EW's fall issue includes a bunch of sneak peeks to upcoming movies including the one for "Bridesmaids". The picture which appears on the printed magazine shows some of the film's female stars, including lead actresses Kristen Wiig and Maya Rudolph, in their classy outfit.

Wiig's Annie is a simple and single 30-something Midwestern girl with poor dating record who is asked to be the maid of honor for her best friend, Rudolph's Lillian. Never having the job before, she struggles to please the snobby, rich bridesmaids at every pre-wedding event. One of Lillian's best friends, played by Rose Byrne, is essentially the bridesmaid from hell who attempts to take over the maid of honor duties from the inexperienced Annie.

Kris Allen's "The Truth" music video is promised to debut very soon. To tide fans over while waiting for the video premiere, behind-the-scene footage is brought forward, featuring an almost empty desert with a lighting on the sky. The crew and the 2009 "American Idol" winner are also briefly seen in this sneak peek.

The music video was filmed on July 19. "I do my own stunt," he tweeted while posting an image of him falling on his back from a black grand piano to a mattress. The filming was originally scheduled to be done a week prior, but got delayed. "The desert decided it needed a whole lot of rain. So, the video shoot is postponed til Monday," he explained.

Little Feat co-founder Richie Hayward has passed away after contracting pneumonia as he battled liver cancer. The jam band drummer, who has played with Eric Clapton and Robert Plant, died on Thursday, August 12 at a hospital near Vancouver, Canada. He was 64. His publicist, Bridget Nolan, tells the Associated Press, "He was waiting for a liver transplant."

Hayward formed Little Feat in 1969 with frontman Lowell George, Bill Payne and Roy Estrada and the band became known for songs such as "Willin". They split in 1979 following the death of George, but the surviving members staged a successful reunion in 1987 and have been touring ever since.

Two months after it was premiered in the U.S., "Toy Story 3" has made another headline. As of Friday, August 13, the film has grossed more than $920 million at box offices worldwide since opening June 18, Disney announced. Accordingly, this third "Toy Story" film becomes the new highest-grossing animated movie of all time, surpassing previous record holder "Shrek 2" which pulled in $919 million globally in 2004.

The latest installment of the Pixar animation also holds the title of Disney's fourth-most successful film in the company's history. The studio's current top three grossers are "Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest" (2006) at $1.07 billion, "Alice in Wonderland" (2010) at $1.02 billion, and "Pirates of the Caribbean: At Worlds End" (2007) at $961 million.

Drake has been confirmed to perform at the September 12 ceremony of MTV Video Music Awards. The rapper is joined by Kanye West and Florence and the Machine on the line-up and he thinks having Lil Wayne will complete the awards event even more.

"That would be the illest moment," he said when met by MTV at a VMA promotional shoot. "Mob through. The whole Young Money. ... Nobody knew about it. We just all show up. ... Or we could get him out for a day. And even if he had to wear a jumpsuit or something."

Kanye West treated music industry insiders to a special preview of his forthcoming album on Thursday, August 12 when he put on a secret show in New York, backed by John Legend on the piano. The rap superstar took to the stage at The Box club to perform a mix of old hits and new songs - with his pals Kid Cudi, Mr. Hudson and Estelle watching from the audience.

Estelle even jumped onstage and took charge of the mic to sing her chart smash "American Boy" with West, while the hip-hop hitmaker also showed off recently completed tunes such as "Mama's Boyfriend", as well as a freestyle to his 2008 album track "Say You Will".

R&B singer Fantasia Barrino has been threatened with a lawsuit from the woman who has accused the star of breaking up her marriage. The former "American Idol" winner was hospitalized for a drug overdose on Monday, August 9 after she became entangled in divorce proceedings between North Carolina couple Antwuan Cook and his estranged wife Paula.

Barrino was released from Carolinas Medical Center-Pineville in North Carolina on Wednesday, August 11 and her manager, Brian Dickens, assured fans she was already on the path to recovery. But her personal woes could soon become legal ones - Paula's attorneys have warned Barrino's legal rep she could be hauled into court under a state law which allows a party to sue a "home wrecker" for alienation of affection and criminal conversation, reports People.

