Harpo's Denial Over 'The Oprah Winfrey Show' Axe

The speculation over "The Oprah Winfrey Show" being axed from ABC in 2011 has been explained further by the show's production house. Harpo Production has responded toward Discovery Communications chief David Zaslav's statement which hints a possibility of the talk show move to Oprah Winfrey's new network, OWN (Oprah Winfrey Network).

Lisa Halliday, Harpo chief spokesperson, told Access Hollywood "While David Zaslav's comments are true that Oprah's current contract to produce 'The Oprah Winfrey Show' will expire in 2011, she has not made a final decision as to whether she will continue her show in syndication beyond that."

Nicole Kidman Married to Charlize Theron in 'Danish Girl'

Having portrayed a courtesan in "Moulin Rouge!" and renowned British author Virginia Woolf in "The Hours", Nicole Kidman will next be the world's first post-op transsexual in "The Danish Girl". According to The Hollywood Reporter, the 41-year-old has been tapped to star as Danish artist Einar Wegener in the based on true story movie.

For the part, the wife of country singer Keith Urban will co-star fellow Academy Award-winner Charlize Theron as Theron has been picked up to play Greta Wegener, Einar's wife. Apart from starring in the movie, Kidman will also serve as the film's producer and will be working together with director Anand Tucker.

Adele Doubts Jonas Brothers' Celibacy Vows

Jonas Brothers have been very open about their commitment to stay virgin until they get married, but British singer Adele doubts the boys will resist the temptation to have sex as they are always surrounded by many female fans. "Millions of girls fancy them! If the Jonas Brothers are virgins - then I'm a man," she tells Glamour magazine.

Though admitting she is one of Kevin Jonas, Nick Jonas, and Joe Jonas' fans, Adele believes they will sooner or later break their celibacy vows. Neither of the singer brothers has offered defense on Adele's statement just yet.

David Archuleta and Katy Perry Set for 'Z100's Jingle Ball 2008'

David Archuleta and Katy Perry have both lined up for musical guests at annual holiday concert "Z100's Jingle Ball 2008". Other musicians scheduled to make live appearances on the gig include Chris Brown, Leona Lewis, Ne-Yo, Jesse McCartney, Paramore, Brandy, and Lady GaGa.

Taking place at Madison Square, the star-studded show will be held on December 12 with Rihanna serving as a special guest host. For each ticket for the show which is sold via Ticketmaster, $1 will be automatically donated to "Stand Up to Cancer" charity along with an option to contribute more.

Jessica Alba Finds 'Killer Inside Me'

Moving on from a comedic role in "The Love Guru", Jessica Alba is going to take on a more challenging movie's character in future film project, "The Killer Inside Me". Reporting on the news, The Hollywood Reported claims that the 27-year-old will share screen with Casey Affleck, the "Gone Baby Gone" star.

On the role itself, the Invisible Woman of "Fantastic Four" is said to be touted to star as the prostitute with whom lead character, a West Texas sheriff named Lou Ford, is involved. Other than this project, Alba has been signed to topline Marilyn Agrelo's drama "An Invisible Sign of My Own" and will return for "Sin City 2".

Longer Teaser Trailer of 'Up' Comes Forth

Walt Disney Pictures and Pixar Studios are taking fans to their latest adventure with a grumpy old man with wild idea through a teaser trailer of "Up". Displaying all of the movies the studios have made together from "Toy Story" to "Wall-E" throughout the years, the brief sneak peek serves as an introduction to 78-year-old Carl Fredricksen and 8-year-old Russell.

Noting that Carl is about to go on an incredible journey without leaving his home, the video displays the main reason the narrator says so. Thousands of balloons tied to Carl's house suddenly shoot up to the air and lifts the house up, bringing Carl who stays inside to the sky as he intends. But, as he enjoys the journey, his front door is knocked and a surprise awaits behind the close door.

will.i.am Performing 'It's a New Day' on Oprah Winfrey's Show

will.i.am made a live performance singing his post-election song "It's a New Day" for the first time on "The Oprah Winfrey Show". As it has previously been announced by his spokesperson, the Black Eyed Peas' member also debuted a music video for the new single on the November-7 episode of the TV show.

On the video posted below, while will.i.am was standing in front of Oprah's audience singing the pro-Barack Obama song, the music video was played on a huge screen behind him. Started with the rapper's close-up shot, the video featured some clips showing the euphoria of Obama's supporters after the Democratic candidate won the November-4 U.S. presidential election.

Last night on "Ghost Whisperer", it was revealed how Melinda has to face the biggest fear in her life, the death of her loved one. In the next episode of the show, Melinda will get used to the changes after her husband Jim leaves the living world and becomes a ghost who promises to stay by her side.

"Threshold" will see Melinda trying to cope with the dramatic changes in her personal life, while at the same time struggles to help a desperate teenage ghost. Melinda finds it difficult to go on with her calling as a ghost whisperer after the tragedy, but she talks to a ghost that says she thinks she helped kill Melinda's husband. Meanwhile, Jim begins to see how things work from the other side.

Contrary to Internet reports claiming she dumped Marilyn Manson after he tried to kick her brother, Ira, out of the guest house that she owns, Evan Rachel Wood claims her separation from the goth rocker is provoked by their work commitment. Putting the brake on the false circulating report, she tells People magazine, "Manson and I both decided to take some time apart so we could concentrate on work."

Evan offers further explanation, stating "Someone used that opportunity to kick us while we were down and sell a completely false story." Setting the record straight on her and Marilyn's broken love relationship, she moreover reveals, "Manson owns the house he lives in. My brother has never stayed there and the person that said such horrible things about Manson being 'controlling' and 'emotionally abusive' is certainly no source 'close' to me."

