the 19th century. He says, "It took me 45 years to build up the collection and now it's gone, just like that. Some of the military uniforms you just can't get any more..."

Actor and political activist Juliano Mer-Khamis was gunned down in the Northern West Bank on Monday, April 4. He was 52. The Arab-Israeli star, who most recently appeared in "Miral", was shot by a masked gunman about 150 feet from the Freedom Theater, the drama school and community theater Mer-Khamis ran in Jenin.

He was rushed to a local hospital and pronounced dead on arrival. As the son of a Jewish mum and an Arab father, Mer-Khamis was a vocal critic against Israel's policies toward the Palestinians. His theater, which he opened in 2006, drew criticism from some Palestinians who viewed it as a threat to their traditions.

Epilogue of "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part II" has become one of the most anticipated parts in the movie. However, Bonnie Wright, who acted as a 35-year-old mother in the scene, is seemingly not that amazed with the scene. In fact, she claimed that the epilogue of the film is "really weird".

Attending the "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part I" DVD premiere, the 20-year-old actress expressed what she felt during the production of the epilogue of the last installment of "Harry Potter" franchise. "It was really weird," she said. "People said, 'Don't worry, you look good for 35!' "

Asher Roth has just debuted a music video for his latest track "Gotta Get Up". In this newly-premiered video, the rapper is featured wandering aimlessly around the neighborhood, going to a cafe, hitting a local bowling alley, and taking his girl to a date.

"Gotta Get Up" is one of the materials in Asher's new mini album with Nottz, "Rawth EP". Its accompanying music video features a cameo from Chester French's D.A. Wallach and comes from direction hands of Luke Tedaldi.

Wyclef Jean is celebrating after learning his pick for Haiti President has won the vote. The Fugees star was back home in Haiti on Monday, April 4 for the first time since he was shot at while campaigning for presidential hopeful Michel Martelly on March 11 - and he announced the election result via Twitter.com.

In a tweet to followers, the hip-hop star wrote, "I am in Haiti right now the next president has been announced its @presidentmicky !!!!!!!!" Wyclef was traveling through the city of Delmas, near Port-au-Prince, on 19 March when his car came under attack from a mystery gunman. He suffered a minor injury to his hand and was taken to hospital for treatment.

Skipping last fall, The CW is back with a huge campaign to promote the return of its hit series this month. In the week "The Vampire Diaries" returns, the network is giving away a 2012 Ford Focus every night until Friday, April 8. A similar campaign was held in 2008 with Honda Fit as the prize.

The CW will create custom commercials featuring stars from "Gossip Girl", "Vampire Diaries" and "90210". The Lonely Island are preparing to release another studio album. The "Saturday Night Live" comedy troupe reportedly will line up A-list stars like Justin Timberlake and Rihanna for the effort which is titled "Turtleneck & Chain".

Andy Samberg, Akiva Schaffer and Jorma Taccone have also teamed up with Nicki Minaj and Akon. The trio hooked up with the Young Money first lady in "The Creep", and they joined forces with Akon in "I Just Had Sex".

Fresh from winning four trophies at the 46th Annual Academy of Country Music Award, Miranda Lambert announced that she is taking over TV world. The recipient of Top Female Vocalist of the Year would develop a scripted program centering on a family in Texas for ABC Family.

The project is close to the country singer's life as a child growing up in Texas. It revolves around parents who are private investigators and their children who assist them in solving crimes. According to Deadline, Lambert, along with her younger brother, grew up in Lindale, TX. Her father, Richard Lee "Rick" Lambert, a retired police officer, became a private investigator in partnership with her mother, Beverly "Bev" June Lambert.

One by one, the key roles of "The Three Stooges" will be filled. After Will Sasso is booked to portray Curly, Sean Hayes is cast as another Stooges. Deadline reports the "30 Rock" star has been tapped to play Larry in the upcoming film.

