"Soul Surfer" has cruised to Los Angeles for its premiere on Wednesday, March 30. On the dismissal of the lawsuit, Gloria simply told E! News, "The matter has been resolved." As for details about the terms of the settlement, lawyers for both sides chose to keep them confidential. Neither David nor FOX, who was also named as a defendant, has made immediate comment regarding this issue.

Already creating controversy with her Auto-Tuned viral hit "Friday", Rebecca Black now might spark another debate with her recent statement. The YouTube sensation told Teen Vogue that she sounds like country music singer Taylor Swift.

"People tell me I sound like Taylor Swift," Rebecca said when asked to choose between Selena Gomez, Miley Cyrus and Taylor about which one she sounds like the most. She added, "Once you hear my sound without any adjustments - just my raw voice - it's unique."

Justin Bieber and Ashton Kutcher are going to join forces, not for "Punk'd" reboot as rumored before, but for a big screen project. The two are reported to star in "What Would Kenny Do?", a comedy which is being set up at Sony with Kutcher's Katalyst Entertainment and Will Smith's Overbrook Entertainment producing.

If Bieber indeed signs up for the project, he will portray a 17-year-old who meets a hologram claiming to be the adult version of himself. Kutcher is said to portray the hologram, who then helps guide the teen through high school. Los Angeles Times says Bieber is on board for it, while the "Valentine's Day" actor's involvement sounds less certain.

Britney Spears has been caught up in yet another legal drama. The "Hold It Against Me" hitmaker has just been slapped with a lawsuit by the company that helped her to secure a perfume deal with Elizabeth Arden. Radar Online reported that Brand Sense Partners, LLC has accused her and her father Jamie Spears of fraud, deceit and breach of contract.

The lawsuit was filed in Los Angeles Superior Court on Wednesday, March 30. In the court documents, the brand-marketing company claims that Britney and Jamie robbed it of its 35% commission from "any and all products" the singer worked on with Elizabeth Arden, including her Radiance fragrance.

Nicki Minaj's name has been dragged into a lawsuit between MTV and a street drummer. Twenty six years old Michael Savely is suing the network for using his image without consent in 2010 documentary "Nicki Minaj: My Time Now" which is about the Grammy nominated singer's rise to fame.

Savely, who performs in a public subway platform, said in his lawsuit that MTV and its parent company Viacom have damaged his reputation and consequently his tutoring business and T-shirt sales. Camera-shy Savely said he was approached by the show's producers back in November 2010 and asked to sign a waiver. He refused on the basis that "the footage would misrepresent his connection with other artists whose style conflict with the one that he has developed." But the image appeared anyway a month later.

A day before "Grey's Anatomy" airs "Song Beneath the Song" on Thursday night, March 31, two tracks which will be featured in the musical episode were revealed. Coming out on Ryan Seacrest's official blog, the newly-unveiled songs are cover versions of Snow Patrol's "Chasing Cars" and Brandi Carlile's "The Story".

Walt Disney Pictures has already planned the next voyage for Jack Sparrow although "Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides" is yet to set sail into theaters. To USA Today, producer Jerry Bruckheimer reveals a script for the fifth installment of the comedy adventure film franchise is in the works.

The upcoming film, just like the fourth one, will be a stand-alone story. Bruckheimer recalls at test screenings of "On Stranger Tides", "the audience told us what they loved about it is that it was fresh, it was new, it was a whole new story. So that will carry over into the next one, too, to give it something fresh and different."

A day before "E.T." music video is premiered, Katy Perry drops a new image which gives a glimpse of her love interest in the upcoming clip. The "California Gurls" hitmaker, who is currently on tour, is seen facing a shirtless guy and holding hands with him.

Additionally, there are five more new pictures which were given away ahead of the video premiere. One which came out via MTV Buzzworthy Blog features her in an all-white ensemble with her blue-red-and-white alien make-up. The other four show a closer look at her alien claws, teases Kanye West's cameo, captures a close-up look at her in red make-up, and previews her gold appearance.

The Terminator and former California Governor is made a cartoon superhero going by the name "The Governator". The developer of the TV show and its comic book version is none other than Stan Lee.

In an interview with EW, Schwarzenegger explained the source of his superhero moniker, saying, "When I ran for governor back in 2003 and I started hearing people talking about 'the Governator,' I thought the word was so cool." Jennifer Aniston, Demi Moore and Alicia Keys will step behind the camera to direct different segments of a movie about breast cancer. The A-listers will helm their own parts of the five-story film, entitled "Project Five", for U.S. TV network Lifetime and will each tackle how the disease affects people's lives.

Aniston will also executive produce the feature alongside her former boss, "Friends" co-creator Marta Kauffman - who she hasn't worked with since the hit sitcom ended in 2004. Elizabeth Banks has just delivered one surprising yet happy news.
