Gwyneth Paltrow has become an unofficial ambassador for country music capital Nashville, Tennessee - even though she doesn't live there. The actress recently spent time in the city shooting new movie "Love Don't Let Me Down" with Tim McGraw and she can now understand why Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban, Sheryl Crow, Taylor Swift, McGraw and Faith Hill and other top stars call the place home.

She has become the latest celebrity to fall for the charm of the city - and she's cooing about it on her GOOP website. She writes, "I just spent a few months living and working in Nashville, Tennessee which was an incredible experience. As I'm apt to do, I researched, ate, drank, tried, and asked my way around the city 'til I found the best spots it has to offer."

Miley Cyrus has made a good impression on her boyfriend Liam Hemsworth's Australian family - the actor insists his parents "loved" his superstar girlfriend. The "Hannah Montana" star fell for the Aussie hunk while shooting their new film "The Last Song" in 2009.

Hemsworth, who Cyrus has branded her first love, took the singer/actress on a trip Down Under to show her his hometown and introduce her to the family and she proved a hit. He says, "Yeah, they loved her. It was really cool to show Miley where I'm from and how I grew up, and it's a completely different world to where she's from. We don't have shopping centers or traffic lights or anything like that, where I live at least."

Whitney Houston NOT Back to Rehab

Whitney Houston's lawyer is fuming over reports the star is heading back to rehab after allegedly collapsing backstage at a recent concert - he's branded the claims "ridiculous". The R&B superstar's "Nothing But Love" tour has been marred by complaints after the singer struggled to get through several of her shows, seemingly finding it hard to breath and disappearing backstage for several minutes at a time.

The star's rep insisted Houston's breathing difficulties were caused by smoking cigarettes, and denied allegations she had returned to using crack cocaine. The star's tour received more bad press when U.S. tabloid the National Enquirer alleged the singer had collapsed, and had been persuaded to enter a rehabilitation centre to battle her issues.

Robert Pattinson is anxious about the reception his new film "Remember Me" will receive - warning his fans not to expect to have their "buttons pressed". The "Twilight" hunk stars in the romantic drama opposite Emilie de Ravin and plays a rebel who faces a tragic end.

And the Brit is concerned his devotees may be left disappointed by the moving film, as it isn't the "happy romantic drama" people may be expecting. He tells Britain's Sky News, "It does worry me that when a film has a lot of attention, most audiences are used to having all their buttons pressed, and it doesn't really press the same buttons as other films."

Andy Garcia Talks About His Axed Scene With Michelle Pfeiffer

Movie star Andy Garcia lost the chance to play Michelle Pfeiffer's husband in 1995 film "Dangerous Mind" after convincing producers the character was unnecessary. The character wasn't in the initial script and he understood why when he was called in to play Pfeiffer's husband. But, after making his viewpoint clear, Garcia still shot scenes with the actress - only for his character to be edited out of the film.

He tells BlogTalkRadio, "They called and said that they wanted to develop a love interest for her (Pfeiffer's character) in the script. I read the script and said, 'You don't really need one... but I'm there for you if you think you need me."

Tim Burton to Resurrect 'The Addams Family' With 3-D Film

Tim Burton is planning to put his gothic spin on a new animated 3-D version of "The Addams Family", according to a U.K. report. The kooky director has wowed audiences with his 3-D version of Lewis Carroll's classic "Alice In Wonderland", which has pulled in $208.6 million (130.4 million poundsterling) during its two-week run at the box office.

And Burton is hoping the groundbreaking movie technique will resurrect the spooky Addams Family, who last appeared on the big screen in 1993's "Addams Family Values". According to Deadline.com, Illumination Entertainment has acquired the rights to the original cartoons by Charles Addams, and the company's boss Chris Meledandri will act as producer.

"Brokeback Mountain" 's stars Jake Gyllenhaal, Michelle Williams and Anne Hathaway are the frontrunners to score big at the Oscars in 2011, according to the leading Academy Awards race website. The three stars are all tipped to claim leading actor and actress Oscars nominations for the films "Blue Valentine" and "Love and Other Drugs".

Experts at the Los Angeles Times newspaper's The Envelope blog also tips Angelina Jolie, Ben Stiller and Michael Douglas for Oscars gold for their roles in "Salt", "Greenberg" and "Wall Street 2: Money Never Sleeps". Douglas won a Best Actor Oscar for his role as Gordon Gekko in the original "Wall Street" movie.

Warner Bros. Pictures has brought forward a sneak peek video from "Inception" to tease attendees at 2010 ShoWest movie convention on Thursday, March 18. Showing new footage, the studio gives more details from the film but still does not reveal the key storyline.

[SPOILER ALERT!] A scene which was previewed at the convention has Leonardo DiCaprio and Ellen Page walking down a long hallway. Then, Joseph Gordon-Levitt is seen telling Ken Watanabe about what it is Leonardo does. Later, the scene captures men dressed in white military outfits battling on a snow capped mountaintop. Watanabe is additionally featured tossing a grenade through a window while in military vehicle.