According to the site, Sean "has physical comedy chops and showed during readings that he had the ability to play a lovable simpleton, something that amateur boxer-turned-punching bag Larry Fine did so well." The 40-year-old actor is best known for his portrayal of Jack McFarland on "Will & Grace".

Former Nickelodeon star Jamie Lynn Spears has bid goodbye to her teen years. A fresh clip for "Hobo with a Shotgun" is released. The video, which is released via Yahoo! Movie, sees Hobo lecturing babies, and showing his shotgun to the infants. When he says "Hobo with a shotgun", the babies start crying.

The upcoming movie tells a story about Hobo, a guy who dreamed of a fresh life in a new city only to find himself trapped in an urban hell. One day, Hobo comes across a shop window displaying a second hand lawn mower and a shotgun, and decides it's time to cut the grass, make the city beautiful and start a new way of life. But after witnessing the brutality that encompasses this city, he realizes the only way to make a difference in this place is with a gun in his hand and two shells in its chamber.

Troubled oil heir Jason Davis has pleaded not guilty to heroin possession, following an arrest in January this year. The grandson of billionaire businessman Marvin Davis, who was part of the last series of U.S. reality show "Celebrity Rehab", was picked up by cops in Newport Beach, California on January 27 for alleged drug possession.

He was formally charged in February of possession and misdemeanors of being under the influence of a controlled substance and possessing drug paraphernalia. Davis appeared in an Orange County courtroom on Monday, April 4 and pleaded not guilty to two lesser drug charges, reports TMZ.com.

A former reality show contestant who tried and failed to win rocker Bret Michaels' heart has been fined $1,000 and sentenced to six months probation for driving under the influence (DUI). Megan Hauserman, who competed on 2008's "Rock of Love with Bret Michaels", was arrested in Miami, Florida last year. She recently struck a plea deal with prosecutors that will keep her out of jail, on the condition that she pleaded guilty to the count.

As part of her punishment, the blonde star has been banned from driving for six months, ordered to complete a drink-driving awareness course and told to complete 100 hours of community service, according to TMZ.com.

Kelly Rowland brings it to an underground warehouse in a music video for her new single "Motivation". The former member of Destiny's Child seduces the males in the building with her sexy dancing, while her collaborator Lil Wayne throws his verses in a dark passage.

For its music video, Kelly once said, "I'm aiming for a very sexy, feminine video and I'm looking for womanly, sexy designs." She later told MTV, "Sarah Chatfield directed it and Frank Gatson did the choreography. We came up with the energy, and with Frank - and I don't know how he sees something, but he got it."

Boxing legend Muhammad Ali has become a grandfather again. His daughter Laila gave birth to a baby girl on Monday, April 4.

Laila Ali, a former boxer herself, welcomed her second child with husband Curtis Conway and took to her Twitter.com blog to break the news to fans. She wrote, "I had my baby girl this morning! Sydney arrived on her due date at 3am! Everyone is happy and healthy."

With the end of "Kourtney and Kim Take New York" season 1, E! has prepared another Kardashian franchise to fill in the Sunday night slot. "Khloe & Lamar" begins a full-throttle promotion ahead of its season 1 premiere with the release of its opening credit and a new sneak peek.

"I seriously got chills when I first saw the opening credits for 'Khloe & Lamar'," Khloe Kardashian wrote on her blog. "I can't believe it's actually happening!!!! The April 4 episode of "Dancing with the Stars" witnessed Kirstie Alley and Maksim Chmerkovskiy's fall on the stage. The professional dancer fell back in the opening second of their rumba to "Over the Rainbow", taking Kirstie along for the ride. Maksim soon got up and continued dancing although he looked holding back pain for a while.

