A spokeswoman for Amy Winehouse has confirmed Tuesday, November 25 that the troubled singer was admitted to a private clinic in London after falling ill on Sunday, November 23. The spokeswoman told AFP her celebrity client was hospitalized after having "a bad reaction to the combination of medication she has currently been prescribed."

The private clinic where Amy has been hospitalized is not named though. It also remains unknown if she is still treated at the facility.

Noah and the Whale announce that they have to pull out several North American tour dates because they want to focus on recording new songs for their next album. "It is with no little remorse and disappointment that we are compelled to cancel these dates. These words are being typed in the studio as we make progress on the next Noah and the Whale album," they wrote on their MySpace page.

"We would like to apologize to all the wonderful friends we made on our most recent American adventure, to anyone who has bought tickets or was preparing to do so," the band explained. "The whole band enjoys an ongoing love affair with the US. The autumn tour was one of the most intense and heartening experiences of our lives ... but there is simply not enough time in the world and we are sure that this next record will justify this difficult call."

Having a major hit movie with the recently released "Twilight", Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson reportedly will get a huge salary boost for the sequels, including "New Moon". According to the Chicago Sun-Times, the two young leading actors are looking forward to bring home $12 million each, six times more than what they have earned in "Twilight".

Apart from the six times $10 million paycheck raise, the actors who play the unlikely lover, Bella Swan and Edward Cullen will also get a nice percentage of the future movies' box-office take. Though both Stewart and Pattinson have revealed that they are already signed for a three-picture deal, the official confirmation about their returns have yet to be released.

Universal Music Group's chairman Jimmy Iovine recently talked to Billboard, explaining on the pushing-back of Eminem's highly-anticipated LP "Relapse". "I'll tell you about Eminem. We only tried to put him out this year to replace Dr. Dre, but we got into a quagmire. Eminem was always coming next year," he said.

Jimmy also shared the reason behind Dr. Dre's postponed LP "Detox". "I lost Dr. Dre to Eminem. Dre had to stop making his album to finish Eminem's album. Eminem hit a streak, and when a guy like Eminem gets on fire, you stop everything," he revealed.

Embracing the spirit of Thanksgiving, Heather Locklear and Richie Sambora have been planning to spend the "Turkey Day" together for the sake of their young daughter Ava Elizabeth. The threesome will be joined by Heather's current boyfriend, actor Jack Wagner, and some of their close friends, People reports.

"Heather and Richie are very supportive of each other," one of Heather's friends says in a statement. "They talk all the time, and anytime Ava has something important happening they are there together. It's going to be a very nice Thanksgiving for everyone."

A Los Angeles premiere event for "Cadillac Records" has been held on Monday, November 24, evening, at The Egyptian Theater in Hollywood, California. Benefiting Phoenix House, a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping those affected by addiction, the gala saw the film's stars dressing up for the special occasion.

While scruffy Adrien Brody walked down the red carpet wearing a black suit, his co-star Beyonce Knowles came to the premiere dressed in a black Dolce & Gabbana dress with puff sleeves. Brody was accompanied by Elsa Pataky, whereas Knowles brought her mother, Tina Knowles, to the special evening.

Jeremy Camp has premiered a music video in support of the title track off his upcoming fourth studio LP "Speaking Louder Than Before". The album will hit the U.S. market on November 25 via BEC Recordings.

First single off the record "There Will Be a Day" has been released since mid-September. Co-produced by Jeremy himself and Grammy-Award winning producer Brown Bannister, it peaked at number 4 on Billboard Hot Christian Songs and at number 3 on Radio & Records Christian CHR.

The fate of Claire will be decided on the next episode of "Heroes" where Elle shoots her with a gun while the eclipse continues to create havoc for the heroes and villains. In "Eclipse, Part 2", Noah will attempt to get a revenge on Sylar and Elle for committing the shooting.

A couple of days before opening in U.S. theaters, "Australia" has held a special screening event in New York. Taking place at the Ziegfeld Theater on Monday, November 24, the premiere event saw one extravagant gala attended by many celebrities from the film's stars Hugh Jackman and Nicole Kidman to musician Moby and model Lydia Hearst.

Joining Jackman and Kidman on the red carpet were director Baz Luhrmann and co-producer Catherine Martin, as well as Kidman's husband, country singer Keith Urban. Aside from them, other celebrity guests, like Kelsey Grammer, Olivia Newton-John, Lauren Bacall, Alicia Witt, Deborra-Lee Furness, Helena Christensen, and many others, have also been spotted attending the special event.

Britney Spears heads up to U.K. for a live performance at one of the nightclubs in London. She will be playing at the club as part of the promotional project for her upcoming sixth major studio album "Circus", which is due to come out on December 2 in the U.S.

"It's an extraordinary coup that Britney has agreed to perform at the nightclub," a source told The Sun concerning the upcoming show. "It has taken months of very patient planning but the hard work has been more than worth it."

Gerard Way, the lead vocalist of band My Chemical Romance, has announced through a representative that he and his wife Lindsey "Lyn-Z" Ann Ballato are expecting their first child together. The baby is due to be born early in the summer 2009.

