The Beatles to Be Brought to Big Screen as the Undead

The Beatles are to be portrayed as the undead in a quirky new movie. The producers behind "Pulp Fiction" have bought the film rights to Alan Goldsher's graphic novel "Paul Is Undead: The British Zombie Invasion" and now plan to turn it into an oddball new movie.

In Goldsher's tale, a zombie John Lennon murders the other three Beatles, who return as members of the undead and prey on Fab Four fans. Producer Stacey Sher tells Spinner.com, "I am a huge Beatles fan like the rest of the world and Alan's mash-up, which really showcases his love of music history and his appreciation of the zombie world, is a fun, funny read."

Emma Watson's spokesperson has branded an alleged naked photo of the "Harry Potter" star a fake - insisting the risque image has been technically doctored. The Brit actress' legal team sprung into action after a photo allegedly featuring the 20 year old without clothes hit the web, immediately branding the nude snap a product of computer wizardry.

A representative for the star tell Britain's The Sun newspaper, "If you look at it you will see that the head is marginally too big for the body (but clearly too big!) and the angle of the face is physically impossible with the body in that position." The photograph has now been removed from the Internet.

Lil Wayne's love of music has landed him trouble behind bars - guards have reportedly discovered "contraband" including iPod earphones and a charger in his cell. The hip-hop star began serving a year-long sentence at New York's Rikers Island prison in March after pleading guilty to gun possession charges.

Wayne has been hit by four separate lawsuits since he was locked up - all stemming from allegations the Lollipop hitmaker owes royalties to several producers. And the rapper is in hot water once again after a search of his cell found that he was hiding banned music equipment, according to the New York Daily News.

Brad Pitt is ready to encounter wild animal in his next big screen project. The "Inglourious Basterds" star is developing "The Tiger" and teaming up with "The Wrestler" helmer Darren Aronofsky as well as Mark Heyman, Ari Handel, Jeremy Kleiner and Dede Gardner to produce it.

Based on a nonfiction book by John Vaillant called "The Tiger: A True Story of Vengeance and Survival" which will be released in August, the film will center its story on the hunt for a man-eating tiger across the forbidding landscape of Siberia. Pitt will possibly tackle the character of a game warden and conservationist who must face down the tiger.

Rapper David Banner has shot down reports he is suing producer Quincy Jones III for using his music without permission in a documentary about Lil Wayne. Banner, real name Lavell Crump, reportedly teamed up with music producer Darius 'Deezle' Harrison to filed a copyright infringement lawsuit against Jones over his 2009 film "The Carter".

The heavyweight star co-wrote Lil Wayne's "La La" and "P**sy Monster" tracks, while Harrison helped to pen the Grammy-winning hit "Lollipop" - all of which are featured in the movie, which was distributed by Jones' QD3 Entertainment firm.

Giving a spotlight to Mr. And Mrs. Potato Head, the trailer shares many scenes which expose the two characters who often lose their detachable body parts but sometimes can make use of them to get the toy gang out of the local day-care center.

The featurette, meanwhile, takes fans to see the making of Buzz and Jessie' dancing scene and gives preview to the said footage. Director Lee Unkrich explains how they ended up getting the help from "Dancing with the Stars" dancers, Tony Dovolani and Cheryl Burke, for the scene. The video also shows the two professional dancers performing the routine in front of the crew.

Pop veterans a-ha will mark the 25th anniversary of the release of their debut album by performing the disc in its entirety at a special London concert later this year. The Norwegian stars shot to fame with their hit song "Take On Me" in the 1980s and reunited in 1998 after a four year hiatus.

Burglar in Amanda Peet's Home Acquitted

A man accused of burglarizing actress Amanda Peet's New York apartment last October has been acquitted by a Manhattan jury. The "Whole Nine Yards" star's babysitter, Michelle Werner, interrupted a thief when she stopped by Peet's Tribeca loft on October 27 and was confronted by a burglar, who had broken in through the skylight and taken jewelery.

The actress was not home during the burglary. Career criminal Henry Santos, 27, was subsequently arrested and charged with the crime after being identified by Werner in a police line-up. He went on trial in Manhattan Supreme Court earlier this month and Peet's screenwriter husband David Benioff took the stand on Friday, May 7 to testify in the case.