Chelsea Kane has been hit with a dating rumor, but it has nothing to do with her "Dancing with the Stars" partner Mark Ballas. The presenters of hit British motoring show Top Gear have been cleared by TV watchdog officials of breaching program rules after taking aim at Mexicans during a controversial episode broadcast in earlier 2011. Hosts Jeremy Clarkson, Richard Hammond and James May came under fire from London's Mexican ambassador Eduardo Medina Mora after they mocked his countrymen during a discussion about a Mexican sports car.

In the segment, which aired on the BBC in January, Hammond told viewers, "Why would you want a Mexican car? Because cars reflect national characteristics, don't they? Mexican cars are just going to be lazy, feckless, flatulent, overweight, leaning against a fence asleep, looking at a cactus with a blanket with a hole in the middle on as a coat."

Ozzy Osbourne wants his funeral to be filled with pranks to ensure his loved ones celebrate his life rather than feel sad about his passing. The former Black Sabbath frontman, 62, is eager for guests to enjoy his wake - and he's already thinking about stunts that can be staged for laughs at his memorial.

In his health column for The Sunday Times Magazine, Osbourne writes, "I don't care what they play at my funeral; they can put on a medley of Justin Bieber, Susan Boyle and We Are The Diddymen if it makes 'em happy - but I do want to make sure it's a celebration, not a mope-fest (sic)."

"Monsters University" has got a new release date. Initially scheduled to grace theaters nationwide on November 2, 2012, the animated film now is slated to make its way out on June 21, 2013. Its former date will be taken over by "Reboot Ralph", which was originally due March 12, 2013.

In addition to the new date, a logo for the "Monsters, Inc." prequel has also been released. The logo for the Dan Scanlon-directed film is featured in black-and-white. It is released via The Pixar Blog, and was registered with the United States Patent and Trademark Office on March 24.

French actress Marion Cotillard regrets speaking out about the 9/11 terror attacks in New York, admitting it was "stupid" of her to wade into the debate. The Oscar-winner hit headlines in 2007 when she remarked during a late-night TV interview that she had doubts over the official version of the 2001 attacks on the Twin Towers of the World Trade Center.

She insists her comments were twisted to wrongly make it appear she believed in a 9/11 conspiracy theory - but admits it was "not very smart" of her to speak out on the issue. Cotillard tells The New Review magazine, "You know, I know how the media work. And I have to be honest: it was really stupid for me to talk about something that serious in a TV show at one in the morning."

Jada Pinkett Smith turned her back on her musical ambitions so she could concentrate on helping her children launch their own careers. The "Nutty Professor" star has long dreamed of becoming a successful singer and fronted rock band Wicked Wisdom in 2002.

But Pinkett Smith struggled to balance her music career with her son Jaden Smith's acting roles so she "canceled everything" to put her little boy first. She tells The Times Magazine, "I'd wake up angry and go to bed angry. In the end, I decided things had to change."

Mary J. Blige has just dropped a music video for a song called "Someone to Love Me (Naked)". The R&B crooner shares screen with P. Diddy and Lil Wayne in this Colin Tilley-directed video, singing the lyrics on the edge of a crumbling bridge.

"Someone to Love Me" actually is a song listed in Diddy-Dirty Money's album "Last Train to Paris", and features Dawn Richards and Kalenna in the chorus. The "Naked" version of the song reportedly was recorded by Mary for her upcoming studio album.

Some new pictures from Warner Bros. Pictures' "Horrible Bosses" have made their way out in the new issue of Entertainment Weekly. They have now hit the web in form of scanned version, giving the first look at Jennifer Aniston and Kevin Spacey in the upcoming movie.

Aniston, who plays a nymphomaniac dentist called Julia, is snapped biting Charlie Day's ear. Day portrays Dale, Julia's dental assistant. Spacey's Harken, who is described as the worst of the three horrible bosses, is featured alongside Dale and Jason Bateman's Nick.

Rapper Snoop Dogg has confirmed reports he was in the running to judge Simon Cowell's new "The X Factor (US)" talent show in America. The hip-hop star was approached to join the judging panel of the new series, alongside music mogul Antonio "L.A." Reid, but reveals he didn't want to make such a big commitment to the series.