It is not mentioned if the expectant parents have found out the sex of their forthcoming baby. It is also not known if they have chosen a name.

Pop singer Britney Spears is featured on the cover of Rolling Stone magazine's December 2008 issue under the headline that read, "Yes She Can! Britney Returns." She is photographed baring her pierced belly in a gray top and jeans, donning thin make-up, and smiling to the camera.

Two TV promos, introducing the new reality show on FOX titled "Secret Millionaire" have been given out. The videos show how the actual-millionaires go on disguise as a person in need to experience how it feels to survive in impoverished neighborhood and consequently find the right person to share their fat pile of bucks.

To be premiered on December 3 at 8 P.M., "Secret Millionaire" will follow several wealthy Americans in their mission to help improve the life of people in need but through a thorough observation on who should deserve it. As an undercover, they will work minimum wage jobs and live in a poverty-stricken neighborhoods including in the community that was devastated by Hurricane Katrina. On the last day of their mission, they will reveal their true identities to the people they have been involved in and decide who should take away the prize.

The sequel to "Sex and the City" movie has had its potential storyline, so claimed the movie's star Sarah Jessica Parker. Though not revealing much about the plot itself, the co-stars of Kim Cattrall, Kristin Davis and Cynthia Nixon insisted that it most likely won't be about Carrie dealing with motherhood.

To MTV, she nixes the rumor that a baby will be brought to Carrie's life. "[Motherhood] doesn't seem as if that's going to be a choice she'll make," the 43-year-old explained, adding further, "It feels a little bit manipulative to toss that into the mix because she seems so pointed in a different direction." Still, she assured that she and writer/director Michael Patrick King think that they have a story.

A music video in accompaniment of Boys Like Girls' song "Heels Over Head" has arrived. Filmed during roadshow, the video shows the documentary of the band on the road, including their rehearsal sessions and signing event.

"Heels Over Head" is a song written by rhythm guitarist/vocalist Martin Johnson. The song is listed on the band's debut album "Boys Like Girls", which has been released since August 2006 and sold over 600,000 copies.

Selena Gomez and Christina Aguilera are just other persons beside Jessica Simpson who feel happy for new parents Ashlee Simpson and Pete Wentz. Both stars congratulate and wish the celebrity parents the best for their newborn son, Bronx Mowgli Wentz.

Selena told US Weekly at the CNN Heroes event at L.A.'s Kodak Theatre Saturday, November 22, "He's going to be so well dressed" when referring to baby Bronx, whose singer parents also embark on clothing designing career. "They're going to have the cutest punk rock kid ever!" the Disney star added.

While the show is being delayed a week, The CW has let out a new promo of "Gossip Girl" that focuses on one of its Upper East Siders, Blair Waldorf. Past scenes where the so-called 'Queen B' appears, are compiled in a video that also features Christina Aguilera's new hit "Keeps Getting Better".

Included are, her catfight scene with Serena, her telling Chuck that she hates him, her talking to the dean of Yale on how 'traditional' she is and also what the others think about her. Blair, the only daughter of house of design owner, Elanor Waldorf, is known for her exquisite style, her dare to achieve what she wants and her devious way in getting herself into something. "Cheating, drinking, drugs - it's all fair game," she once was quoted as saying.

In the spirit of the holiday, ABC Family will give out special treats to Harry Potter's fans. The television network have announced that they will have a Harry Potter weekend from December 5 to 7, and to top it, they are going to air exclusive first looks at forthcoming "Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince" throughout the weekend's three-day extravaganza.

The exclusive first looks offer a discussion of the film's storylines by stars Daniel Radcliffe, Rupert Grint, Emma Watson and Michael Gambon, and insider information. Other than those, they also include a sneak peek of never-before-seen footage of love running rampant through Hogwarts, a look into Tom Riddle's past and an introduction of Professor Horace Slughorn, Hogwarts' new Defense Against the Dark Arts teacher.

"Froze", a new song from Chris Brown, has been revealed. The newly-uncovered track carries a slow 4-minute jam. It is reportedly produced by Hit-Boy and Chase N. Cashe for his upcoming third major studio LP, tentatively called "Graffiti".

Previously, Chris Brown was upset over leak of his demo track "Electric Guitar". The song, in which he teamed up with Dr. Dre, was believed to become a duet for him and Rihanna. "I'm mad that it's leaked," he told The Associated Press in an interview. "The record's not finished. It's supposed to be me and Rihanna's duet."

Pop superstar Madonna shares her feeling to the Associated Press in an interview that she has for the very first time since she splits from husband Guy Ritchie, admitting she is saddened by the separation. "I'm sad about my personal life," she openly says in a statement.

"But I feel very blessed and very lucky that I have the opportunity to do what I do in my professional life," Madonna continues. She adds that she's grateful to be in the middle of her "Sticky & Sweet" tour, crediting her heavy workload concerning the tour to have provided "a distraction that keeps me going." "It would be horrible if I was just thinking about getting a divorce and had nothing to do," she reveals.

The first three minutes of "House M.D." episode 5.09 that airs tonight (November 25) has been given out by FOX. Titled "Last Resort", the episode will see a guest starring slot filled by Primetime Emmy Award-winning actor Zeljko Ivanek as a desperate man with a gun in his hand.