'Grey's Anatomy' and 'Private Practice' to Cross Each Other's Path

"Grey's Anatomy" and its spin-off "Private Practice" may cross each other's path, TV Guide reports exclusively. Some sources told the publication that there will be a multi-episode crossover story that comes in February next year.

No confirmation yet on which characters will visit the other show, but TV Guide specifies that Kate Walsh's Addison Montgomery will return to her former work place, the Seattle Grace Hospital. In an interview with the publication also, Walsh shares out her thought of who from "Grey's" should make a visit to "Private". On this she pointed on Eric Dane's Mark Sloan, saying "It'd be fun to have him cause some trouble!"

Three New Clips of Jennifer Aniston on '30 Rock'

The next episode of "30 Rock" will mark a special appearance of Jennifer Aniston for the NBC's comedy series' new season. Entitled "The One with the Cast of 'Night Court'", the episode will feature Aniston's sights on Jack Donaghy (Alec Baldwin).

According to E! Online, the "Friends" star may even have a "Single White Female" complex on Liz Lemon (Tina Fey). "The One with the Cast of 'Night Court'" shows Aniston's character as Claire Harper, a friend of Liz and Jenna Maroney from Chicago, who does a sudden visit in New York. Claire's sudden visit comes along with her sudden attraction towards Jack upon first sight. She even claims him as her own.

Rob Marshall's 'Nine' Reveals First Photo From the Set

Nicole Kidman, Sophia Loren and Penelope Cruz have manned the "Nine" stage. In the newly-released image from The Weinstein Company, the three actresses joined by their co-stars, Marion Cotillard, Judi Dench, Kate Hudson and Stacy Ferguson a.k.a. Fergie, are posing as their characters in the Rob Marshall's drama musical.

Brought forward on Friday, November 7, this first photo from "Nine" has been released along with the studio's announcement that the film's principal photography has begun. On its production news, the film is being shot at Shepperton Studios in England, on location in Italy and at Cinecitta Studios in Rome.

In support of his new song "Go Hard", DJ Khaled premieres a music video which was shot on the same day T-Pain filmed his "Karaoke" music video. Co-produced by Naaila and directed by Hypes Williams, the video presents cameo appearances from Ace Hood, Rick Ross, and Tay Dizm among others.

"Go Hard" is the second single from Khaled's third studio effort "We Global", which has been available for purchase across the U.S. on September 16. The new track is produced by The Runners and features T-Pain and Kanye West on the hook.

A new song from Britney Spears entitled "Kill the Lights" has been uncovered. Containing up-beat sounds, the song is produced by a team including Marcella Araica, Luke Boyd, Nathaniel Hills, and James Washington.

"Kill the Lights" is confirmed to be listed on Spears' forthcoming sixth studio album "Circus" which will come out in the U.S. on December 2. The brand new song has previously been unveiled through an instrumental audio stream.

Four Sneak Peeks to 'One Tree Hill' 6.10

Four brand new clips are given by The CW as a sneak peek to the 6.10 episode of "One Tree Hill". The episode that will take the cast of the show outside their daily routine, is centered upon a USO concert produced by Peyton where Haley has to overcome her stage fright and sing at the event.

Held at a Marine base, the concert involves also Angels & Airwaves plus singer Kate Voegele who plays as recurring character Mia Catalano in the series. Led by Enation band, Haley is introduced by Peyton in clip 1 and her singing gig is shown on the second clip. Third clip sees Haley exiting the stage, replaced by Catalano. Off the concert, the fourth clip brings a scene between Lucas and Peyton with the former taking easy on the latter's past romance with film director Julian.

What Collector's Set of 'Hellboy II: The Golden Army' Has to Offer

Next Tuesday, November 11, Universal Studios Home Entertainment will make available a special collector's set of "Hellboy II: The Golden Army". Offering more, the special set bids 3-disc DVD, excerpts from the journal of director Guillermo del Toro, a poster and limited edition golden army statue with its certificate of authenticity.

Coming out at the same time the DVD and Blu-ray version of the action fantasy movie hit the shelves, the particular set also offers lots of bonus features from a two-and-a-half hour long documentary on the making of the action adventure movie to set visit featurettes. HBO to Air Documentary of Barack Obama's Campaign

The presidential campaign of the newly-elected Barack Obama will be compiled in a documentary which will be aired by HBO. The network have secured the rights to have the campaign's behind-the-scenes from Edward Norton's production company for reportedly at least $1 million.

Directed by Amy Rice, the documentary is a year-long plan that Norton's company had initiated before Obama was even in to run for the presidential this year. Rice and a fellow director Alicia Sams reportedly saw a potential in the Democrat when his campaign became a success and they started filming in August 2006 when Obama was in a 15-day trip to Africa.

Airdate of the New Season of 'Lost' Set

"Lost" is ready for its upcoming new season. ABC has confirmed exclusively that the serial drama series which revolves around the lives of a plane crash's survivors on a tropical mysterious island, will be premiered for its fifth season on Wednesday, January 21 at 8/7c.

"She is perfectly healthy and will be at her show tomorrow."

On a video posted below, while performing her hit single "Umbrella" with Chris Brown in Acer Arena on November 7, Rihanna was seen holding her stomach for several times, seemingly to be in a physical pain, before walking out of the stage. When she was gone, the music still continued with Brown singing the rest of the verses.

A representative for Michelle Monaghan confirmed Friday, November 7 that the actress has given birth to a healthy baby daughter. To Entertainment Tonight, the representative said Michelle and her husband Peter White "are overcome with joy" over the birth of their first child.

"Michelle and husband Peter White welcomed the arrival of their daughter, Willow Katherine White on Wednesday, November 5, 2008 in Los Angeles," the representative told ET. No other details about the baby were disclosed.