Britney Spears' younger sister Jamie Lynn Spears has sparked rumors of a reunion with the father of her baby after they were spotted attending a Lady GaGa concert together. The former "Zoey 101" actress, 19, gave birth to Casey Aldridge's child, daughter Maddie, in 2008.

The couple announced plans to wed before calling off the engagement and splitting over the New Year. Jamie Lynn went on to date James Watson, a businessman 10 years her senior, but they broke up in May. Now the teenager is back with Aldridge, reports People.

Sober actor Rip Torn declined an invitation to join his director daughter Angelica Torn at a movie yacht party because he refused to be tempted by the free alcohol served at the event. The "Men in Black" star, 79, hit the headlines earlier this year when he was accused of breaking into a Connecticut bank while drunk and carrying a loaded gun.

He is currently fighting a string of charges, including carrying a firearm while intoxicated, first-degree criminal trespass and third-degree criminal mischief after he was found sprawled on the floor of the Litchfield Bancorp building in the town of Salisbury. He told police he thought the building was his home.

Lindsay Lohan's mother is convinced the actress will get her life back on track after completing her stint in rehab, insisting she "doesn't foresee" the troubled star suffering an untimely death. The "Mean Girls" star's wild ways landed her in jail this summer when she was sentenced to 90 days for violating probation stemming from her 2007 DUI arrest.

She served just 13 days behind bars and was subsequently admitted to a rehabilitation center in California to complete a court-ordered 90-day treatment program for her alleged prescription drug addiction. But Dina Lohan insists the 24-year-old star is working on rebuilding her life and career and will find success again as long as the paparazzi back off her daughter.

"Mad Men" star Elisabeth Moss has split from comedian Fred Armisen, less than a year after they wed in a secret ceremony. The Emmy-nominated actress, 28, met the "Saturday Night Live" funnyman when she made a guest appearance on the hit U.S. sketch show and Armisen proposed in January 2009 after a whirlwind romance.

They wed in October 2009 but have since parted ways, reports America's Life & Style magazine. A source tells the publication, "Fred and Elisabeth separated in May. "Frasier" star Kelsey Grammer is considering marrying his pregnant girlfriend as soon as he finalizes his divorce from his estranged wife Camille Donatacci. The 55-year-old actor was revealed to be having a baby with new love Kayte Walsh this week, just over a month after his wife of 13 years filed for divorce in July.

Grammer has requested the media leaves the couple to enjoy the baby news in private, although he insists they are overjoyed by the unexpected discovery. He tells TMZ, "We're very happy and we'd just like to ask, now that the news is out, to respect our privacy and celebrate with us. We wanna keep the baby!"

As the star of "CSI: Crime Scene Investigation", Laurence Fishburne is expected to attend the upcoming Primetime Emmy Awards. This particular appearance is put under the spotlight since it would be the first public outing by the actor since his daughter embarrassed him with her porn star career choice.

E! Online heard from a source that Laurence will either be presenting or simply coming as a guest at the ceremony held on Sunday, August 29. However, when asked about this, the actor's representative said he "can't confirm that he'll be there". A rep for the awards show also remained mum.

Sneak peeks for upcoming movies "True Grit" and "Hereafter (2010)" have been obtained in form of stills. The first official picture for "True Grit" which also appears on EW magazine captures Jeff Bridges and Hailee Steinfeld, while the image for "Hereafter" gives the official first look at Matt Damon and Bryce Dallas Howard.

"True Grit" is coming from filmmaker brothers, Ethan and Joel Coen. Slated to come out in the U.S. exactly on Christmas Day or December 25, this drama adventure movie follows a 14-year-old girl who, along with an aging U.S. marshal and another lawman, tracks her father's killer in hostile Indian territory.

Tinie Tempah's third single "Written in the Stars" has got a music video coming out for viewing pleasure. The Parlophone rapper is spitting his verses on the rooftop, while his featured guest Eric Turner stays in the building, sitting behind a piano. The narrative scenes see a young boy who is so consumed with his book.

"Written in the Stars" is taken from Tinie Tempah's debut album "Disc-Overy" which is due October 4 in United Kingdom. "I feel like I'm turning the page onto a different chapter with this one and trying to take the music to a whole different place," he said of the song.

