She's at it again, racy pics scandal, for the many times. After being hit with many scandals concerning her many raunchy pics that hit the net, Miley Cyrus has once again become talk of the town as some lost pics of her with then boyfriend Thomas Sturges are found and leaked online.

The newly found and leaked pics of the actress-singer are part of her previous pics with Thomas which were first exposed in April. There are at least five pics found, all of which are much more intimate than the previous ones.

Celebrating the annual multigenre fan convention, the 2008 San Diego Comic Con has been kicked off on Thursday, July 24 and will wrap up on Sunday, July 27. Since then, this traditionally four-day event has been made merry with panels as well as previews of the upcoming and highly anticipated feature films.

Promoting their upcoming album "A Little Bit Longer", teen pop-rock act Jonas Brothers have premiered a trailer clip to promote the new LP. The 54-second-long video, which is also accompanied with a glimpse of their hit song "Burnin' Up", give their fans a lead of what the new album will offer.

On the promo clip, the band announced that their upcoming LP will be released in a special CDVU+ format, which will give special features such as exclusive video performance & interviews, 60 printable photos, complete album lyrics, downloadable graphics & hidden links. Moreover, the band and their recording company also stated that the package is made out of recycled materials.

There it goes, Ethan Hawke's baby's pics. Going against the stream by not shopping around the pictures of his newborn daughter or keeping her covered from the spotlight, the actor braved the storm of paparazzi, showing off his one-week-old baby to the paps with her face fully exposed.

It looks like American Idol's seventh season winner David Cook is very keen to finish and release his new LP as soon as possible. Speaking to Billboard.com, the rocker stated that he has already started the recording process for the new album and hope to drop it in November.

Opened with a scene where Drake Bell's character Kevin Brewer gets dumped by his girlfriend, the compilation of clips moves on showing Kevin's canteen talks with Fletcher, Carter and Morris where Fletcher describes what will happen during the weekend visit to a nearby college. The scene then cut to the moment Kevin, Carter and Morris arrived at Fieldmont University.

Previous rumors saying that The Rolling Stones will be departing from their label EMI turns out to be true after the latest reports confirmed that the veteran rockers have signed a deal with Universal Music. The long term agreement gives the company the rights to handle the all of band's upcoming album's sale including its digital release.

Confirming the news the company said, "Universal Music Group will begin planning an unprecedented, long-term campaign to reposition the Rolling Stones' entire catalogue for the digital age." Meanwhile revealing their excitement with the deal the Stones stated, "Universal are forward thinking, creative and hands-on music people, We really look forward to working with them."

Miley Cyrus recently turned down suggestions of rivalry between herself and her wholesome peers, teenage stars Demi Lovato and Selena Gomez to be more specific, who both have been referred by many as "The Next Miley Cyrus". Apparently quite the contrary is true as there's a YouTube video that shows her mocking them.

Demi and Selena, just like many other stars, created a video for their fans via YouTube channel, showing them talking about issues familiar to their young fans, like makeup and cosmetics. They as well addressed on the "Power Rangers" t-shirt that Selena once was spotted wearing.

The 2008 San Diego Comic Con has kicked off its film festivities officially on Thursday, July 24 and with it came a bunch of chances to get more scoop on the next highly anticipated movies. Amidst the studios' presentations of their upcoming movies, Movie Web gets the opportunity to go one-on-one with the star of forthcoming "X-Men Origins: Wolverine", Hugh Jackman.

Giving press the chance to question him about "Wolverine", Jackman shared a bit about what fans should expect from the spin-off of the "X-Men" series. In the video interview which can be seen below, the 39-year-old revealed that moviegoers will be presented with the story of Wolverine right from the beginning where viewers can see him as a young child also.

Photographers better avoid Halle Berry's private property or she'll sue. The new mom is furious upon knowing that photos of her baby daughter, Nahla Ariela Aubry, have been leaked to the Internet without her consent. She publicly denounced the questioned snapper and is threatening legal action.

Some paparazzi shots circulated on various Internet sites and several print media earlier this week, showing the Oscar winner actress carrying 4-month-old Nahla. The pics apparently were not taken while the mother-daughter duo were "out and about" in L.A. like many captions accompanying the photos claimed. They instead were captured while they were hanging out in the backyard of her private property.

