Rachel Weisz Is Burberry's New Face

Mom-to-be Rachel Weisz is the face of Burberry's ad campaign for the new fragrance London. The Oscar winning actress, who is seven months pregnant, reportedly has shot the ads last fall.

A fashion-industry favorite, "I'm British. I grew up with Burberry being the ultimate brand in chic, elegance and history. My granny, the chicest lady I ever knew, had a Burberry raincoat. Now it's a cool and edgy fashion house, too," Weisz admitted while adding "I was thrilled to be asked (to model). There was no hesitation."

Inductees of The 2006 Rock and Roll Hall of Fame

Surely 2006 will be such an unforgettable year for Sex Pistols for the band becomes one of the inductees of The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame along with the likes of Black Sabbath, Blondie, Miles Davis, and Lynyrd Skynyrd. All of them will officially take the honor in the foundation's Twenty-First Annual Induction Ceremony slated to be held on Monday, March 13, 2006 at the Waldorf Astoria Hotel. In the Non-Performer category comes the name of Herb Alpert and Jerry Moss who both are the founder of A&M records which was established in 1962 and so will receive a Lifetime Achievement Award.

The inductees of The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame are chosen by the foundation's nominating committee which consists of rock and roll historians. Artists become eligible for induction 25 years after the release of their first record.

Rolling Stone's 5th Annual Top Moneymakers

Such music acts, as U2, The Rolling Stones, Eagles, and Paul McCartney, have all been included in the Rolling Stone's fifth-annual list of Biggest Moneymakers. Working hard through the years, embarking on world tours, Irish rock band U2 has made it to the top position on the list, taking in an estimated $154.2 million after selling out more than 100 arena and stadium shows around the world.

At No. 2 is fellow music act The Rolling Stones, earning $92.5 million followed behind by Eagles at No. 3 which collects $63.2 million. Comes in at No. 4 is British singer and songwriter Paul McCartney who taking in an estimated $56 million. Make the list at No. 5 is British singer, composer, and pianist Elton John with $48.9 million, while Neil Diamond secures the 6th rank with $44.7 million.

Lou Ferrigno Sued Brother over Family Name

It's no game of "Family Feud", but a real one as TV star of "Hulk" Lou Ferrigno has sued his brother Andy Ferrigno after finding out that the younger man put the family name for his gym equipment store, Ferrigno Fitness of Stewartsville, New Jersey. Alleging trademark infringement, the federal lawsuit was originally filed on January 6 in a New Jersey court, but just made into public a month later by March 10.

According to Associated Press' report, Ferrigno accused his brother of capitalizing on his Incredible Hulk fame with everything from the Ferrigno-boasting name to a Hulk-green awning to the store's Website URL, FerrignoFitness.com whereas the star in fact is not affiliated at all with the business. "On numerous occasions, Lou Ferrigno and members of his family have been contacted or approached by strangers or acquaintances who believe that Ferrigno Fitness is 'Lou's store,'" the lawsuit said, per the wire service.

Aerosmith Cancels Concert

Irish rock band U2 has just canceled its Vertigo tour dates due to a family illness. Just now, another music act Aerosmith also is canceling its top concert tours with the reason that frontman Steven Tyler has an undisclosed illness.

The band reportedly will not make a scheduled stop in Manchester, New Hampshire Thursday night. Moreover, the Boston-based band also canceled recent performances in Pensacola, Florida and in Lexington, Kentucky. There has yet plan to reschedule the date.

Evangeline Lilly to Endorse for Karastan

"Lost" star Evangeline Lilly has been chosen to be the new figure for the upscale rug manufacturer Karastan. Following the footsteps of fellow actress Andie MacDowell, Lilly will be featured in four print ads which are slated to begin running in the April issues of several lifestyle magazines, like Living, House & Garden, O, Architectural Digest, and Metropolitan Home.

Representing the company, VP of Marketing David Duncan gave explanation on Karastan's decision to sign an endorsement deal with Lilly. "We've scratched beneath the surface of the public persona of Evangeline Lilly and found quite an impressive and authentic young woman who's independent, adventuresome, a goal-setter and a caring humanitarian," so he said in a statement. "She possesses extraordinary qualities and has great integrity and we already see many parallels between her and the Karastan customer who seeks out a distinctive, unapologetic lifestyle." Way to go, Lilly.

Forbes' 2006 List of Richest Americans

Still scoring many dollars over the past year which reached great amount of $100 million to bring $1.4 billion in total of her wealth, Oprah Winfrey certainly has succeeded in maintaining her name to be still in Forbes Magazine's list of Richest Americans this year. Acquired the 562nd rank this time, the popular host is placed along with George Lucas, who has collected $3.5 billion fortune to sit on the 194th rank, while the top position is still held by Microsoft founder Bill Gates with $50 billion in his pocket, therefore making him the world's wealthiest man for a 12th consecutive time.

Other notable names mentioned in the list include David Geffen at number 140 with $4.4 billion, Ralph Lauren at number 185 with $3.6 billion, Steven Spielberg at number 245 with $2.8 billion, and Donald Trump at number 278 with $2.6 billion.