Another look at "The Runaways" has been provided by Apparition in a new clip. First debuted by MTV, the snippet sees Kristen Stewart's Joan Jett picking up her guitar and singing "I Love Rock N' Roll" while jumping on her bed. The song itself was created by Alan Merrill and Jake Hooker of The Arrows who also recorded the first released version before later was made famous by the hit version recorded by Joan Jett & the Blackhearts.

Unfortunately for him and the world, the new hero wants to be a super villain too. The new villain begins his rampage, and Megamind sets out to stop him, beginning a path to redemption in the process.

Alec Baldwin has fueled a war of words with an American journalist for reporting on an alleged spat with his "30 Rock" co-star Tina Fey. The actor was left fuming when National Enquirer writer Mike Walker published an article which claimed Baldwin had fallen out with Fey on the set of the hit TV show.

In a subsequent interview with Britain's The Times newspaper, the actor made a series of unflattering comments about Walker, calling him a "whore" and a "queen". T-Pain has debuted a music video filmed to support his new single "Reverse Cowgirl". The Jeremy Rall-directed video features the Auto-Tune MC rapping to the camera with slow-motion captures of beautiful women sometime intercepting his scenes.

"Reverse Cowgirl" is taken from T-Pain's upcoming fourth studio album called "RevolveR". Young Jeezy who provides additional verses to the song doesn't make any cameo appearance in the accompanying music video.

Gabriella Cilmi's hit single "Sweet About Me" was a direct message to music industry bosses warning them not to push her around. The Australian singer was aged just 16 when she shot to international stardom with the song, and she feared record industry chiefs would try to take advantage of her naivety by controlling her image.

So she deliberately penned a set of feisty lyrics to send a clear warning to her paymasters not to "mess" with her. Cilmi says, "I got into the business very young and people have this tendency - when they have young acts - to mould them and create them the way they want."

They attended the CBS Films luncheon in Las Vegas, Nevada as the cast of "Beastly" which will hit the U.S. theaters on July 30. Hudgens and Pettyfer in particular were honored at the event as the Stars of Tomorrow.

Beside the trio, Jennifer Lopez also came to the gala to promote her latest dramedy "The Back-Up Plan". Unlike Hudgens and co, Lopez was solo in promoting the movie which will hit the theaters on April 23.

Bryan Singer and Lauren Shuler Donner recently sat down with Los Angeles Times to talk about the future of "X-Men" franchise. As Singer has confirmed that he will direct "X-Men: First Class", he was willing to reveal what will be included in the film, beside the already-known key point of the relationship between Magneto and Professor X.

Singer said "First Class" will explain the beginning of the school for mutants and it will have younger incarnations of some characters with new actors in roles of Cyclops, Jean Grey, the Beast and many others. Though so, he could not give an answer when asked whether or not Hugh Jackman will appear as Wolverine in this "X-Men" spin-off.

Cyrus has now established herself as a pop star away from the Disney show, and is set to hit the big screen in "The Last Song" - her first lead film role since 2009's "Hannah Montana: The Movie". And the 17-year-old admits she can't stand going back to the teen TV series - because she is now too old to be starring in a kids' show.

Lady GaGa Hit With 35 Million Dollars Lawsuit Filed by Former Producer

A producer who helped launch Lady GaGa's career is suing the pop star for $35 million over allegations she dumped him as soon as she hit the big time. Rob Fusari signed a production deal with the singer in 2006, and claims to have come up with her stage moniker. He also maintains he was instrumental in landing her a deal with record label Interscope.

The hitmaker, who has also worked with Destiny's Child and Will Smith, produced several tracks on GaGa's debut album, "The Fame" - including the hit "Paparazzi" - but Fusari reveals his working relationship with the star soured after she allegedly ditched him upon gaining global recognition. He filed a lawsuit against the star in New York on Wednesday, March 17.

'Predators' Haunting With First Full Trailer

After bringing some sneak peeks of "Predators" to 2010 South by Southwest (SXSW) Interactive, Film and Music Festival, 20th Century Fox has finally released the full trailer for the movie. Debuted by IGN, the video contains some similar footage featured in the previously released snippet.

Though it gives a look at how humans try to survive from being hunted by the aliens, the trailer fails to share the thrill because at some intense moments, the video does not feature the actual audio. Instead, it contains conversation that happened between the characters when they share their thoughts about the predators.

'Davy Crockett' Star Fess Parker Dies at Age 85

Beloved U.S. TV star Fess Parker has died, aged 85. The actor, who played both "Davy Crockett" and "Daniel Boone" on TV, made his acting debut in "Springfield Rifle" in the early 1950s. He became a Disney favorite later in the decade when he landed the role of frontiersman Crockett in the hit series, which also featured his music hit "The Ballad of Davy Crockett", and went on to star in family film favorite "Old Yeller".

In the 1960s Parker found TV success as a frontiersman again when he landed the lead in the TV series "Daniel Boone" - a role he played for six years. He also produced several episodes of the show.
