Weezer are having good time with "Jackass" stars in a music video filmed for their new single "Memories". Despite falling and maybe getting some bruises resulted from their dangerous stunts with skateboard and bike, everybody are in good spirits, singing along to the song's chorus.

"I had been married for a few months and had been in school for the semester before that, and basically I had been away from the band and the rock world for a while," Rivers Cuomo told MTV. "I was really missing it, and just sitting there alone in my room missing the fans and missing my band, so 'Memories' is about getting back in there."

Lemmy, Anvil, ZZ Top and Alice Cooper are set to rock in the festive cheer this Christmas with a new double album of heavy metal holiday tunes. Eagle Rock Entertainment bosses have collected the most bizarre versions of festive favorites like "Frosty the Snowman" and "God Rest Ye Merry Gentleman" for upcoming release "We Wish You a Metal Xmas And A Headbanging New Year: Special Edition".

The compilation features Girlschool's version of "Auld Lang Syne", "Run Rudolph Run" by Lemmy, ZZ Top's Billy Gibbons and Dave Grohl, "Santa Claws (sic) Is Coming to Town" by Cooper, John 5, Billy Sheehan and Vinny Appice and a rocking rendition of "Silent Night" by Chuck Billy and Anthrax guitarist Scott Ian.

The Dave Matthews Band turned up the heat at their televised National Football League (NFL) pre-game warm-up concert in New Orleans, Louisiana on Thursday night, September 9 when they performed a rendition of "Talking Heads' Burning Down the House".

Paltrow stars as Kelly Canter, a country music superstar embarking on a comeback tour after a stint in rehab. Garrett Hedlund plays Beau Williams, a young rising singer-songwriter who becomes involved with the fallen country singer. Meanwhile, Canter's husband, played by Tim McGraw, signs Leighton Meester's Chiles Stanton as her opening act instead of Williams who actually cares about Canter as a person.

R&B star Shwayze can't wait to become a first-time dad when his Thanksgiving baby boy is born in November. The rapper's model fiance Shelby Keeton is due at the beginning of the American holidays and the expectant father insists November can't come quick enough.

Talking about the impending birth for the first time, Shwayze, real name Aaron Smith, tells WENN, "It's totally exciting. I'm a big kid myself so now I get the chance to be even more so. I can't wait to be in that delivery room, holding my child."

A woman who alleges she is Michael Jackson's lovechild is begging a judge to reconsider her case - two days after it was thrown out of court. Mocienne Petit Jackson filed a motion on Thursday, September 9, asking a Los Angeles judge to reconsider her paternity claims after her request for a DNA test was rejected on Tuesday, July 7.

In new legal documents obtained by TMZ.com, Petit Jackson claims she owns audio tapes which feature "my father, Michael Joseph Jackson, in his very own words and in public implicitly mentions my existence".

Susan Sarandon is considering a return to the goofy movie musical that launched her career as the stars of "Glee" plan a tribute to "The Rocky Horror Picture Show". The Oscar winner, who played rebellious Janet Weiss in the quirky 1975 film, has been linked to "Glee" 's take on Richard O'Brien's musical and she admits she's game.

The actress tells People.com, "I'm not really a singer, so I wouldn't be very out there. I'm a terrible singer. But I'm flattered they want to do it."

JoJo has made public a music video in support of her song "In the Dark". The clip mostly features close-up look at the "A Little Too Late" hitmaker who is blindfolded and seemingly topless as she explores her physical desire with a male who is also blindfolded.

"In the Dark" is taken from JoJo's first mixtape "Can't Take That Away From Me" which has been released in U.S. on September 7. "[The song's] different than anything people have heard from me before," she told Rap-Up. "It's a very sensual record and there's an undertone of sadness to it."

The CW has begun campaigning for the sixth season of "Supernatural" by releasing the first two promos. The first one, which is shorter, is more focused on the first return episode called "Exile on Main St." while the other recaps last season's scenes to remind fans how the Winchesters have been "chosen".

Russell Simmons has filed a $55 million lawsuit for fraud and breach of contract over a failed clothing deal - his first lawsuit in 30 years of business. The hip-hop mogul has accused executives at Li & Fung USA of failing to sell or promote his fashion range, American Classics, after signing an exclusive license contract with them in 2007.

Simmons claims it is the first time he has ever had to take legal action but he's determined to win the case and "protect his name". In a statement, Simmons writes, "Over the last 30 years, I've built successful groundbreaking businesses in music, apparel, television, film, jewelry, games and multiple charities and causes. Not once have I ever had to file a lawsuit."

Actor David Boreanaz is having trouble sleeping in his new Los Angeles home - because he worries it's haunted by ghosts. The "Bones" star and his actress wife Jaime Bergman bought the house earlier this summer, but the couple is struggling to settle in because their bed mysteriously shifts in the middle of the night.