He tells Digital Spy, "They asked me to do that, but I don't think that's for me. I wouldn't mind going on the show as a mentor, but not as far as a judge." The rapper, whose real name is Calvin Cordozar Broadus, Jr., made the revelation on the orange carpet of Nickelodeon's 24th Annual Kids' Choice Awards on Saturday, April 2.

Pop sensation Justin Bieber has proved once again that he's not only talented in singing and dancing, but also good in sport. Having won MVP title at NBA Celebrity All-Star Game in February, the 17-year-old singer went on to show off his skills in playing soccer when stopping in Spain for the European leg of his My World tour.

On Monday, April 4, the teen heartthrob was snapped working up a sweat in a soccer match against some local teens on the outskirts of Madrid. During the game, he managed to score a goal and in celebration, he lifted up his F.C. Barcelona jersey to give a flash of his abs. Olivia Wilde's return to "House M.D." after spending sometime to shoot "Cowboys and Aliens" will be aired on April 11. Her character Thirteen has been in prison for the past year, but the real mystery for House is what she did to get there. When she exits the prison, she is taken aback to find him waiting for her, and unaware he's got plans for the two of them for the next few days.

As House probes Thirteen for more information about her crime, intent on solving the puzzle of her mysterious incarceration, they travel to an annual spud-gun competition and join forces to compete against House's much younger, overconfident rival, and along the journey uncover secrets and truths about each other. Creator David Shore said earlier this year, "We're writing an episode built largely around her return. I know [fans] are speculating about what happened to her during her absence, and I don't want to rule anything out." Thirteen was last seen in May episode last year.

After playing together in "The Pursuit of Happyness", Jaden Smith will team up again with his father Will Smith in a new film. On Monday, April 4, Sony Pictures has announced that the Smiths will star in new M. Night Shyamalan movie, which is written by Shyamalan and Gary Whitta.

Sharing his thought about the film, Doug Belgrad, president of Columbia Pictures, said, "Night is an outstanding filmmaker who has a tremendous vision for this science-fiction adventure story and we couldn't be more excited to be working again with Jaden after our experiences on 'The Pursuit of Happyness' and 'The Karate Kid'."

Hip-Hop star Waka Flocka Flame made a terminally ill teenage girl's dream come true by paying her a surprise visit on Sunday, April 3. The rapper teamed with the Make-A-Wish Foundation to arrange a meeting with a 16-year-old called Kiyana, who recently suffered kidney failure.

Waka Flocka Flame turned up at Kiyana's hotel room to surprise her while she was visiting his hometown of Atlanta, Georgia. He spent time with the teen and invited her to one of his upcoming concerts, according to Ballerstatus.com.

Jennifer Lopez moves on from her first single "On the Floor" to the second one "I'm Into You". Recently, the female judge of "American Idol" shot a music video for the Lil Wayne-assisted single in Mexico, and she willingly shared its sneak peek via two on-set pictures.

Two familiar faces are back to "Chuck" next week. In "Chuck Versus the Family Volkoff'", a bad day gets worse when Sarah throws Chuck a surprising relationship curveball as the CIA orders Vivian Volkoff assassinated. In order to prove Vivian's innocence, Chuck must put his trust in a dangerous ally, her father Alexei Volkoff.

Lauren Cohan and Timothy Dalton are back as Vivian and Alexei respectively. "We'll delve deeper into the Volkoff story we've set up," Yvonne Strahovski said in an interview. "We'll see more of Chuck's mom, of course. And I think, later in the season, we'll touch on Sarah's family and what happened with her mother. How much we'll touch on that, I'm not sure."

Police were called to a club in Illinois in the early hours of Sunday morning, April 3, after a Webbie concert descended into chaos. More than 40 cops attended the Blackmon's Plaza venue in East St. Louis after gunshots were reported following the rapper's performance.