Oksana Grigorieva Says Mel Gibson Never Cheated on Her

Mel Gibson's ex-girlfriend Oksana Grigorieva has denied the relationship broke down because of an affair - insisting reports the actor cheated on her are "completely wrong". The couple, who became parents to a daughter last year, began dating after the "Braveheart" star split from his wife, Robyn, in 2006 but the romance only became public in 2009 after Robyn filed for divorce.

The Russian singer/songwriter confirmed the romance ended in April, but refused to divulge the reasons for the split. Gibson was subsequently hit by allegations he cheated on his lover with a Polish porn star - a representative for the actor quickly dismissed the claims and now Grigorieva has hit out at the lurid accusations.

Casey Affleck Promises Joaquin Phoenix Documentary Will Unfold the Truth

Joaquin Phoenix is set to shock fans with the release of his new documentary - Casey Affleck's film about the actor's bid to become a rap star is packed with controversial scenes of sex, drugs and nudity. The "Walk the Line" star announced plans to quit acting last year and concentrate on making music. He grew a straggly beard and waded through a string of bizarre public appearances which led many to believe his career-change was little more than a practical joke.

Phoenix's brother-in-law Affleck subsequently announced he would be filming his friend's burgeoning hip-hop career for a documentary, which further fueled rumors of an elaborate hoax - even though the Oscar-nominated actor insisted he was serious about becoming a rapper. Affleck has now completed his film, titled "I'm Still Here: The Lost Year of Joaquin Phoenix", and has previewed the footage in a bid to find a distributor. Reports suggest the picture features shocking scenes of the star apparently snorting cocaine, ordering call girls and having oral sex with a publicist - fueling gossip the film is in fact a 'mockumentary'.

'Transformers 3' Not Bringing Back Autobot Twins

Autobot twins will not make appearance in "Transformers 3". Following report that the two characters were spotted shooting a scene in California on Monday, May 10, Michael Bay has responded to the news, writing on his official message board "The Twins are not back in T3."

However, Left Lane have obtained several new pictures from the film production which proves the contrary. Claimed to be taken by photographers from the set, the photos feature two Chevy Sparks. The cars have stripes in the distinctive colors of the twins - green for Skidz and orange for Mudflap.

Few days after the trailer for "Super 8" was leaked, Paramount Pictures has debuted the official version of the trailer. Making its way out via Apple, the video gives preview of some scenes from the film in a good quality.

Opened with a scene of a rushing train, the video then features a huge explosion when a truck hits the train. Toward the end of the trailer, something is seen bumping inside a cargo which has U.S. Air Force logo on the door. The footage is then concluded with a look of 8mm camera lens.

Bobby Womack Passed Out in Studio

British rocker Damon Albarn was caught up in a medical emergency during the recording of the Gorillaz's latest album - soul legend Bobby Womack passed out in the studio. The Blur frontman enlisted the veteran singer-songwriter's help with the band's third record "Plastic Beach", which was released in March.

But he was unaware Womack suffers from diabetes - and was stunned when the "Lookin' for a Love" hitmaker fainted in front of him. Albarn says, "The sessions with Bobby were like nothing I've ever experienced. I told him to improvise. After 45 minutes of amazing singing, he passed out."

"Glee" star Lea Michele has apologized to a photographer after she rudely dismissed him at a gala on Tuesday, May 4. Photographer Patrick McMullan asked the actress for her name after taking her picture at the Time 100 Gala - but the brunette is said to have responded by rolling her eyes and naming other celebrities at the event, including country star Taylor Swift and former U.S. vice presidential candidate Sarah Palin.

Uma Thurman, Bono and More Attend Natasha Richardson's Remembrance Service

Her loved ones, including widower Liam Neeson, her mother Vanessa Redgrave, and sister Joely Richardson, gathered in the Big Apple on Monday for a remembrance service at the city's Roundabout Theatre Company. "Dancing with the Stars" sends home another couple this week and at the end of the line are Niecy Nash and her dancing partner Louis van Amstel. The comedienne performed Viennese Waltz and '90s Paso Doble last night, receiving 23 and 20 out of 30 respectively. The total score which is 43 out of 60 was the lowest among all.

Niecy was in the bottom two with Chad Ochocinco who never before was put in the position. But the sportsman received higher total score from the judges which is 45 out of 60. Chad is thus in the top 4 along with Nicole Scherzinger, Evan Lysacek and Erin Andrews.