Fantasia Barrino has met Antwaun Cook, a married man with whom she was accused of having an affair. Fantasia, who was just released from a Charlotte, North Carolina hospital on August 11 following a suicide attempt over a reported sex tape she has with Antwaun, was spotted having a deep conversation with him at a park near her Charlotte, N.C., home on Friday, August 13.

Sitting opposite each other, both Fantasia, who donned a sleeveless animal-print dress, and Antwaun, in his white T-shirt, looked serious while cameras captured the reunion. The meeting was presumably held for Fantasia's VH1 reality show, "Fantasia for Real."

A new collaboration between Rihanna and David Guetta reportedly is going to be made available in the beginning of this fall. The song is tentatively titled "Adrenalin Rush" and will be preceded with a preview by Rihanna-Diva.com.

The new track might be a dance track since French DJ Guetta is well known for his work on upbeat tunes. The "Umbrella" hitmaker herself has exclusively told Just Jared that the album she is recording indeed is "strong, fun, and sassy."

The first full trailer for "The Next Three Days" has been made available for viewing pleasure. Debuted by Yahoo! Movies, it sees the life of a seemingly perfect family which is turned upside down in a day when police rush in their house to arrest Lara, the wife of John Brennan and the mother of their kid, for a gruesome murder.

Despite her claim that she did not commit the crime, all evidences pointed to her. With the rejection of their final appeal, Lara becomes suicidal and John decides there is only one possible, bearable solution: to break his wife out of prison. One more promo of "The Vampire Diaries" is released, this time longer in duration. Dubbed "Cosmic Love", the new TV spot uses Florence and the Machine's song of the same title and displays Elena, Katherine, Stefan and Damon's sexiness instead of footage from the new season.

Rock icon Steven Tyler has no idea whether he will be joining the judging panel on "American Idol" - because TV executives have yet to present him with an official contract. The Aerosmith frontman confirmed earlier this month that he was considering the job after being contacted by producers of the hit reality show to step in as a replacement for exiting judges Simon Cowell and Ellen DeGeneres.

He said, "This beautiful girl from Fox (TV) came up to me and made an offer. I honored her offer... and it's just a work in progress. They mentioned it and I listened, and we're on tour, so I gotta give it some time."

Embattled rapper DMX fell foul of the law for a traffic violation on Thursday, August 12, just hours after he was released from jail for a reckless driving conviction from 2002. The hip-hop star, real name Earl Simmons, walked free from a Los Angeles incarceration center early on Thursday after completing 18 days of a 90-day sentence.

But he found himself in trouble with police yet again when his car was pulled over while driving down Sunset Boulevard. He was stopped for a minor traffic infraction, but when officers asked to see identification, they learned he didn't even possess a valid driver's license, reports TMZ.com.

Lindsay Lohan's mother has blasted allegations she did little to help her troubled daughter as her wild lifestyle began to spiral out of control, insisting she wanted the actress to attend rehab before her legal problems escalated. Lady GaGa's next studio installment is sure to become one of the highly-anticipated albums next year and people have been trying to get info about it. The singer herself was very careful not to spill too much beans, only saying in a recent interview with i-D magazine that "it's utter liberation."

"The new album is my absolute greatest work I've ever done, and I'm so excited about it," she explained more. "The message, the melodies, the direction, the meaning, what it will mean to my fans and what it will mean to me in my own life. ... I'm on the quest to create the anthem for my generation for the next decade, so that's what I've done."

Once she completed her rehab stint, Lindsay Lohan will quit Hollywood and move back to New York, her mother Dina Lohan revealed on NBC's "TODAY" show on Friday, August 13. The 47-year-old mom said, "California is a wonderful state... [but] the court system is different there."

During the interview, Dina also shared that Lindsay has made friends with a few scary new pals during her jail stint. Dina revealed, "She's great, she's been through a lot... Lindsay was in with alleged murderers and she's become friends with some of them. She's rolling with the punches."

Mandy Moore made such a good impression in the sixth season finale of "Grey's Anatomy" that she has been invited back to appear in the seventh season. The singer turned actress played a patient with colostomy bag who needed a transfusion but was unfortunate enough to get caught in the hospital gunning.