He explains, "We're not too sure. We woke up in the middle of the night and we heard this big bang. It felt like the bed literally fell off underneath us. My first instinct is, we're having an earthquake... turns out, it wasn't an earthquake. Cut to two weeks later, same thing happens. It's like something picked our bed up... so Jaime and I think ghosts are here."

Kelsey Grammer has launched his new politically-fuelled TV network. The actor is an investor and public face supporting RightNetwork, which launched on Wednesday, September 8. The programming is designed to appeal to political conservatives.

Hulk Hogan has announced plans to marry his girlfriend following his release from hospital on Thursday, September 9. "Spider-Man" villain James Franco has taken to the pages of one of the world's leading gay magazines to end speculation about his sexuality. The actor, who played gay activist Scott Smith in "Milk", tells The Advocate he's not a homosexual, despite reports to the contrary, in a revealing new article.

He tells the publication, "Some people think I'm gay because I've played these gay roles... but it's not true... I'm not gay. I'd tell you if I was. Rascal Flatts guitarist Joe Don Rooney has become a dad for the second time - his model wife Tiffany Fallon has given birth to a baby girl. The couple welcomed little Raquel Blue Rooney to the world in Nashville, Tennessee on Tuesday, September 7. The tot is a little sister for their two-year-old son, Jagger.

Boxer Floyd Mayweather, Jr. has been caught up in a domestic battery case in Las Vegas, after his girlfriend alleged he attacked her. Police officers were called to Mayweather, Jr's home early on Thursday morning, September 9 following a call alert from the fighter's girlfriend Josie Harris.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ.com police were unable to find Mayweather, Jr. following the alleged incident, and are keen to interview him before determining if he will be arrested. Harris previously accused her boyfriend of punching and kicking her while she was seated in a car in Las Vegas in 2003. Charges were filed but dismissed in 2005 after Harris recanted her statement.

Justin Bieber upset troopers who were present at his sold-out Maryland concert for crowd control as he shot them with water balloon. Words are, the 16-year-old pop idol accidentally hit two cops while having water-balloon tossing outside his trailer before the gig.

Before the cops could bust him, Bieber was quickly ushered into the trailer while his bodyguard approached the officers and persuaded them not to take charges, E! Online reported. A state police spokesperson cited the singer's behavior as "inappropriate" but said they will take no further action over the incident.

Robert De Niro has been hit with a lawsuit for wrongful dismissal from the former manager of his New York estate. Michael Thompson has filed suit in Manhattan federal court, claiming De Niro promised him a "lengthy period of employment" before he took on the job in November 2007.

According to court documents obtained by the New York Post, Thompson claims he was fired after two years after one of De Niro's employees spread false allegations about him throughout the "domestic estate-management field", accusing him of missing shifts and taking bribes from vendors, costing him other work.

Katherine Heigl has paid tribute to a Hollywood costume designer who died from a brain aneurysm during the production of her new movie "One for the Money". Michael Dennison collapsed on August 31 while working in the film's production office in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

He was rushed to UPMC Mercy hospital but died two days later, on September 2. Leading the tributes to Dennison, Heigl says in a statement, "It was an honor and a privilege to work with Michael. I am heartbroken by his sudden passing as is everyone here on the film."

Former "American Idol" star Crystal Bowersox has declined to take legal action against state officials in her native Ohio after learning her personal records had been improperly accessed. The singer found herself at the center of controversy this week after reporters at The Columbus Dispatch discovered that several employees at the State Highway Patrol had looked into Bowersox's background information in May.

Representatives for the Ohio Department of Public Safety issued an apology letter to Bowersox on July 1, but the star's father only recently broke the news to her when she returned home to Toledo. Bowersox admits she is "disgusted" by the scandal but is not planning to sue those responsible. Two of the employees in question have since lost their jobs as a result of their snooping.

"Parenthood" actress Lauren Graham is keeping it in the family - she's confirmed rumors she's dating her TV brother Peter Krause. Graham and Krause have been friends for 15 years and star together in the hit U.S. drama, but their small screen sibling love has transferred into real life and they are now a couple.

The new trailer of "Megamind" takes viewers to a different perspective of the movie. While the official synopsis makes it as if Megamind is really a bad guy, this spoilery trailer sheds light into the super villain's softer side by unveiling his effort to actually take the step to be the town's hero.

Released in 3D, "Megamind" revolves around two extraterrestrials who were sent to Earth while a baby and raised in two completely different environments. Megamind grew up in a prison and thus becomes the villain while Metro Man was delivered to a nice home and eventually becomes much admired hero. After numerous battles between the two, Megamind finally defeated Metro Mind who then succumbed to his inner passion as a musician.

