Ewan McGregor's representative has shot down reports the Scottish actor is set to play the lead in Madonna's new movie about late British royal King Edward VIII. The "Material Girl" is stepping behind the camera to direct a historical drama based on the former King, who abdicated in 1936 so he could marry twice-divorced American socialite Wallis Simpson.

The "Trainspotting" star was reported to have signed up to play the lead in the upcoming movie. But now a spokesperson for the actor has dismissed the claims, telling Gossip Cop that McGregor is "not doing" the film.

Former supermodel Cindy Crawford is glad she took such good care of herself in her youth, because she is delighted with her looks at the age of 44. The catwalk beauty never took up smoking cigarettes and made sure she didn't spend too much time sunbathing when she was younger.

I mean... it wasn't gonna happen the next day. You tweet people you have crushes on, and the next day, you're like, 'What?' You can't believe it."

Akon's upcoming concert in Sri Lanka has been thrown into jeopardy after government officials denied the R&B singer a visa to enter the country. The "Smack That" hitmaker has come under fire from locals in the capital city of Colombo, who took offense to his video "Sexy Chick", which features groups of scantily-clad women dancing at a pool party in front of a Buddha statue.

A man accused of stalking reality TV star Audrina Patridge has been ordered to undergo a psychiatric evaluation after launching a bizarre tirade during a court hearing on Tuesday, March 23. Zachary Loring is facing one count of stalking and three misdemeanor charges after he was arrested outside "The Hills" star's Los Angeles home in February for violating a three-year restraining order against him.

His lawyer entered a not guilty plea on behalf of Loring during his arraignment in February, while his client yelled at the judge and expressed his desire to change his plea to guilty. He returned to a Los Angeles courtroom on Tuesday for another hearing, during which Loring lost his temper and unleashed a foul-mouthed outburst at the judge and repeatedly told his lawyer, "I'm guilty... I stalked her."

The rumor that Jennifer Aniston will play a women-loving character on "Cougar Town" is mere rumor. The report by Showbiz Spy which said Courteney Cox was finally able to lure her "Friends" co-star into her new show has also been debunked.

"There are no plans for her to be on 'Cougar Town'," a rep for Aniston told Gossip Cop. The rep added, "She has not been asked to do 'Cougar Town'."

Charlotte Church is planning to expand her family - the star wants to have at least two more children. The Welsh singer has two young kids, 2-year-old Ruby and 14-month Dexter with rugby player partner Gavin Henson.

But Church would love to add to her brood when the time is right. She tells Britain's Reveal magazine, "I don't want to stop at two children, no way. I'd like to have four and, if my body is not completely all mush, I'd like to have even more."

Footage showing the filming process of Ludacris' "My Chick Bad" remix has emerged. It features Nicki Minaj, Trina, Eve and Diamond shooting their parts. At one point, Ludacris is seen teaching Trina some moves for her next scene.

"Inglourious Basterds" star Michael Fassbender has been targeted in a restraining order filed by his ex-girlfriend, who alleges she fears for her life after he reportedly broke her nose in an alcohol-felled bust-up in 2009. Sunawin Andrews filed a request for the ban in Los Angeles County Superior Court in early March, stating they fell out in July 2009 after the Irish actor returned home from a film festival drunk.

Since Led Zeppelin confirmed their break-up last year, many promoters tried to book them for a reunion on major music festivals, but failed. One of the offers turned down by the rockers is a headlining slot at this year's Download Festival.

Kelly Osbourne is set to help fans through their problems by becoming a regular contributor to Dr. Phil McGraw's U.S. TV show. The reality TV star has signed up to make a string of guest appearance on the Dr. Phil program, which will see her counsel guests with the self-help guru, using her own experience of drug addiction and weight problems to tackle their issues.

Foo Fighters' frontman Dave Grohl agreed to a guest appearance on Slash's upcoming solo album after they bonded over chats during the school run. The former Nirvana's drummer and the ex-Guns N' Roses's guitarist became friends after discovering their children attended the same school.

And Grohl admits their shared personal interests led to a professional collaboration on Slash's new self-titled record. He tells Britain's Absolute Radio, "It's funny because his kids used to go to the same school as mine."

Already having Justin Timberlake on the hook, Jamie Foxx wants more featured guest for his new song "Winner". The singer/actor then recruited T.I. who was just released from jail in December last year to provide additional verses to the track.

Possibly included in Jamie's next studio installment, "Winner" actually was leaked last year with the R&B singer collaborating only with Justin. The final version of the song was later debuted on Power 105 jock DJ Envy's New York radio show Tuesday afternoon, March 23.

Two days before hitting U.S. theaters, "How to Train Your Dragon" has teased audience with a new featurette. In addition to containing interviews with Jay Baruchel, Gerard Butler and America Ferrera who talk about the unique relationship between Hiccup and his dragon called Toothless, the snippet which makes its way out via Yahoo! Movies also gives a look at some scenes which highlight how Hiccup gets along with the dragon.

Set in the mythical world of burly Vikings and wild dragons, the film centers its story on Hiccup, a Viking teenager who doesn't exactly fit in with his tribe's longstanding tradition of heroic dragon slayers. His world is turned upside down when he encounters a dragon that challenges him and his fellow Vikings to see the world from an entirely different point of view.

British singer Alexandra Burke is looking for stylish fans to star in her next video. The 21-year-old R&B singer has made an appeal on her official website for young people with "natural style" to appear in the promo for upcoming single "All Night Long".