The scene opens with a crowded ER and patients waiting to get treatments. One guy who has been waiting quietly for sometime, walks into Cuddy's office which is unoccupied by its owner. Instead, House is there and the indifferent doctor sends him away from the room. The man is back with several hostages, including some staff and Thirteen.

A first look into "Seven Pounds" has been let out exclusively by ET. Focusing on the relationship between Ben Thomas played by Will Smith and Emily Posa portrayed by Rosario Dawson, the behind-the-scene video contains commentary from Dawson about the situation her character is dealing with, and about the definition of the love story for the film.

The two-minute video also gives out a glimpse of Woody Harrelson who stars as blind pianist Ezra Turner. Talking about the beauty of the story, Harrelson also revealed the challenging part of playing the piano. Apart from this behind-the-scene video, three new television promos for the drama film has been found as well and posted after the ET's video.

Joe Jonas was asked by Access Hollywood's 2008 American Music Awards guest correspondent, Quddus, about meeting his ex-girlfriend Taylor Swift at the annual awards show Sunday, November 23 after their war of words and the singer said, "It's all good." Quddus kept pressing him by asking, "Beef squashed. There was really no beef, huh?" To that Joe responded, "All good." Then asked on how he's dealing with all the media attention surrounding his personal life ever since Taylor publicly revealed he dumped her during a 27-second phone call in October, Joe said, "Just live your life, like T.I. says."

Taylor, who was also given the same question, didn't give direct reference to Joe though. The country music star simply said, "I'm going to have a wonderful night. I'm so excited to be here, I'm so excited the album went number one... to be here and to be nominated and performing. This is going to be a fun night."

During an interview on the red carpet of the 36th annual American Music Awards on November 23, Jonas Brothers shared that they would love to team up with Kanye West when asked with whom they want to make a duet. "We think Kanye's new record sounded really cool, so that's someone," Nick Jonas said.

In a further statement, Nick noted that they don't want to rush things. He stated, "Usually it's cool to get to know somebody as a friend before forming a work relationship with them"

"The L Word" is coming closer to its sixth season finale and a second promo for the new chapter has arrived. Showtime, the network that airs the lesbian drama series, gives the sneak peek along with a clue that "one of our favorites will take their last breath and one of the friends will take the fall". This explains the quick flash of a body wrapped under silk that was merged in the first promo.

The fifth season ended in March this year with Jenny feeling the 'ultimate betrayal' from Shane. The plot for the first episode of sixth season however, is not yet released. It will start invading the small screen on January 18, 2009 but unlike the previous seasons, this time Showtime will wrap it up with 8 episodes only before it concludes the whole show with a series finale in February.

In addition to a surprise birthday cake that was presented during the annual American Music Awards (AMAs) Sunday, November 23, Billy Ray Cyrus revealed that he also gets his daughter Miley Cyrus a recording studio in their house as another present for her 16th birthday. To Access Hollywood's AMAs guest correspondent, Quddus, the country singer shared, "She wanted a recording studio. She just wanted a place to record there at the house. She's been writing a lot of songs a lot of really great material."

"It's a great place for us to get up there and work out some tunes and sing," the elder Cyrus continued talking about the recording studio. "We both love doing harmonies and we could just jump in there and make all kinds of music and be real creative."

Rumor has it, "I Am Legend" prequel might no longer be a prequel. In an unconfirmed twist related to "Untitled I Am Legend Prequel", AICN has broken out the possibility that the second movie to the blockbuster horror thriller starring Will Smith may instead be a sequel as their scooper Westwood9 came out with an update about the project.

Reporting on the matter, Westwood9 firstly explained that at the beginning, Warner Bros. went along with Smith's initial story which "took place several years before the original film and there were still pockets of survivors". But after screenwriter D.B. Weiss and Smith officially joined the project, they allegedly decided to shake things up by making the project a sequel. Despite this report, Warner Bros. have yet to come out with confirmation nor denial on the sequel potential.

Busta Rhymes steps up bringing a music video in support of his new song "I Got Bass" off his eight studio album "B.O.M.B.". On the video, he is seen rapping to the camera while his hands are busy taking something out of his pocket.

"B.O.M.B." is slated for U.S. release on March 10, 2009. It is aimed to follow up Busta's studio effort "The Big Bang", which peaked at number 1 on Billboard Hot 200 Albums chart and sold 2.5 million copies worldwide since it was released in June 2006.

On-and-off lovers, Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt, have eloped in a secret ceremony in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, last Thursday, November 20, US Weekly reported. The secret wedding was held at the One & Only Palmilla Resort. Families of both the bride and the groom were left clueless of the wedding.

Sharing his wedding vows to US Weekly, to which he and Heidi sold their wedding details and pictures, Spencer said, "Heidi, from the moment you came into my life, I knew my life would never be the same without you. You are the light in my life like the sun to the earth! Your loving warmth makes me want to be a better person. Being with you, I feel complete." He continued, "I'm honored to even be able to call you my wife. You are the most amazing, loving and caring woman on this planet. I will love you forever and always."