Founding member of Dream Theater, Mike Portnoy has quit the group after his bandmates refused to take a hiatus so he could enjoy a much-needed break. The drummer helped form the band in 1985 but decided he was burning out under the constant pressure of work.

Portnoy asked the four other members if they could take some time out in the hope he could return to making music with them when he recovers. But he claims he was forced to walk away completely when they made it clear they would be continuing without him.

The mother of a promising young singer who committed suicide has accused Lady GaGa of stealing her daughter's eccentric performing style after the pair collaborated in 2007. Britney Spears' publicist has responded to a sexual harassment case filed by the star's former bodyguard - dismissing the suit as a way for the former aide to "make a name for himself". In a shocking new lawsuit filed in Los Angeles on Wednesday, September 8, Fernando Flores accused the "Toxic" hitmaker of exposing herself and making sexual advances towards him while he worked for her.

Flores had previously claimed that Spears was a terrible parent to her two sons, alleging he once witnessed the star "savagely hit" her son Sean Preston with a belt. An investigation was launched after the bodyguard reported her to the Los Angeles Department of Children and Family Services earlier this year, but officials rejected the claims in July.

James Cameron is adamant the "Avatar" phenomenon is nearing its end - he will walk away from the film once his definitive version is released. The moviemaker re-released his record-breaking 3D hit last month with an extra nine minutes of footage, and plans to put out an ultimate director's cut on DVD in November, which will include a further seven minutes.

But Cameron is determined not to squeeze any more mileage out of Avatar and has promised to close the door on the fantasy film once his final version is out. Rapper T.I..'s recent arrest will cost him more than his freedom - bosses at a body spray company are set to axe him from their promo campaign. The 29 year old and his wife, former Xscape singer Tameka Cottle, were taken into custody in West Hollywood earlier this month after a sheriff's deputy allegedly smelled cannabis smoke coming from their vehicle during a traffic stop.

Officials are "in the process" of investigating the case as T.I., real name is Clifford Harris Jr., is still on probation after spending six months behind bars on gun charges. The star signed up to promote AXE body spray earlier this year after promising to work "to become a more positive role model" - but bosses are now on the brink of dropping him, reports TMZ.com.

Britney Spears is receiving support from her ex-husband over allegations she hit her young sons -Kevin Federline's lawyer has branded the accusations "baseless". The "Toxic" singer's former bodyguard Fernando Flores filed a lawsuit on Wednesday accusing her of making sexual advances towards him.

He also took aim at her parenting skills, alleging that on one occasion Spears "savagely hit" her son Sean Preston with Flores' belt and on another occasion fed both her young sons crab meat even though she knew they had serious seafood allergies.

Reality TV star Spencer Pratt has issued a public apology to estranged wife Heidi Montag for the "pain and anguish" he caused during their break-up - and admits he "let her down". Montag walked out on her former "The Hills" co-star in May and filed for divorce in July, citing irreconcilable differences.

Pratt, who has recently been threatening to release sex tapes featuring his former partner, has now reached out to Montag to apologize for his behavior. He tells People.com, "Divorce can be a trying, draining, and emotionally devastating experience for all involved. "Ray" actress Regina King has blasted bosses of the Emmy Awards for leaving significant African-Americans off their 2010 shortlist, insisting officials are snubbing non-white stars every year. King has written an open letter questioning the selection process for the ceremonies, and pointing out that late Broadway star and children's TV presenter Alaina Reed Hall was left off the Emmys' memoriam honors.

In the message, published in The Huffington Post, she asks why only 53 non-white performers have been nominated in the awards' history "out of nearly 1,000 possible nominations in the top four acting categories for drama and comedy". She adds, "I've worked in television nearly all of my professional life, and that statistic is quite sobering to me."

Sandra Bullock has been hit by another personal setback - a U.S. tabloid has unearthed 50-year-old divorce papers which suggest her father was violent towards his first wife. In Rita Harrison's 1961 separation documents, filed in Alabama, she accused John Bullock of repeated violent behavior, according to U.S. publication the Globe, which obtained the file.

In the papers, Harrison's lawyer claims Bullock "committed violence on her person" and "periodically flew into fits of rage". Harrison says, "He frequently demanded that I divorce him and told me that if I didn't that he was going to get a divorce from Reno (Nevada) and I would be cut off without anything."

Among those lined up as musical guests ranging from Kanye West, Drake, Justin Bieber, B.o.B, Usher to Paramore, MTV chose Eminem to kick off its upcoming Video Music Awards. "We thought that there's no better way to kick off the show than a performance from Eminem," general manager Stephen Friedman said.