Coming first from TV Guide, the re-appearance is not explained further. It is unknown as well whether Ryan Devlin who plays husband of Moore's Mary will return with her. British festival mogul Michael Eavis has sparked rumors he's landed Prince as the prestigious headline act for next year's Glastonbury. Eavis admits he is delighted after inking a deal with an iconic American musician to top the bill on the Sunday night of the famous event in Somerset, England next year.

He has refused to confirm the identity of the headline act - but music industry insiders are adamant the mystery guest is either Prince or "Like A Virgin" legend Madonna. Eavis tells Britain's Heart Radio, "We've got two out of three headliners already sorted. There's American artists that I've been wanting to have for years and yonks (ages)... so it's confirmed. I can't tell you who it is. I really cannot tell you who it is!... It's so good though, I'm so thrilled about it."

Teen sensation Justin Bieber has received an unlikely honor - he has topped a list of the most bizarre concert cancellations. The "Baby" hitmaker's show in Sydney, Australia in April was axed by police over safety fears when thousands of young fans descended on the area and hundreds became "distressed" amid frenzied scenes.

The incident saw off competition from British singer Morrissey - his decision to cancel an entire tour of Canada last year in protest at the country's seal hunting came second in the poll for men's magazine Esquire. Meat Loaf came third after he cut short a gig in Newcastle, England in 2007 due to "exhaustion" - then announced he was retiring from music immediately. The "Bat Out of Hell" hitmaker changed his mind a few days later and resumed his tour.

Back in July, there were rumors floating around that Karl Urban has been cast in "Dredd". Now, producers Andrew Macdonald and Allon Reich have confirmed the news, telling Empire Online, "We've cast a guy called Karl Urban to play Dredd."

During an interview which took place at Movie-Con on Friday, August 13, they additionally explained how the new movie adaptation of comic books will look like. "Our idea is to make a very hard, R-rated, gritty, realistic movie of Dredd in Megacity, so we've got to get the tone right. He's not going to take off his helmet. His bike is going to feel real. He's going to hit people and it's going to feel real," Macdonald described.

Shannen Doherty has denied speculation she is pregnant - attacking media outlets for pointing out her shapelier figure. The "Beverly Hills, 90210" star was snapped with a rounder belly, prompting speculation she is expecting her first child at the age of 39.

Katy Perry refused to bow to pressure from record label chiefs to change the risque lyrics of an upcoming album track - because her instinct has always proved right. The singer releases "Teenage Dream" later this month, and one song - "Peacock" - caused worry among bosses at her label, Capitol Records, over its smutty words.

But Perry was adamant she wouldn't alter the offending lyric - because the success of her hit track "I Kissed a Girl" in 2008 proved she should stand her ground against music executives. She tells Britain's Glamour magazine, "They were all a bit worried about the word 'c**k' (in Peacock) and it gave me deja vu because I did the exact same thing with I Kissed a Girl."

Patricia Arquette and Thomas Jane have decided to get a divorce for the second time. A rep for the "Dreamcatcher" actor told People, "The split is completely amicable and their prime focus is their daughter. They ask that their privacy be respected at this time."

Back in January 2009, Patricia filed for divorce from Thomas at a Los Angeles court. She, at that time, cited irreconcilable differences. However, later that year, Patricia and Thomas reconciled and the Frankie Paige of "Stigmata" requested to abandon the divorce petition.

After opening "Good Morning America" summer concert series last May, Jonas Brothers and Demi Lovato returned to Central Park on August 13 for another "GMA" gig. The Friday concert was more crowded than the previous gig since they tagged along the other cast of "Camp Rock" like Meaghan Jette Martin and Anna Maria Perez de Tagle.

Since the performance was part of "Camp Rock 2: The Final Jam" tour, the Jonas boys and their co-stars catered fans with songs featured in the TV movie which will premiere September 3. But competition will be tough - a staggering 16 artists have been shortlisted for their recent releases, including Wolfmother, Pearl Jam and Iron Maiden. Other competitors hoping to be named top group include AC/DC, Rage Against the Machine, Aerosmith, Bon Jovi and the Jeff Beck Band.

