New Aerosmith Abum Due October

Aerosmith is planning on their upcoming live project and will release "Rockin' The Joint" on October 25th via Columbia as a DualDisc with an 11 songs on the CD side. It among others include rarities like "Light Inside," "No More No More," "Seasons of Wither" and "Rattlesnake Shake."

As for the DVD, it will include the band's entire 25-song set from The Joint at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas on January 11th, 2002. Not so long, they will support the album with an arena tour this winter, which dates haven't been announced yet.

McCartney to Star in New Fidelity Ads

Former member of band The Beatles, Paul McCartney, has inked a deal to partner with Fidelity Investments, the largest U.S. mutual fund-management company. He will be featured as part of a national advertising campaign, produced via Havas SA's Arnold Worldwide.

The spot, a 30-second one, is titled "This Is Paul" and features a chronological tour of McCartney's life and notable accomplishments. Moreover, it will carry Fidelity's familiar "Smart move" tagline. Fidelity, reportedly, also will co-sponsor McCartney's 11-week U.S. concert tour, which starts Sept. 16 in Miami.

GQ's Woman of the Year; Charlotte Church

GQ magazine has, at its awards ceremony held at the Royal Opera House in Covent Garden hosted by Rory Bremner, decided and it's Charlotte Church whom they crown as their Woman of the Year. Not without reason that the magazine comes with Church, but it is all because of her efforts to take her voice, dubbed by critics as angelic, into a harder, more rock-star style.

GQ editor, Dylan Jones, said in a statement "Charlotte Church is our woman of the year simply because she is larger than life. She is a great singer, a tabloid giant and enjoys life to the full." In time, rapper Jay-Z also is named International Man of the Year. Pierce Brosnan, to add, picks up the Editor's Special Award, while Bryan Ferry of Roxy Music gets the Lifetime Achievement Award. Last but not least is the Outstanding Contribution Award that goes to Bob Geldof.

Heartbroken, that's Tara Reid felt inside as her designer handbag containing $180,000 worth of jewelry was robbed at the Spanish isle of Ibiza's airport on Sunday. The loss, indeed, made the actress "hysterical" for the content inside the bag held great sentimental value to her.

According to a source, "Before she had even managed to collect her luggage from the carousel an opportunist swiped her black Balenciaga handbag from the trolley. In the bag Tara had her Rolex watch, which was of huge sentimental value to her, plus her personal jewelry collection. The police said the likelihood of catching the thief was slim."

The "High, Wide and Handsome" Additional Cast

One more cast added to the already signed up Will Ferrell, John C. Reilly and Sacha Baron Cohen, to star in Columbia Pictures' "High, Wide and Handsome." The new cast is Leslie Bibb, who is slated to play Ferrell's wife in the comedy, about to be shot in North Carolina with Adam McKay to direct.

"An Unfinished Life," set in wild Wyoming and directed by Lasse Hallstrom, focuses on a slow meditation on grudges and forgiveness, with a grizzly bear and an 11-year-old girl thrown in to stir things up. Willis Heads the "Miss Italia" Jury

Hollywood actor Bruce Willis has been chosen to head the jury of the "Miss Italia" pageant held later this month, organizers of the national beauty contest confirmed Wednesday. "Each year we look for a big name that is attractive to the public and pleasant for the girls," Marcello Cambi, spokesman for the contest explained the star participation in the contest. Paisley, Womack Lead CMA Award Nominees

The 39th annual Country Music Association Awards Wednesday has been dominated by country crooners Brad Paisley and Lee Ann Womack, who led the nominees with six apiece, including Single of the Year for their hits "Alcohol" and "I May Hate Myself in the Morning." Womack, who was set to announce the nominations along with Urban in New York, where the awards will be presented for the first time on Tuesday, Nov. 15 at Madison Square Garden, was nominated for Single and Music Video of the Year for "I May Hate Myself in the Morning," Album of the Year, Female Vocalist of the Year, and also got two nominations for Musical Event of the Year for her duets with George Strait and Willie Nelson.

As for Paisley, he's been nominated for Entertainer of the Year, Single, Song and Musical Video of the Year for "Alcohol," Male Vocalist of the Year and Musical Event of the Year with Sara Evans for "New Again." Other multiple nominees were Keith Urban and Toby Keith, who had four each; Gretchen Wilson; Sugarland; Rascal Flatts and George Strait each had three, and many more.

The Childs Win Lady of Soul Award

Super-group Destiny's Child nabbed the award for Best Group Single for "Soldier" at the 2005 Lady of Soul Awards, held Wednesday night. The Childs didn't attend the ceremony, hosted by R&B star Toni Braxton, Ciara, and singer Brian McKnight, but Eva Pigford, presenter and "America's Next Top Model" winner, accepted the award on the group's behalf.

Getting the award, Destiny's Child beat off such heavyweight nominees, as Nina Sky, The Pussycat Dolls and Xscape. Meanwhile, Soul diva Aretha Franklin bested the like of Ciara, Amerie, Fantasia Barrino and Destiny's Child, which were all up for multiple honors at the ceremony, wining the special 2005 Lena Horne Award for Outstanding Career Achievements, and joining Stevie Wonder for a duet.

Rod Stewart Ordered to Return $2 Million Advance

British rocker Rod Stewart has gotten the order. A federal jury on Wednesday ordered the star to pay $2 million plus interest for canceling a Las Vegas concert, to be held at the Rio casino-resort on the Vegas Strip, five years ago after he had throat surgery.

"We felt it was only fair that if Mr. Stewart didn't perform the concert that he should give the money back," so said Jury foreman Stevan Jorgensen concerning the order. Kerry Garvis Wright, one of Stewart's lawyer said that the 60-year-old singer will appeal, while Steve Morris, a lawyer for the Las Vegas casino and parent company Harrah's Entertainment, said he was "delighted and relieved" by the verdict.

Apart from the controversy he has just generated with his saying "President doesn't care about black people" during his Friday appearance on NBC's Concert for Hurricane Relief telethon, rapper Kanye West keeps moving on. The star's sophomore album "Late Registration" successfully debuted The Billboard 200 at No. 1 this week, selling 860,000 copies in the United States.

Just behind was Tony Yayo`s "Thoughts of a Predicate Felon" at 2nd with 214,000-copy start. Country's Brooks & Dunn, to follow, earned its highest spot on the big chart with a No. 3 entry for "Hillbilly Deluxe." Meanwhile, Death Cab for Cutie's "Plans" was at 4th on sales of 90,000 copies, followed by Mariah Carey`s "The Emancipation of Mimi" at 5h. The No. 6 spot was filled by the Black Eyed Peas' "Monkey Business."