Foo Fighters' frontman Dave Grohl has confirmed a spoof video poking fun at his coffee "addiction" was based on a real medical emergency - he was admitted to hospital suffering chest pains after his grueling work schedule took its toll on his health.

A video of the rocker in the studio with his Them Crooked Vultures' bandmates surfaced last week and ridiculed Grohl's love of hot beverages. The clip ended with screen text which jokingly stated the rocker was "rushed to (a) doctor due to the onset of unwanted physical effects caused by too much caffeine. For reals (sic). He was kind of a mess."

As "Transformers 3" will begin pre-shooting in April, the crew have started working on the set. On Tuesday, March 23, SuperHeroHype has received spy report and pictures from a source who claimed he just visited the soundstages of Playa Vista where the preparation for the upcoming movie is being worked on.

Peeking inside the wardrobe department, the source said he saw many clothing racks with some of them being labeled "Iranian Army", "Ukranian Army" and "Matt". The source also passed by the "model" shop and, while he couldn't get a good look inside, he noticed there were a lot of moon reference photos and NASA moon lander pics.

This week, the Top 11 of "American Idol" battle for the top with Billboard No. 1 hits theme and Miley Cyrus as mentor. The first to take the stage was Lee DeWyze who picked "The Letter" by Box Tops. Miley thought he has a great voice but lacked stage presence. Anti-smoking campaigners in the U.K. are calling for Damon Albarn to be fined after he flouted British law by lighting a cigarette on stage on Sunday, March 21. The Blur's star was performing with his band Gorillaz in Portsmouth, south England when he sparked up midway through the set.

Mary J. Blige infuriated organizers of a Florida jazz festival on Saturday, March 20 by making bizarre demands and taking to the stage 90 minutes late, according to a U.S. report. Michael Jackson's private physician Dr. Conrad Murray faces a fight to keep his medical license - California prosecutors have filed court papers seeking to suspend it. The doctor, who is accused of administering the anesthetic Propofol which killed the King of Pop, has pleaded not guilty to one count of involuntary manslaughter, but has already been barred from administering such drugs.

And now, California Attorney General Jerry Brown wants Murray to stop practicing medicine as part of the terms of his bail. Officials at the Los Angeles coroner's office determined that Jackson died from "acute propofol intoxication" in combination with the use of sedatives. In a statement, Brown has called Murray's conduct "reprehensible". The doctor has denied any wrongdoing.

Country music singers billed to perform at the 45th Annual ACM Awards have been revealed. Kenny Chesney, Carrie Underwood and Lady Antebellum are confirmed to entertain the viewers on April 18 at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas.

They will be joined by other musical guests, such as Jason Aldean, Brooks & Dunn, Tim McGraw, Blake Shelton and Trace Adkins. Moreover, the host of the Sunday ceremony, Reba McEntire, is also scheduled to sing at the event.

Oprah Winfrey has settled a defamation lawsuit with the former headmistress of her South African school for girls. The TV talk show queen was told she would have to defend herself in court over comments she made about Nomvuyo Mzamane, but Winfrey has met the plaintiff face to face to end the saga.

She was scheduled to meet Mzamane in court in Pennsylvania next week, on March 29. The teacher accused Winfrey of suggesting she was not trustworthy in comments she made during a 2007 press conference following a sex abuse scandal at the Oprah Winfrey Leadership Academy for Girls, near Johannesburg.

After many attempts to keep it alive, "Scrubs" is a finally a goner. ABC may not have released an official statement yet but the show's executive producer and former star Zach Braff has decided to share the news via his Facebook.

"Many of you have asked, so here it is," Zach wrote, "it appears that 'New Scrubs', 'Scrubs 2.0', 'Scrubs with new kids', 'Scrubbier', 'Scrubs without JD' is no more. It was worth a try, but alas... it didn't work. Zb"

Sandra Bullock's "The Proposal" co-star Betty White was "deeply saddened" to hear of the Oscar-winning actress' marital problems - insisting allegations of her husband's affair tarnished "such a high-point in her life". Bullock is rumored to have moved out of the family home after her husband Jesse James was accused of cheating on the actress with tattooed model Michelle McGee while she was away filming "The Blind Side".

The tabloid expose emerged just a week after Bullock picked up her first Academy Award for her role in the movie, and White insists the shocking claims will have ruined what should have been a magical time for her pal.

Summit Entertainment has launched an official poster for highly anticipated movie "The Twilight Saga's Eclipse", bringing Bella Swan in between two men in her life, Edward Cullen and Jacob Black. As if trying to highlight the promised darker third "Twilight" movie, black and gray tones are prominent in this one-sheet, which features a tagline read, "It all begins...with a choice."

In the upcoming film, mortal beauty Bella will find herself surrounded by danger once again as Seattle is ravaged by a string of mysterious killings and a malicious vampire continues her quest for revenge. In the midst of it all, she is forced to make the most important decision of her life, choosing between Edward and Jacob, which has the potential to ignite the struggle between vampire and werewolf.

Christina Aguilera is gearing up to release her brand new single "Not Myself Tonight" on Wednesday, March 14. As a teaser, she has unveiled a black and white cover art which sees her wearing black leather gear with a pair of devil's horns and tail.

The song reportedly is produced by powerhouse music maker Polow da Don and co-written by Ester Dean. Expected to be included in Christina's upcoming studio album "Bionic", it is said to be sent to radios soon after hitting the web.