British actor and broadcaster Stephen Fry is taking Twitter to the theater - he is set to star in a one-man show about his experiences on the social networking website. The comic is a regular user of the microblogging site, and tweets his thousands of followers to keep them up to date with his daily activities.

And Fry has taken inspiration from his time tweeting to perform a show in London in which all his subjects will be chosen by fellow users of the website. The show will take place at the British capital's Royal Albert Hall on September 20 - and Fry even plans to take it on tour if it's a success.

"Law & Order: Los Angeles" is shaping up nicely with the first look being released. NY Post acquired the picture of Alfred Molina, Regina Hall and Skeet Ulrich in their characters. The first two, who play Deputy DA Peter Morales and Assistant DA Evelyn Price respectively, are seen in the courtroom while Ulrich who plays Det. Rex Winters is inside what looks like an office.

Not seen in the pictures are Terrence Howard, Corey Stoll and Wanda De Jesus. In respective order, the actors tackle the roles of Deputy DA Jonas "Joe" Dekker, Winters' partner Tomas "TJ" Jerusalski and Lt. Arleen Gonzales. Together, these people will practice law and order in "the place where anyone with the right attorney can get away with murder."

Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart might always play coy about the nature of their relationship, but the two were recently caught canoodling - and pictures speak a thousand words. On Thursday, August 12, Robert and Kristen have given paparazzi a buzz when he was spotted nuzzling the 20-year-old beauty's neck.

Owen Wilson's representative has denied the actor has fallen for Rachel McAdams while filming the latest Woody Allen movie. The pair reportedly got together while shooting Allen's latest work, "Midnight in Paris". British tabloid reports stated they had been spotted flirting and enjoying each other's company off-set.

But the "Wedding Crashers" star's publicist has shrugged off the reports, telling GossipCop.com they are "false". Both stars are notorious for meeting lovers while working on movies - Wilson started dating Kate Hudson after they appeared in "You, Me and Dupree" together, while McAdams was briefly engaged to her "The Notebook" co-star Ryan Gosling.

Kelsey Grammer's estranged wife stands to receive half of the TV star's fortune - a staggering $40 million, according to U.S. reports. The actor wed Camille Donatacci in 1997 but the former Playboy model filed for divorce last month, citing "irreconcilable differences".

Grammer subsequently filed court papers requesting that Donatacci should not be allowed to lay claim to profits from his hit show Frasier as he has sole financial interest in the series. But according to New York Post gossip column PageSix, Donatacci is eligible for half of his $80 million estate as she part-owns his production company, Grammnet Productions.

Denzel Washington has been honored for his longstanding movie career at a glitzy ceremony in Los Angeles. The annual event raises money for cancer care - and Washington was full of praise for the organization as he took to the stage to accept his award. Earlier this month, David Boreanaz and Emily Deschanel said they were wooing The Situation from "Jersey Shore" to come as a guest star on "Bones". Kristen Stewart has kicked off the principal photography of "On the Road" in early August and a picture from the set has surfaced, giving the unofficial first look at the lead actress. Portraying Marylou, the "Twilight" brunette sports blond wavy hair. She also goes old fashioned with a pink shirt and a maroon long skirt.

"On the Road" centers its story on aspiring New York writer Sal Paradise who, after the death of his father, meets Dean Moriarty, a young and dangerously seductive ex-con. They hit it off immediately. Determined not to get trapped in a narrow life, the two friends burn their bridges and hit the road: thirsting for freedom, they discover the world, others and themselves.

Justin Bieber has kicked off music video shoot for his next single "U Smile" and he generously provides fans with sneak peek from the filming through several set pictures. Posted on his Facebook page, the photos tease performance scenes of the upcoming clip.

One image shows the 16-year-old Island Def Jam artist sitting behind a black grand piano while belting out the song. Two other pictures see him posing with director Alfredo Flores, and the rest are most likely taken during the filming of dancing scenes.

Only two days from being allowed to return to her Bel Air home in California, Zsa Zsa Gabor has once again rushed to hospital on Friday, August 13, ABC News reported. Gabor's publicist John Blanchette revealed that the 93-year-old star was admitted to hospital after developing "complications" related to her recent hip replacement surgery.
