Federal prosecutors have insisted the photos don't exist and that the star's private life should not be discussed when the trial hits the courtroom on July 12.

The idea that she got 90-days in jail plus 90-days in a rehab center for basically coming late to court and missing her weekly appointments, even though she was scheduled to finish her alcohol program on time, is an outrage."

Lindsay Lohan Denies Tampering With SCRAM Bracelet

July 09, 2010 03:39:28 GMT

Lindsay Lohan's lawyer has slammed allegations the actress tampered with her alcohol-monitoring bracelet in a bid to block the reading during nights out. The troubled star was fitted with a SCRAM ankle bracelet in May after missing probation hearings related to her 2007 arrest for driving under the influence (DUI).

The device was set off in June, indicating the presence of alcohol in the actress' system - a violation of the terms of a court order which banned her from taking drugs or drinking booze. Lohan was rumored to have attempted to obstruct the SCRAM bracelet from taking samples of her sweat to test for the banned substances, with the data from the electronic anklet indicating tampering issues on two separate occasions.

July 09, 2010 03:08:27 GMT

Sylvester Stallone has singled out "Rocky V" as his biggest movie regret, insisting he only revived the boxing franchise because he was "greedy". The actor shot to international fame playing small-time boxer Rocky Balboa in the Oscar-winning 1976 movie "Rocky", and he extended his success by writing and starring in a series of sequels, which have grossed more than $1 billion worldwide.

But he admits he went too far with his 1990 flop "Rocky V", widely regarded as the worst in the Hollywood franchise. When asked why he went ahead with the movie, Stallone tells Britain's The Sun, "I'm greedy - what can I tell you? It was a mistake because the audience didn't want to see the downside of the character. They wanted him to remain on top. I should have known that. I fell into a sense of self-parody."