What is Sherlock Holmes' signature trait? To most people, the answer may surely be his genius mind capable of solving even the most elaborated cases. But, it seems that it isn't the only quality of the notable detective "Sherlock Holmes" filmmakers has in mind since they plan on making the character an action hero of his own, like the famous spy agent James Bond.

Speaking to MTV about his reinterpretation of the fictional detective, Ritchie confessed that he wants the character to stay true to his origin. "They never seem to manifest that [element] in some of the earlier productions they've done of 'Sherlock Holmes,'" explained the husband of Madonna. "We're trying to bring a completely contemporary and entertaining perspective on an intellectual action hero true to his origins where he was more of an action guy originally."

The 2008 MTV Video Music Awards won't be airing until September 7, but the event's organizers have already announced the early nominees on Friday July, 25 on FNMTV. Although the nominees announcement is still for two categories only (Best Male and Best Female Videos), some famous names on the music scenes, such as Britney Spears, Rihanna, Chris Brown and Mariah Carey are already among the list to compete for the awards.

Britney, Mariah and Rihanna will battle each other along with two other candidates Katy Perry and Jordin Sparks for a chance to take home the Best Female Video. Few days back, it has been reported that Samuel L. Jackson's Nick Fury character in "Iron Man", will be having its share to work together with Iron Man and Hulk in Marvel's forthcoming feature film project "The Avengers". Still, it looks like that the director of S.H.I.E.L.D. will be seen in other upcoming Marvel's comic book adaptations.

Sharing his insight to MTV at the 2008 San Diego Comic Con on Thursday, July 24, Jackson hinted that his character may be making cameo appearances in almost every Marvel's superhero flicks for the next few years. "Yeah, I'm looking forward to making that character a bit more integral, in terms of the other stories that are happening," the 59-year-old confessed. "'Iron Man 2,' 'Captain America,' 'Thor,' and hopefully the big one that's coming in 2011, when they put everybody together."

The long and tough custody battle of Britney Spears and Kevin Federline has come to an end. A judge signed the former couple's custody settlement Friday, July 25, ending the months long saga of the twosome over custody issues.

In a deal reached last week, it was ruled that K-Fed retained sole custody of their young sons Sean Preston and Jayden James with Spears was granted two visits and one overnight per week plus an additional sleepover by year's end. Her attorney said the she's "thrilled" to have more time with her kids who have become her motivation to get back on track.

The new music video from Danity Kane for their latest single "Bad Girl" has been premiered on FNMTV on Friday, July 25. The new clip, which was directed by renown director Erick White, also features the appearance of female rapper Missy Elliott.

It seems that the concept of the video is picturing the girls as female superheroes. The clip saw each of the girls having problems like being captured or being chased by a man, but after they transform into their superhero outfits each of them can handle their problems easily.

The Hollywood most talked about socialite, Paris Hilton, has had her own recording album. She also has several minor and supporting roles in various feature films since 2001. With the forthcoming rock musical "Repo! The Genetic Opera", the 27-year-old is going to combine those two talents and it can be seen through the film's recently released extended clip.

Expect something special from the producers of Emmys as there will be more than one host for this year awards event. Unlike its previous events, this year feast will see a total of five hosts lend a helping hand to share the emcee duties.

ABC and The Academy of Television Arts & Sciences told The Associated Press on Friday, July 25 that the upcoming Emmys will see the reality-TV hosts nominated in the new category, Best Reality Show Host, presiding over the show. Lone host last year Ryan Seacrest would return for the second time.

Gearing up to release his new album "Pedigree", Bow Wow has just premiered a new music video for his latest single "Marco Polo" as a bid to promote the upcoming set. On the new clip, that was launched via FNMTV on Friday, July 25, the rapper/actor tapped fellow teen rapper Soulja Boy to feature on it.

The setting for the video was a beach and it has lots of fun and funny scenes on it. On the video, Bow Wow and Soulja are also being accompanied by lots of female models who were dancing at the beach. Third time maybe is a charm for Martie Maguire and her husband Gareth Maguire. The couple, who are parents to two children, welcomed a new addition into their expanding brood when the songbird gave birth to a baby girl Friday, July 25.

And the happy couple are quick to announce the good news to public. The newborn infant is named Harper Rosie Maguire. She was born in Austin, Texas, weighed 7 lb., 10 oz. and was 20.5 inches long. "Martie is doing very well and Gareth and the family are over the moon," so read the statement on the official site of Martie's all-girl group Dixie Chicks.