A fight is said to have broken out at the club with just two security guards struggling to control the crowd - and one of the staff was shot in the chaos. Detective Michael Floore tells The Belleville News-Democrat, "A rapper was in town and was at the club. A fight broke out inside. There were two security guards inside. At this time it appears that one guard was using his weapon on a patron that he was fighting with. And the gun went off striking the other security guard."

British actor Hugh Laurie is racked with guilt for failing to follow his father into the medical profession and fears his dad would have been disappointed to see him playing a doctor on TV. The "Blackadder" actor stars as grumpy physician Dr Gregory House in hit U.S. drama House M.D., a role which has won him a clutch of awards including two Golden Globes.

Laurie admits his late doctor father, Ran, always wanted him to go to medical school and become a doctor for real but he opted out and chose acting instead - and he's convinced his dad would have "hated" to see him take "shortcuts". He tells Daily Express, "I would have liked to have become a doctor myself and I still have doctor fantasies."

Burglars have reportedly broken into the home of Michael Buble in Buenos Aires, Argentina when the two were away celebrating their union. Though so, his new wife Luisana Lopilato refused to let the crime affect their wedding. To local reporters, she said, "I will not let this ruin the happiest day of my life."

TMZ has reported that the thieves raided the couple's house after covering the surveillance cameras and disabling the alarm system by cutting the wires. There are yet official words on what exactly the robbers took away, but Daily Mirror claimed that cash and three flatscreen TVs were likely to have been stolen.

"Dancing with the Stars" enters the third week and some have shown progress. Hines Ward, who got 23 in the second week, gets positive reviews from the judges for his samba. Len Goodman exclaims, "Your mother's proud of you, and I'll tell you what, I'm proud of you," and Carrie Ann Inaba says, "You're dancing the samba, like you've been dancing your whole life." He earns 25 out of 30.

Petra Nemcova also wows the judges with her waltz. Bruno Toli gushes, "You are like a vision from heaven, and you danced like an angel." Len says, "It had grace, it had elegance, it had fluid movement. This is my favorite season! For me, at this moment, you're the one. That was brilliant!"

Lady GaGa reportedly will kick off her upcoming tour with live performances on "Good Morning America" on May 28, five days after her new CD "Born This Way" is released across the United States. She will allegedly be joined by her mother Cynthia Germanotta during the gig.

Talking about what GaGa's mom will do, a source told The Sun that the 56-year-old woman will make sure the singer stay healthy during the tour and keep her wild lifestyle in check. "She may be one of the biggest, and strangest, pop stars in the world but her relationship with her parents is very traditional," the source gushed.

Josh Hutcherson and Liam Hemsworth are officially tapped to star in "The Hunger Games". After rumors went viral that the two actors will take roles in the forthcoming movie, Lionsgate has confirmed on Monday, April 4, that Hutcherson and Hemsworth join the cast ensemble for the thriller movie.

In a press release, Lionsgate announced that the actor of "The Kids Are All Right" will play Peeta Mellark who accompanies Jennifer Lawrence's Katniss Everdeen as the district's entry into the Hunger Games competition. Less than a week after being officially announced, "The Governator" has been previewed in a trailer. It starts out as Arnold Schwarzenegger leaves the governor's office and declares in his speech that he won't be back to his acting career.

Claiming that he will only be a private citizen, Arnold slips into his "Super Suits" when a crime threatens the city. The trailer gives a glimpse of the superhero in action as he fights the bad guys in form of evil robots.

Britney Spears has just dropped an official trailer of her upcoming music video for second single "Till the World Ends". It teases a dancing scene where she and some backing dancers break into an energetic number as city view with apocalyptic backdrop is flashed every once in a while.

The music video is directed by Ray Kay and going to come out for fans' listening pleasure this week on Wednesday, April 6. "Cant wait to share it with you guys!" Britney recently tweeted a short message on her Twitter to share the news with her followers.
